Good for groups. Very consistent cooking.

Service was really good, we were a table of 15 people including a wheelchair and the team were able to offer us a spacious table. Food was also really good. Overall a pleasant experience

Exquisite food and generous portion sizes. Lamb karahi is probably one of the best I've had. Tasted very buttery and rich in flavour with nicely cooked meat. Lamb and chicken seekh kebabs were really delicious too. Roghni naan was the standout for me. Only downside was that the roti wasn't good but 10/10 for everything else.

Food was absolutely bland, and found hair in Biryani we took away butter chicken that also had hair so had to throw that away too, when told the staff they didn’t even apologies just went and got another Biryani, waiters were miserable not welcoming at all. We were very disappointed overall with service, food and hygiene!!!

Very good experience each and every time. Food is good service is good especially this time. Mr Kazi gave us very good and quick service. He was very respectful towards customers. Well done Kazi and Gifto. Deserves a big thank from my family. We love it.

We recently had a family celebratory dinner at Gifto’s, and I can’t express how pleased we were with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The service was absolutely amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make our evening special. A special mention goes to Salim, who was incredibly attentive and ensured that everything was perfect for us. His kindness and professionalism really stood out, and he played a big part in making our celebration so memorable. The food was exceptional, with every dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. You can tell that a lot of care goes into both the preparation and presentation of the food. Whether you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or just want to enjoy a great meal, I highly recommend Gifto’s. We will definitely be back! The food is decent. I like the Kofta handi and the Roghni naan. The mixed grill is good too. I see the owner in there one day and he goes to me guess my age and you can eat for free. Me being smart I goes to him can I have 2 guesses. He goes OK. I said 65. I was being polite. He shook his head. 70?. Nah. He was 80. The guy started telling me he's got beef with his son and he will be leaving all the inheritence with his daughter's. I said Islamically that's not correct. You should divide it according to Shariah. 🙏

I have been coming to Giftos with my family regularly for nearly two decades and I can safely say the food and hospitality never fail to impress. The staff are very friendly and helpful, in particular Mr Shahzad who always provides excellent service. He embodies the trademark of a diligent person doing his utmost best to please his customers and is part of the reason my family and I keep coming back!

I had my engagement dinner at Giftos. The private hall was immaculate and the food was amazing. The waiters responsiveness was brilliant in ensuring everyone was satisfied and the service was top notch. Highly satisfied with the environment, food and service at Giftos. Special mention to Salim who organised the event and provided us with a brilliant service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend visiting Giftos for any celebratory occasion!

Went with family for breakfast. Shahzad was very helpful in explaining the various options to the children who preferred nuggets and chips (very original :)). The adults preferred the Paratha and Omelette (Spicy and Non-Spicy were ordered). We also ordered Chai, a jug of Mango Lassi and fruit shoots for the children. Food arrived promptly, service was friendly, place was not over crowded and were able to enjoy the delicious breakfast in comfort. Lived upto expectations as I prefer the Paratha Omelette here, to other places I've been. Enjoyed a good hearty breakfast and then went for a walk on lively Southall Broadway. Also previously had traditional Halwa Puri here which is cooked fresh. I believe they normally open weekends only for breakfast at 10am although I've been here previously on a weekday and they've accommodated. Best to check though. We were there around 12-1pm which was not an issue for breakfast.

Excellent food , that is value for money in a newly refurbished restaurant. The service is prompt and courteous. Shazad keeps a close eye on needs : More desi tea ? More napkins ? An authentic experience.

Gifto has always been our go to place for desi breakfast and lunch/dinner in Southall. It reminds us of Pakistan and their staff is brilliant, courteous and humble. Their pooris are nice, crispy and not oily at all and the tawa paratha is always a hit with us. However last time, the cholay wala salan was not exactly halwa poori wala salan, and felt more like a curry. Even the halwa was not upto the mark, previously these used to be quite good. We also found great improvement in their karak desi tea. Inquiring with one the staff members, they said it might have been due to a recent change in their chefs. We love their roghni naan - coated with sesame seeds and its one of their classics from the Tandoor. Wishing the team at Giftos, all the best and hoping to come back here for more improved taste and cuisine. Thanks.

Went giftos after a good 10 years! Had the papri chaat, butter chicken and Haleem. Everything was very tasty and the portion size was good. Imran was very helpful

We tried their chicken handi and malai tikka. It was so yummy. With top class service and management they managed to cater everyone perfectly with so much crowd.and last shout out to Saleem bhai in their management such a nice man.

We recently visited Gifto's on a trip to Southall. We had Nihari, Lamb Biryani and Mix Grill for take away. The Nihari was ok. Lamb Biryani was very good and Mix grill was also good. The restaurant was very nice and clean and the service was very good too. Overall a satisfactory visit for dinner.

