The food was delicious, hot and tasty. We had a starter and main course each unfortunately no room for a dessert. We were lucky enough to walk in off the street and had the restaurant to ourselves. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was so clean.

I have a special place in my hearth for these kinds of neighbourhood holes-the-wall Indian places in London. This one fits the bill. It’s small, maybe 20 seat total, in a wonky old townhouse leaving you a eating at a table awkwardly sloping downward at a few degrees angle. I don’t reckon anyone would travel here. And I would certainly not take a date. But if I wanted a quick meal 100x times better than a sandwich from Pret, at almost the same price, I’d prefer it any day. Expect papadums at under a pound and starters less than 5. Most mains 10ish. Flavours are on point, particularly in the spicier segment. I’d avoid the rice and go naan only. Expect no-frills, yet attentive and quick service, in-line with the concept of the place.

It's okay ... If your hungry and near by it's alright. The waiter was very keen to take away our dishes.. in the end it verged on comical. There will be better places. Fairly cheap though.

DO NOT EVEN VENTURE HERE! You will be shooed away by the waiter busy on his phone in an absolutely empty restaurant. Hopeless …

Although I’ve been coming here on and off for about ten years, and although food is ok and atmosphere nice and relaxed, I must say service is really poor. I was looking forward to a quiet meal on me own, but I hadn’t half finished my poppadoms before the main course arrived. The waiter was clearing out the plates before my eyes. 30 minutes after I arrived, I was out. They have even started adding a 10 pst service charge. I wonder what that is for as service is really bad!

Food was served quickly…too quick, food was ok, it was early evening so no atmosphere and staff weren’t the most friendly, but it’s ok.

Fantastically located in a quiet and old London street, this traditional 'Indian' restaurant is located in a cozy, well preserved period property. Given its traditional nature, the menu contains all the typical Madras, Jalfrezi etc options as well as a couple of less commonly found dishes. The service and food make this a good value restaurant. We've been a few times when we're in the area and looking for this kind of menu.

I was staying in St Pancras, and we fancied a late-night curry (my brother and I). So English, after a couple of beers! We searched on Google maps and found this place. Great location and truly a hidden gem. The food was out of this world, the service was perfect and it's great value for money. I will return.

Found another gem of an Indian restaurant here in the heart of London last Friday. The food was amazing, every dish was perfect especially the best tarka dall and paratha I have tasted. Madras was 'proper', I mean just the right balance of spice and heat. Staff were fantastic and very reasonably priced too. Highly recommended. I will be back.

Delicious food, excellent service, everything is clean, good location, quiet, off the busy roads. And it ‘s a small place, so no big busy restaurant, but a place of relaxation.

Conveniently placed just a few moments walk from Euston Station, away from the traffic of the Euston Road. Décor is quite basic with the tables in two rows along the walls. The food was enjoyable and pricing was reasonable for London. Serving was prompt and staff helpful in splitting the bill to suite our company's expenses system! I'd be happy to go back if staying in area or looking for a meal after arriving into Euston.

La nourriture est originale, savoureuse, et elle gagnerait à être accompagnée de portions de riz plus généreuses pour que l'on puisse en profiter davantage. La carte a l'avantage de proposer une grande multitude de plats rangés par recettes et par force des épices utilisées.

Small restaurant, good service and food was lovely

Great food and service. It is now one of my "go to" places when I am in London.

We were out for dinner! We had a wonderful tandoori chicken and lamb with spicy sauce! Even my thirteen year old son loved it! It was his first experience with Indian food!

Great food and very well priced, especially given the location. Staff friendly and helpful with the menu. I would highly recommend and will be going back for more. The spend per person included a bottle of Moët, otherwise it would have been around £25 per person.

Portions small lamb tough, rogan Josh curry taste like stew. No atmosphere toilets unappealing like the food., The 2 stars amount for the popadom and tiny keema Nan. And to top it they automatically include a service charge. Abbreviation Of SC so you may miss it. Although I always tip good food and service. I did leave it on this time as I won’t be going back again.

Another amazing meal at my favourite Indian in London a real hidden gem just minutes from Euston but you could be anywhere in the world. Quite, intimate location, great food and really reasonable prices. A must if you are in London.

Bland food and tough meat. I tried a few dishes and all were underwhelming. The naan was nice and that's where the experience ended. Staff did not engage with myself or anyone else in the restaurant. The atmosphere was small, dull and the decor unappealing. I would not recommend this place. The good reviews are misleading and nothing like what was experienced this evening. With so many great places nearby you won't miss out with this one.

I tried some dishes here and the taste was amazing and wonderful.

Ate here 23rd Jan. The food came very quickly and was great. (Fish jalfrezi). That and a glass of wine under £20. In and out in less than 30 mins. Clean, tidy, music not obtrusive. I've eaten here once before and food was good then too. Its 100m from the Premier Inn so very convenient.

Went new years eve lovely meal with the family

Worst food I have ever had in an Indian style restaurant. The food was very sweet ( no spice) with crunchy stuff in it, even the naan bread was crunchy 🤢Looked sus. We could not get through with it. No chai. Toilet was closed to the public. The staff was rude, arguing about wanting us to pay cash. It was a huge disappointment. I wish I could give it zero start and call the health department.

It was early so I was dining alone for the first half hour. Food was underwhelming, but hot and fresh. Service rapid.

