The menu doesn't have Nepalese dishes, which is strange as the restaurant is advertised as being Nepalese. I visited once for a dine in meal. The food was rather forgettable.

Tried to order but led to a mass commotion with the staff, all I wanted was halal food

Pedí un kebab y pollo tikka masala para mi último fin de semana, una cena encantadora que tuve de montys usha es memorable. Sirven una comida tan deliciosa. Estoy enamorado de ella.

My regular for delivery, great food but be aware it's currently shut due to lockdown. I ordered online without being aware of this and ended up hungry and disappointed.

Had a lovely meal.... This is perfect place to have Indian n Nepalese food.. Kebab starter chilli chicken butter chicken n garlic nan.... So tasty food prices reasonable too... Will visit again...

Fantastic Indian food at a great price. The service provided by the staff was excellent and our food was brought to our table promptly. The atmosphere within the restaurant is very relaxing and I definitely will be going back again soon!!

Great curry the Monty’s mix platter is A great starter and the Nepalese lamb Masala is so tender with fresh mans will be back soon

Great restaurant that delivers food to a superb standard. The service provided was excellent. The atmosphere is cosy and homely and will come here again in the very near future! Would highly recommend a visit!

We’ve ordered from here quite a bit and this was probably my least favourite experience. We ordered the same starter as always - choila chicken - which is supposed to be dry and with fresh spices, but it came this time as a wet almost curry cooked with dry spices. Maybe a different chef, but was really disappointing. Rest of the meal was tasty and we will order again, and hope it’s the normal style.

He assured all inclusive except for king prawn dishes and drinks. No problem, took 4 of my family to dine around 6pm. Starters were salty, mains decent sized portions but smelt of undercooked spices ( curry powder etc.) It was like having watery spice mix cooked half way. Naan , rotti etc were good. Infact the best out of the lot. During the meal we saw a couple next to our table ordered red wine. Bar tender went outside bought a bottle of Hardy's VR came back inside the bar and then brought it to the table as if it comes from there. Not classy at all. Besides supermarket wines at a restaurant? Final nail was the bill. There was only offers taken for 2 mains . I repeatedly asked the manager if everything was included since his page on tastecard didnt mention , unlike other restaurants. His response was "sorry , system decided that.he couldn't help." Felt like a bait, no information then charge you full. Well won't be returning nor recommending anyone. Waiter mention it has been only 2 weeks since they have changed management so clearly all good reviews are for previous owners.

Had a lovely night with montys usha, was feeling like i am eating at home, what a lovely meal, Will be back there soon and recommend to my friends too, Thank you for making my night wonderful

We've ordered from here before and it's usually good. However, this time it wasn't. The naan breads were dry and the chicken korma was spicy. Not good this time.

Long, long time customer to Monty’s Usha but it’s time to say goodbye. Food quality is going downhill the last few orders. Tonight, really dry, over cooked, tough meat - in both our dishes. Couldn’t even eat it all it was that bad. No pride in their food and. Plenty of competition in the area.

Perfect Naan bread and vegetable curry. Best i have had. It was quick and piping hot. The staff were very helpful

The food was hot, fresh and tasty. It was our first time to order from them and we were hoping that it was excellent cos it is so close to where we live and always enjoy a good curry for a treat. Thanks Montys for not letting us down. 👍👍👍

I was expecting more prawns in my dish. too expensive for 3 prawns... the flavour was good though.

Received my food on time and began to eat, only to choke on and spit out a staple from a stapler. Called the restaurant and was informed that the chef stapled the plastic bags, but I reasoned that this would not explain a staple being inside a closed container inside the bag. Food tasted okay prior to my stationary discovery. Won't order again from this restaurant. Unless I run of staples. Disgusting.

We kept going back on the hope Montys goes back to how they used to do curries, but this was the last time. Ordered poppadoms but they now are just 1 rather than 3 and don’t come with pickles/sauces unless you order separately. Biryani is supposed to be medium but far too hot. It’s a shame as they used to be very good, but we’ll be going elsewhere now.

My order didn't arrive until after 22.45, nearly an hour and a half after ordering. I called the restaurant about 22.30 who checked and said it had been sent out a long time ago, they called the driver and said that he had lost the order so they had to make it again! Not the restaurant's fault if so, they were good enough to make the food twice, but we are very unhappy to wait so long - far too long.

I've ordered from Monty's USHA many times in the past, but this time it was very disappointing. It was like they had completely changed the recipies for some dishes. The King prawn patia sauce was lacking in texture and the prawns weren't whole. Although the tandoori chicken was good, everything else felt highly processed and bland. Especially the chicken korma, which had unnaturally cubed chicken - and only 4-5 small pieces! The naan bread was dry, and the onion salad was half a tiny pot, with dry carrot. Different chef?!

Delicious flavours and well prepared. Delivery on time, food hot and tasty. Will use again.

