Love this shop but found two pieces of plastics 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲 so sad

If you want the best Korean restaurant level in London, give it a pass. After not eating Korean food for 3-4 days, we came here and the two of us devoured 4 menu items. It seems to be the earliest Korean restaurant to open in London.

Really kind staff and bibimbab was very good! We had it with the marinated beef, kimchi and drink set and a single bibimbab with tofu. Would highly recommended!

I ordered kimchi stew and beef bulgogi, and it was delicious and the portion size was better than what I eat in Korea, so I really enjoyed it!! I was so thankful that they accepted me so kindly even though it was close to closing time ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

Very delicious food for the price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was the small capacity of the restaurant. It wasn’t an issue for us but larger parties at busy times may struggle to fit.

After a month long Europe trip, I was craving some excellent Korean food and I found it here! I had the bento box with spicy beef and Kimchi fried rice. Both were delicious, spicy and flavourful. And large portions! I couldn’t finish it all even though I desperately wanted to. The staff were so friendly and kind, quickly making the food with smiles. If I had more time, I would definitely be coming back for more!

There are times when you think of Korean food while traveling... So I went there not expecting much, but it was more delicious than I expected and the atmosphere was nice. I thought I would go again next time I go to London. he

This has Korean employees, and that's the only thing that was Korean! I had Dak Bulgogi (Chicken Bulgogi) and it was closer to Dak Jigae (Chicken soup). There wasn't even a drop of Bulgogi sauce. Plain chicken, watery liquid at the bottom of the bowl (not a plate), and tasteless. NO PAN CHAN (korean side dishes that are almost always complimentary). I asked for Kim Chi, and got a plastic container with wilted cabbage with too much GoChujang. I asked for a glass of water, they brought a bottle of water. Paid 3.5 pounds for the KimChi, and 3.5 pounds for a bottle of water. The BiBimBap was tasteless and a small serving. I've travelled South Korea, and eaten Korean food all over the world. This place is an embarrassment!

it is delicious. The bibimbap is delicious, the beef bulgogi is delicious (there are a lot of portions!), and the location is right in front of the British Museum, so it would be a good place to go. There is a break time, so watch the time carefully.

The staffs are very friendly and sweet. I must say that I am happy to order the bibimbab because it is finally something healthy with more vegetables and protein with less deep fry and oily foods . Besides the price is acceptable.

The portions of stir-fried pork (rice thief), chicken cutlet, and soft tofu stew are plentiful and really delicious. It comes with black rice. It was even better sitting outside with a view of the British Museum. After eating a lot of Korean food, I think I can easily walk 20,000 steps.

While receiving friendly service in London, I felt bad at the really unfriendly attitude of the Korean part-time worker. In particular, the part-time worker who took my order was really unfriendly. The food was delicious, but I don't think I can recommend it because of the part-time workers. I recommend the kimchi stew, but I don't recommend the kimchi fried rice because it's too salty!

Had the bibimbap today which was really good and I especially enjoyed the fried kimchi topping, a great alternative to the more typical tofu -- both great for vegetarians. The fried kimchi was saucy and when mixed with the gochujang (sweet & spicy red pepper sauce), elevated the bowl to another level! The food was well-priced, fresh, delicious and authentic (I'm Korean btw!). Also the staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!

It wasn't super late, but after I read reviews when they first opened, I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I ordered something resembling broth, tofu & seafood. Food arrived, piping hot with a side serving purple rice. The broth had few pieces of tofu, few bits of squid rings but not much of anything else for the super price of £12.95 you don't get much in change or food. Never again ever.

This restaurant used to be run by Korean people, cooking and serving cheap but decent Korean food. Now it seems to have new chefs and servers who are not Koreans. Also, the table set up has changed and are now just along one side wall. The food was mediocre. Location and prices still good though.

They were so kind , the price is good for the food if u have the opportunity to try it do it ! (+ the girl that was speaking a little bit of French was adorable )

Highly recommended. Next to the British Museum, Asian food in the style of poke bowls but with more sauce flavor and instead of fish with meat. Very very good, fast and friendly service. In terms of quality/price, very very good since it cost us £9.50 per person and we ate very well.

It's mainly a takeaway but there is a small seating section with a few tables and chairs. Or you could sit at the two tables outside. Food is good. Ample quantity. Prices are pretty decent, especially considering the amazing location very near to the British Museum. Good value for money. I tried their Bibimbap and liked it. It's definitely not the best Korean I ever had but it's good enough.