Ordered the lamb nihari with garlic naan & kabuli pilaou. Both were very nice, nihari was especially flavoursome. For dessert, ordered the kulfi falooda which was good and gajrela which was exceptionally great value for money at £2.50.

We hired out the upstairs venue for an engagement party and were under the supervision of Salim. Salim went over and beyond to help the event become a success. He was attentive and very efficient. The food was excellent, the service from Salim and his waiters was incredible. Our guests were very happy. A huge thank you!

Worst place I ever visited. staff members are rude. No proper service. Food quality is not good. Have no respect for customers. No on time service provided. Avoiding customer, long time wait, not so welcoming staff.

It was a complete waste. Worse food ever in a restaurant. Even a week old home food from the freezer is better than this food. Barbecue is complete waste of money. Neat and clean place to sit but food is not good at all. If you really want to go to Gifto Lahori then use their facilities and order food from outside( if option available). New toilets which are very neat and clean. I wish if their food was good too. I have given this feedback to them so that they can provide good food for future customers.

Pitiful service, dishes left by the waiter then didn't even come back to ask us if everything was ok. We ordered drinks to drink straight away and they arrived 15 minutes apart between the 2 orders. The butter chicken was good but the fried rice was not good at all. I ordered a cheese naan, I got a pizza crust with melted cheese on top. We didn't even want to eat! I won't go back there again!

Food was served uncooked, lamb meat was absolutely not fresh and aged, it even smelled bad. Chicken was not fresh as frozen pizza toppings were used. I hate to leave negative reviews for businesses but hope this will bring awareness to their chefs and kitchen staff.

Went to Southall for shopping and land up eating at Gifto's. Pakistani food was amazing. From the starters to the desserts, all were excellent. The falouda is just wow. Definitely it is worth a visit if you are in the region.

You guys need to hire better drivers or give your drivers more driving lessons. Today around 3:50pm in greenford. Your driver nearly crashed into me on purpose and he tried to block me with his van. He is a dangerous driver who will hurt someone some day .

Poor service level, no proper cleaning and food was not very tasteful. The floor and table were full of left over food and dishes with no attention to clean. Food was also not delicious at all.

Been their on last day of Ramadan, it was really busy. I ordered mixed grill, chicken handi , chicken biryani and naan. Food was okay apart from handing chicken which wasn't up to the mark. But the service was awful plenty of staff running around but not taking care of customers.

I have tried lamb biryani from here as Takeaway, and it was strictly okay. Its just eatable. The lamb is particularly hard and looked like a little over cooked and stale.

Service was shambles. Food was terrible. Everything was really bad. I visited this place like 10 years ago and it was decent. This time I visited after coming from far it was disgusting. I will never step foot into Giftos again.

Food quality was pathetic with no taste. We had Iftar Buffet for which they charged £25 per person and food quality was not even worth £10

I’m surprised at some of the not so great reviews people have left. I have always felt like Gifto’s staff go out of their way to be warm and welcoming and the food never disappoints. Our family’s personal favourites are the chicken tikka, seekh kabab and daal and today the chicken karahi was Divine - notice the capital D (according to my super critical 13 year old son). I would recommend giftos to everyone in the mood for a hearty Pakistani meal. Today the staff (despite fasting for Ramadan) made sure we had everything we needed.

One of the worse experience .horrible food .

The quality of the food was extremely poor; the mixed grill seemed undercooked and potentially reheated leftovers, and even the naan breads were raw. When I raised my concerns with the manager, they seemed dismissive. Both the food quality and management attitude are deteriorating, and I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Hi one of your staff Bengali uncle short brown beard has consistent cough and hes serving food can you please give him some time off so he can go Dr and get himself checked he was coughing all over customers food.

What happened to Giftos used to be good food was so disappointed Food was horrible after fasting was hungry for good food and was let down was pricey also Also food came out fast tell me they pre cooked it hence no taste or maybe chefs are no good last time will come here for the price we paid expected better on top we paid service charge lol without realising

Went here during Ramadan, the line was very long with queues going outside. We ordered the butter chicken, karahi gosht, chilli chicken and chicken handi. I liked the karahi gosht and the chilli chicken but think the chicken handi and butter chicken lacked flavour.

Don't come here on ramadan .. overly crowded and busy .. staff tend to forget ur order or atleast some of the things of your order ( yoi can't blame them obviously due to how busy it is and due to fasting) .. the food on the other hand was DELICIOUS

The staff are amazing and do everything to make your visit a good experience. However, I can’t say the same about the food. The roghni nan was hard like it was reheated, and mix lamb grill was chewy and over spiced. The butter chicken has no flavour. The salad arrived as we finished our meal. I won’t be going there again!