Atmosphere and service were good for the area, standard curry house vibes which is what one wants sometimes. Food was so meh though. To the staff: make the menu smaller and better. I had a chicken jalfrezi and lamb bhuna, which are meant to be totally different dishes but they were basically the same. If the food was more flavoursome this place would be great - and not one of those boring trying too hard places you usually get around here. I believe in you guys!

Cosy little restaurant with decent food for a fair price. The portions are not massive but filling and tasty. The starters we had were quite nice except from the lamb that was a bit chewy and flavorless. But the main courses we had were good and the naan very fresh and tasty!

Delicious Indian food right next to our Hilton Hotel. Very nice owner and very clean place to eat. Food was ordered to go and was devoured on the Eurostar train back to Paris.

This is my go to when I stay at the Euston Hilton, I’ve eaten here many times but tonight I see a change. There were so few customers at 8pm on a Saturday, never seen this even on a week night., sad. My mushroom Bhajii lacked flavour, my lamb curry lacked meat and heat - I am so so sorry to be writing this as I’ve had so many good meals here, but I sense a change and appeal… please change back to where you were - I’ll be back. Is it chef, if it cost saving, whatever please work with it I loved your offering just a short time ago. It’s not a bad experience so please try but it has been a 5 star!!

We came down to London recently and Woburn Tandoori was recommended by a fellow traveler. Only a small place it takes a little finding but well worth the effort. Portions aren't huge but neither are the prices and the food is delicious

I found this restaurant to be a real delight with very tasty good and great service. The waiter was very helpful with recommendations. The only downside was the bathroom, which was way downstairs and very cramped, but again this is central London.

Perfect! Amazing food, nice staff (despite a small "language barrier"). Since the restaurant is so small, it really provides its very own special atmosphere, wich I really enjoyed. Absolutely recommended!

Visited this small restaurant hidden in an old Georgian house away from the bustle of Euston Station. Unpretentious setting, nice food with wide choice of courses, good service, worth a visit if you don't like big restaurants!

Came here after the shock discovery that the Tavistock Tandoori on Tavistock Place, the Tandoori in this part of the world that we have been going to for years, has closed. I'm pleased to report that Woburn Tandoori is also good, but I'm concerned about its future. From 9:30 to 10:45 (it closed at 10:30) on Saturday evening we were the only customers. Please go here.

I was there last night with two friends and we started to try Indian restaurants and I am very fussy so far this restaurant is clean and the food is freshly cook it's open seven days a week and I will be going back there and I have lived in this area for 36 years never seen it as it's in a little side road very much worth a visit

I came for a meal with colleagues and I enjoyed it a lot. The service was good but not pushy. The food was well cooked and enjoyable.

Visited yesterday as close to hotel. Ordered the lamb shank which was most expensive dish on menu. I usually go for this dish as meat usually falls off the bone. Definitely not the case here, tough as old boots, the bone even has foil on so you could pick it up and chew it like a caveman. Very disappointed, look warm and had hardly any sauce with it. Tandoori Roti undercooked around edges. Not great at all

Small, quiet & relaxed with lovely food. There are only about 6 tables & it's tucked away in a quiet street near Euston Station. Perfect place if you just want good food & a bit of peace. I went on my own & felt totally comfortable.

It gives me no pleasure to say this was a very poor meal. I ordered lamb tikka biryani. It was dry and chewy: it had clearly been sitting in the kitchen for some time. To their credit the staff offered to bring me something else, but by then my companion had nearly finished her meal and I wanted more than anything to leave the restaurant. As others have noted, it is rather cramped and we became focused on preventing things being knocked off our table as people went to and fro.

Firstly, this is a very small restaurant with only some 30 covers. The tables are very close to each other and getting in and out of your seat is a bit of a struggle. The service was lacklustre - waiter simply going through the motions. Same for the food - very bland. Would not recommend and definitely will not be going back as there must be many more better restaurants in the area.

I hope other people do not feel pushed and get treated bad like this when they go to this restaurant. Luckily there are other good restaurants nearby! Surprisingly the owner was not happy to take any orders at 3.00 pm. The restaurant was empty and we just wanted a small dish and a naan since already had lunch. He had a bad face through out and complained at the end that he does not take under 15 £ order - i said ours was 14.90 £ and why you did not tell us before we sat or when we ordered. Why are you so rude - we would not have asked your cook to make food if you did not take small orders. It was a simple suggestion. If it was busy we would have understood but his face was full with arrogance inspite of the restaurant being empty. Only if he had told us before we would have ordered more or gone to some other restaurant. but he choose to be rude. The food was ok quality but the owner/manager was very arrogant saying he is 35 years in industry and blah blah. Not even once he apologised for his behaviour. I asked if you want me to tip you so that you will smile. I will rather had gone to a better indian place which is real indian food than this restaurant. I would not go here again. I always write good review but this was a bad experience. I still have not shared all that he said to us since felt he must be in some kind of stress but this behaviour was for no reason hence had to leave this review.

I had a Xmas dinner with work colleagues and it was great. I had the lamb pasanda with rice, Lamb pieces cooked in a specially blended sauce with cream, nuts, almonds and it was delicious. I found the portions a bit small though.

Went here on a business trip mainly because the South Indian restaurant I was thinking of heading to had so many horrible recent reviews that that was not going to be an option, and this was right by my hotel. It is small, and I was placed on a table that was cramped up against another person who kept backing into my table, probably because we were all cramped. The food was average-not bad but not any better than any other Indian place I’ve been. The dal was about what I could get in a store to heat up in a microwave. It filled a need, but wasn’t a great meal by any standard.