Food is good as always, however the chicken biryani is quite salty today, hopefully next time will be better.

Why would you even consider ordering curry from anywhere else? Monty’s is the best curry in West London. The portion sizes of my food this evening were larger than expected, the food was piping hot, there wasn’t that layer of oil on top of the sauce like you get with a cheap curry, AND the food came 20 minutes earlier than expected! 100% recommend this restaurant. I’ll be ordering again very soon.

We’ve always loved monty’s food but the last two orders of dishes we always get were quite different to what they were before. Apparently it’s a change in chef, but the Biryani is way too hot and the Nepalese masala is now more like a korma.

Contratamos el salón de banquetes con el catering provisto por Monty's Usha (cocina nepalí) y no nos decepcionó. Nos contactamos con ellos 6 semanas antes de la fiesta. El equipo fue muy servicial y atento a nuestras necesidades específicas.

Tikka Starter, Lamb - 4 small pieces of lamb for £4.70! Ordered Nepalese Lamb Masala but got some other yellow sauced dish (maybe a Korma)

Amazing food. Very good taste and good quality. The butter chicken was the right level of spice. The chicken madras had a decent kick, the other dishes (tikka masala, korma and mushroom rice) was the best I've tasted and the free poppadoms with dips was a nice touch. Highly recommend this place!

Awful delivery service. DO NOT ORDER. they claim their driver is experienced yet over an hour of waiting they cancelled our order! Our phones are in working order with signal and the buzzer is in operation. Yet no phone call or buzzer rang. They claim they called and driver pressed the buzzer. Hard to believe when no phone call, voicemail or buzzer was actioned. Also have a concierge that was on site. They then offered to do nothing promptly to rectify other than telling us if we want the food we will have to wait another 20 minutes despite waiting for over an hour! God knows what state the food would've been in.

I've ordered from here before and food has been good but this time it was awful. The Korma was cold, gloopy and quite disgusting... it went in the bin. other items were ok, but not as nice as usual so perhaps a change of chef. I'd recommend tasting what they are sending out first as not even a dog would have eaten the Korma

I have previously ordered from this restaurant and the products were completely different this time and not as they usually are, not happy with the order.

For a place thats meant to be one of Ealing's top Indian restaurants I was disappointed. The daal is completely inedible, greasy and tastes like I imagine engine oil to, straight in the bin. The veg biryani has a weird herb or some flavouring that doesn't go with the ingredients and isn't nice. Free poppadoms are always welcome but not when they're with watery raita with fluorescent green colouring in it. Starter and Chilli chicken were alright thankfully. All in all not very enjoyable.

Good place for a work outing. Great!

Food would have been great had it arrived on time. By the time it came it was stone cold. Restaurant didn’t pick up the phone either.

Arrived late and cold. Wasn't worth the wait or the use of the microwave - bland flavour, watery sauces, everything bulked up with undercooked onions. Rubbish.

Great portion sizes, and free popadums with a delicious selection of dips. Naan was slightly cold, but this did not effect my overall opinion of the meal.

Can’t complain about the food too much, it always hits the spot. The okra is great here, although they’re stingey on the poppadoms and only give one. Service is abysmal though, my order was over half an hour late and couldn’t get in touch with the restaurant. No warning or anything, didn’t even bother updating the app with a new delivery time or enough. Not worth ordering from them on a weekend evening they clearly can’t handle the amount of business.

Original delivery time was 21:45. Changed to 22:00. Didn't arrive until 22:30.

Very poor service tonight. My order was received 70minutes late, the food was not hot and the pilau rice was missing. I rang the restaurant and they didn’t answer, so I had to leave a message. An hour later they haven’t got back to me. Disappointing.

Me alojé en el hotel de al lado la semana pasada y decidí comer aquí. El servicio muy amable y dejó mi elección de comida hasta el camarero que me recomendó un picante Gurkha de pollo. Absolutamente delicioso, muy diferente del curry indio habitual. Los precios fueron muy buenos. Un menú extenso real con mucha variedad. Definitivamente regresará si está en la zona.

Mi familia ha estado siguiendo al dueño de Montys Usha y cenando en los diversos restaurantes que ha tenido en Ealing y sus alrededores durante más de 30 años. Habla por sí mismo que siempre vamos a Montys Usha por un curry, no hay un curry en ningún otro lugar que coincida.

Mix Grill, Chicken Choyla, Daal are simply the best in London. Great location. Hotel upstairs so eat, drink and sleep. 20 mins from Heathrow Airport.

Jokers, ordered food waited nearly an hour and last minute they cancelled saying they didn't have a driver. Told me they would call me back in a minute and no one called, called them back and they told me the food was ready? I asked "it will be cold now" they replied "no we are keeping it warm in a hot place" I mean thanks but no thanks. I recommend you avoid this place, food I don't know if it's good but if they can't be bothered to deliver it 5 minutes away then I doubt the chef is any good either. AVOID GO ELSEWHERE
