Ordered delivery on Uber Eats. The Ginger Stir Fried Chicken was pretty underwhelming! Dry with very little sauce. Vegetable Spring Rolls and Okra Tempura were not bad. It was expensive for such small portions. I certainly wouldn't order a delivery again. Eating in might be a different experience. They might not be so stingy with their portions!😠 ***UPDATE*** After my review on Uber Eats, Rosa's Thai has given me £13.00 off my next order to make up for my disappointment. Hopefully, my next experience is a better one.🤞🏾 ***UPDATE 2*** Second order on Uber Eats. Sorry Rosa's Thai, but it's a no from me! You just dont know how to cook! There's no point sending me extra Veg Spring Rolls for a good review if the food is NOT up to scratch! Summer Rolls looked messy and stuck together. They fell apart when I tried to pick them up! Vegetable/Tofu Stir Fried Flat Noodles were stuck together and came out in one big lump! Once again, stingy with the vegetables and tofu. It's not worth the price. There are better places out there, with good value for money. You drop a star! I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN👎🏾😠

12-5pm they do certain dishes for £12 and for that value you get so much food! Definitely worth it. It was very quiet for lunch time but could be the location, it’s just off the high street. Kim was so kind to speak us through the menu as it was our first time here. Would definitely come back.

Ever since my trip to Thailand I’ve been looking for a Thai eatery that brings the authentic flavours of South East Asia to the table. Got a table 6.55pm tonight. Waited until 730pm and still no offer of drink or food. We just sat waiting for service. No acknowledgement from the staff. Absolutely disgusting. Would never recommend this place and I have no comment about the food or beverages as we didn't get to sniff any of that. Making your customers wait for over 30mins with no word is NOT OKAY. Would never return nor recommend.

Made an order today 2nd November at 7:30pm. It’s 21:22 and the order has not been delivered. We tried to call multiple times an they don’t pick up the phone. Never again.

The pad Thai was excellent. The green thai curry was good and so was the jasmine rice. Service was excellent and a pleasant atmosphere.

We ordered their new recipe chicken rice, drunken noodles and the clear noodle soup for lunch to share. Overall, the flavours were authentic in flavours however they were super yummy. My favourite dish was the chicken rice, and in my opinion, was the yummiest. Generous portion as well! I really enjoyed the chilli sauce that came with it. Would recommend ordering it. The clear noodle soup was alright too though the flavour of the soup was not deep and just a tad bit salty. The drunken noodles were probably the worst dish on the table today, mainly because the noodles weren't silky and had just a little bit too much bite.

So my review and experience is about one dish that I have regularly, prawn pad Thai. I usually go to Rosa's opposite chelwest hospital, but thought I would give the Ealing branch a go. Unfortunately, the food let me down. The pad Thai just wasn't very flavourful as it usually is when I get it from chelwest, it seemed like they didn't put enough "sauce" on the noodles, or maybe the ratio of the sauce ingredients was wrong.

My friend and I came in to Rosa’s in Haven Green Ealing at lunchtime today. We were waited on by Tara Whois a very pleasant and courteous young lady. She helped us choose a menu which was to our taste and allowed us plenty of time to make up our minds about which dishes we wanted to order. The food was delicious and the service received from Tara was first class. Look forward to my next visit there.

The food is super yummy. The service is excellent, make me feel comfortable. Especially Tara, she is nice and always smiling. I would recommend this restaurant, absolutely will come again.

Our first time, went mid afternoon on Saturday. About a third full. Lovely staff member Kim looked after us. Was very sympathetic to my Mum who is in her 90s! Food was very good. A neighbouring table found their main course portion was too large and two lots had to be taken home. The only downside is that they only take payment by card. I do actually prefer to have a choice of cash or card. Service is added to the bill but can be removed. I would go again quite happily.

I visited Rosa’s thai with my friends. We were greeted with a big smile by Rousseau, who also very kindly helped us navigate the menu. The food was delicious and the portions were hearty. The ambience was very calm and welcoming. We enjoyed the friendly service. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It was our anniversary & so they gave us free desserts which was a lovely touch. The reason for some of my low ratings was the original table we were sat on was not cleaned properly and was sticky and smelt like fish sauce and many flies kept on coming on the table. Secondly the vinegar sauce I don’t think gets changed so often. We found 5 food flies dead in the vinegar sauce and once we moved tables, there were two dead ones in the next one too. We altogether didn’t have the vinegar sauce but the staff member immediately removed it from our tables & apologised. It just makes me think how often are you guys checking this or changing it? Definitely not often enough. And because the flies were constantly coming around the tables, one also landed on my Thai green curry - At this point I didn’t even bother to complain and just didn’t eat anymore. Hygiene and cleanliness should be extremely important at restaurants. Please change your sauces that you leave on the table often! Unfortunately I wouldn’t be going back there again.

Our local Thai for over 2 years now. Always 10/10 food and 10/10 staff, we love going there and will continue for many more years. I recommend the cashew chicken!

My husband and I have discovered this restaurant in January and since then visited many times. We have brought our families here, and each time is a great experience. I had friends coming over to London for a dinner so we picked this conveniently located restaurant. Friendly served by Jody who speaks English, Thai and Cantonese😱 He also informed us that the kitchen staff are all from Thailand. OMG who would expect a chain restaurant is truely run by Thai🤣 Food is nice. We ordered pork skewers, Thai curry, pad thai and tom yum, and thai bubble milk tea😆 generous portion. Generally good vibe! They dont push you to finish quickly. Mains were served only when you finished starters.

I had the evening set menu. And our waitress Tara was so nice to customise some of the dishes. I order prawn noodle, they send chicken instead. At the end they gave me the chicken noodle and an extra serving of the prawn soup. Great food and awesome service. I’ll come back 😉

Good service but food was too spicy (above normal)

First of all the food took very long to come, the Tom yam noodle soup was abnormally sour and had way too much tomato paste to the point it ruined the whole soup. The red curry was sweet to the point it was nearly un edible and if not the name it might as well of been identified as a dessert. At the end of the day we got a nice surprise of a £10 service charge, probably because it took them a lot of effort for them to approach us and ask us if we’re enjoying our meal.

Mic provide great service, he recommended some Special Thai food for us. We will come back soon

Been here for dinner several times and it's become one of my go-to places! The staff are friendly, the food is delicious and it's nice to go somewhere that doesn't let us down.

Enjoy so much the food with authentic taste. We (with my wife and family) order the take away, the food is still in good quality when back home, the packaging is well protected the food for avoiding the leakage (we ordered the Tom Yum soup noodle). Great experience and will visit again next time.

i found rosa’s thai on google while planning a visit to london from canada. and i can say it did not disappoint! the food was so flavourful and & fresh. the service was great as well! will definitely come back next time i visit the UK.

The waiters are very friendly, courteous and make you feel at home. The food is very delicious, the fried chicken is crispy, the curry is sweet, and the pad Thai is very delicious. The price is not expensive, and the fork book seat makes it even more affordable. The price/performance ratio is very high. I am very satisfied with the meal and will definitely come back again. 😆

We visited Rosa’s Thai Ealing tonight. I have Coeliac disease & a lady called Daniellea who works there went above & beyond for me. She was extremely helpful & friendly & nothing was too much trouble. I have had a variety of experiences with eating out with a food allergy but tonight I felt very satisfied & reassured & the food was very very nice. Thank you Daniellea for a pleasant evening
