Your counter girl is very talkative and has no sense of speaking as to how to behave with customers and riders. So owner please keep this in mind. Thank you.

Great food and good service but it lacked atmosphere. Restaurant needs to refurb up to their neighbours standard to attract more customers.

A good place to have Pakistani food. We had their buffet breakfast which was very good. Had tea included which was a good surprise.

I would not even give 0 star to you guys for your poor service, we are pure veg and order veg chilli paneer and few other items but you guys sent us chilli chicken instead and when I phoned you, you guys have the guts to say very rudely that it is paneer as If i am not human and can’t tell the different between the two. Have some guts to accept your mistake.

Poor service and food was ok. Cheap quality meet with little taste to it. Save yourself the disappointment and try something else with so many options around. The good old giftos no longer exists.

A true cornerstone of London’s vibrant Pakistani culinary scene, it delivers exceptional quality on all fronts. The dishes are bursting with rich, authentic flavors, the staff are warm and attentive, and the lively atmosphere adds to the overall experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough—it has truly set the standard for Pakistani cuisine in the city.

When it comes to dining in Southall, there is no place I'd rather be than Gifto’s. The food is simply outstanding, and the service is always top-notch. I can't imagine going anywhere else and risking disappointment when I have such a reliable go-to spot. One of the reasons I love Gifto’s so much is because of Kazi. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we have a fantastic dining experience. Dining at Gifto’s always leaves me feeling satisfied and grateful for their hospitality.

The food is always fresh and full of flavor(chicken curry and biryani), the atmosphere is warm, and the staff are incredibly friendly (Mr Kazi). I keep coming back and it never disappoints.

I went shopping in Southall on Sunday and stopped by Giftos to have dinner. Upon entering, the place was excellent and upgraded, and it looked far better than before.I was with my family and ordered a mixed grill starter with lamb, chicken, and fish curry.The starters were cooked fresh, delicious, and well-seasoned.Also, the curry and naan were very fresh and tasty. Excellent customer service and quick food service. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone going to Southall.

Best food on ' The Broadway'. Have been going to ' Gifto's' for 25 years as the food is excellent, as well as the service. The food is very tasty and the staff are very friendly. I would personally like to mention Shazad who is very hospitable, kind and friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant.