Some of the best food I’ve ever had, came 15 mins before iftar, food arrived very fast, fresh and delicious, service was amazing staff was very respectful and attentive even when it was very busy, they gave us dates and water to break out fast. Bathroom facilities are beautiful and clean. Highly recommend, will be coming back whenever I’m in town.

I attest the bad reviews written predominantly by Pakistanis like myself who have a different standard regarding taste and food quality than this restaurant. The food was tasteless and bland there were no spices in any of the foods: Chicken biryani, tandoori Chicken, chicken handi curry. It was really disappointing and a mistake to have chosen this 'restaurant' which WASTED our £75 with stale and distasteful food. Our Home food is much more delicious than that thank you very much. Overpriced: £2 for 330 ml can is ridiculous! The chutneys were put in miniscule bottles which were the same quantities as a few big spoons and there were hardly any tissues . It was like an uphill battle just to get through the ordeal ! Furthermore, the rice had that 'stale' 🤢odour like it was made a few days prior. They think their customers are idiots! I never said anything there and then but they don't seem to care as they haven't replied to one bad review on here!

For curries and kebabs, this is hands down the best place in London. I recommend the lamb biriyani, lamb bhuna gosht, and keema naan. The tandoori chicken is also amazing. It can get very busy, but at times, I felt the waiters could be more attentive. The atmosphere is crowded, with plastic barriers separating diners. Honestly though, for the food, you can't beat this place. 3 people dining with soft drinks cost £62. So factor about 20-30 pounds per person.

Used to be the best back in the day. Food tastes nasty. Butter chicken is horrible along with the quality and hygiene. Would defo not go back here again. This was my last time giving them a review. My stomach along with my colleagues are very bad. Visited again years later again to be disappointed. Very dirty and customer service is not good. Butter chicken is nasty. Went to Giftos on 21st Feb 2024 for dinner. Food quality is brilliant, very good range on menu including some desi classics. We ordered family mixed grill, lamb spinach, magaz masala. All the food was really good! Great flavours, not drenched in oil. It is on the pricey side, we paid just over £100. Overall I would recommend. If you don't mind paying for decent food then you'll enjoy this place.

Just because of Salim bhai and Atif bhai, it was like it was my own banqueting hall. In fact, I was invited by the host for singing and We all enjoyed very much. People like Salim bhai, are a key to the success of any business. So helpful so Co operative. Ma Sha ALLAH ماشاءالله I Loved being there as a singer.

I ordered the Shahi paneer but when I got my food m shocked to see that was matar paneer instead of Shahi paneer it's too ridiculous......😬😬😬 Not only this when I called them they told Shahi paneer is come with matar they didn't accepted their mistake...

Came here again after a long time the service was great but the food is not at great as it use to be the mix grill was burnt and also the lamb curry was spicy did mention we have kids so be easy on the spice this use to be the go to place but now a lot of other places have taken over will still come here but wasn’t to happy about the last visit may change my rating again in the future

Last week Saturday, I have came in your restaurant giftos Southall with my family, your service was horrible! My table no. 11, one guy take my order he mistake ck tandoori whole and chicken nuggets chips but he didn’t come to see and find out ! What type of service is this ! Totally disappointing!! That guy was seems rude to the customer!and she is black people no smile in face.

We visit yesterday this resturant after long long time.1st thing I don't like because we started to looking menue just for a few seconds then waiters came for order which was no nice, why they were in hurry even no busy. All customers needs some time to see the menue first before ordering. what they like to order? Second thing they gave some people's water jug and few people's bottle water it was ridiculous,why was this? (Rules should be equal for every customers not for some) I hope they will understand my point. You should ask people's choice what they want? We did ordered meat samosa chat, pani puri and mix grilled. Meat samosa chat was very nice. Pani puri was ok but very expensive only 6 little pieces of gol gappa, grilled chops was nice but 2 kebabs which I didn't like tasteless. Chicken wings, chicken and meat tikka was ok. Salad was not nice they don't know how to make salad. It was ridiculous. Never ever seen in any of resturant that type of salad giving to the customers. It was chopped in tiny tiny pieces like birds food even onions was not in the plate only cabbage. I don't think so I will go back to this resturant.

Rubbish food and service, never come here, Very rude staff and bad food,

We went for breakfast had the Halal puri and keema paratha. Breakfast is reasonably priced at £8.50 for Southall in comparison to other restaurants on the Broadway. Portions were a good size however I am not sure if this is standard as we have been before and it was a lot smaller. Keema paratha wasn't great, slightly burnt and very dry. With the minor order I placed, they managed to forget my tea apart from that the service was good however it should be in my opinion as the restaurant was empty. Hence the low marking for atmosphere.