I just went in as I was passing by and it was delicious haha. If you want to eat Korean food, go here It's cafe-style, so there are no tables, so you sit in a row, but it's delicious enough to make up for it. It's like eating in Korea.

We have been traveling Europe and we were craving korean foods so badly. We've actually had some korean foods in other Europe countries but they were not good at all. Bibimbab Cafe is so far the best korean food in the town especially right after visiting British museum. Speaking from korean perspective, the food is legit. You gotta try this place.

i recommend spicy chicken bibimbap

It tastes good. I've eaten Korean food for many years while traveling abroad. The price is okay. I ate two hamburgers and paid over 50,000 won at Five Guys, but considering UK prices, I think it's cheap. Two people paid 19 pounds, but I used a credit card and didn't say anything. Bulgogi beef is better than pork rice bowl. Part-time worker. I keep seeing them making mistakes in ordering;; The foreign employee (Indian? Pakistani?) spoke Korean well and was very friendly. I thought he was the boss;; The Korean owner was smoking in front of the store while working. He looked very tired. Cheer up!!

Food is edible, but staff is tragic, listening to insults in Korean about customers, that are supposed to not understand, is the only experience you can get there. Owners doesnt comprehend that people might know their language. I think that is not the only thing they can not comprehend.

Unfortunately just mediocre food and service. If it has to be quick, OK, if it has to be tasty, it's better to go somewhere else.

After leaving the museum, I wanted to eat Korean food, so I went there. The taste was okay. However, the female staff member was so unfriendly that I felt embarrassed in front of my child. If there weren't any foreign employees, we would have left while we were eating.

Best bibimbab in town, low price, super fast service, indoor seatings, not the best atmosphere but the food and speed and the fact that it's korean food made by korean = 5 stars note that it's a small place with 4 indoor seating and 4 outdoor seating only, they do encourage takeaway

The food is just edible but not delicious. The words and actions of the person taking the order were unfriendly. The person preparing the food kept swearing in Korean, which made me uncomfortable while eating. Especially not recommended for Koreans. I never want to go back again.

Such kind and helpful people. I wanted to add some mushroom to a dish that doesn’t usually come with mushroom and the man behind the counter made some for me straight away. Delicious food, fair prices. Will be coming back

I work nearby and I was introduced to this Korean place by my colleague. I've been here several times already and tried various bibimbabs, kimchi stew, kimbab, and some spicy rice cake — I don't remember its name sorry. They were all very tasty, maybe a little spicy to my palate but still pleasantly hot. The portions were generous and very affordable in central London. Wish there were a Korean place like this in my neighbourhood too 🙏

It tastes like eating steamed home-cooked food. The fact that it's black rice reminds me even more of the rice my mom cooked... It's a bit expensive, but since all meals out in London cost this much, I think it's worth it.

Unfortunately I'm pretty disappointed with the food (Japche). My glass noodles were swimming in oil at the bottom and that not only looked unappetizing, but unfortunately it was too. Unfortunately, the taste was not convincing and the portion was simply far too overpriced for the price (plus the amount of unnecessary oil). Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here.

Food was tasty. Service was strange/uncomfortable. I tried to grab a table while my partner order but the workers stopped me; said I needed to order first before seating myself. There are only two tables in the establishment hence my desire to secure seats before more people walked in. We also ordered a meal to share but it felt like the workers disapproved or something. We kept being starred at while we ate. Very strange. Only giving stars for food taste experience.

Even thought the name suggested it was a dine in establishment and they provided with sitting in and outside the Café ,when I requested to use the facilities , I have been told that they don't need to provide with them as they were a TAKEWAY , further more the staff were not very friendly , quite an hostile vibe ,AVOID !

The Chapchea Beef is very watery and the staff explained that cause of the sauce from beef? So salty, why they have to put that much of beef's sauce to chapchea??? Also the staff are so ignoring on your concern. It is really not worth for 11.50 for the amount and taste. I couldn't finish it, too salty.

A little taste of Korea handily placed a very short walk from the entrance of the British Museum. Tasty pork bibimbab, authentic and flavourful. It's a pretty small place with only a few tables inside, much better for take away. Decent menu with a variety of bibimbab and other dishes. Enjoyed everything about it. 고맙습니다!

Wow best bibimbap i’ve had (and i’m asian). The rice was incredibly flavourful, had a tofu one. Cheap too. Just across the British Museum.

The tofu bibimbap was to die for, juicy and crispy at the same time marinated with a delicious sauce and the bibimbap sauce was also very tasty 10/10 will definitely be coming back .

Would describe as an upscale fast food place as the food is already prepared before you order. Good price for central London and tasty.
