We have come to Cornwall to visit our parents, decided to try the Golden Dragon the starter was chrispy chicken with chilli and salt (dry) that was an understatement dry was the word like cardboard it was that dry inside!! Then we had Cha Siu in Cantonese sauce the meat was like cardboard!! it was dreadful!! The delivery guy was really nice so that's one posertive thing I can say!! If I could put no stars for the food I would have done!! I have woke up with stomach pain today not good!! And that was just eating a bit thank god, the rest went in the bin!! I don't understand how the cook can send out meat that is clearly not good enough!! Where is the standard's these days it's like it will do!! and that's NOT good enough!!

Weird, really unfriendly staff. I’ve loved Indian food for 40 years plus, in that time I’ve never had starter and main brought together, draught beer replaced by a bottle. Just weird as if it’s eat pay go, I wouldn’t recommend and in reality I should have gone to the one round the corner which was busy. That said food was actually OK, though I didn’t actually get what I ordered.

I’m not sure what they pump into this food but it surely can’t be good.. after about 2/3 small dishes.. you’re finished! It’s all you can eat but you won’t be able to eat any more! I believe this chain has closed now anyway and the owner is running the Peatmore branch instead.. which seems to be the same setup.. Gotta make their money back somehow! 😅💸

We ordered a take away and gave clear instructions to our address - the driver called shouting in an aggressive manner as he could not find the property - he was sat almost outside, he just needed to turn into the road we had specified on the delivery notes. After much aggressive shouting from him in the telephone where he would not allow us to speak I walked to the end of the courtyard to retrieve the delivery. I was greeted with more aggression when I asked how I could have made the delivery instructions easier for him - he then sped off. We called the restaurant to report this and the person who answered the phone claimed to be the ‘new person’ and also the ‘only person working on the premises’ - we asked for the managers name and the person hung up on us. To really add to this experience, when we opened up the food, the order was incorrect. … this isn’t the first time this has happened with this same driver (in a white car).. but it will be the last as we won’t be ordering from this restaurant again.

This food outlet has closed down, and the advertised telephone number has been reallocated to a private domestic house totally unconnected with an take away service or food provider. So please don't phone them.

Wagamama is my go to chain for food. I love food places where you can see and smell the food being cooked fresh to order and delivered to your table. I especially love how easy Wagamama makes it for Soul Club members to pay by App. I have visited many in cities and towns from London to Dorchester and Bristol to Salisbury. On Monday it was time to revisit Bath Wagamama in one of my favourite cities on a cold grey damp Monday. Always an early bird for lunch, we were soon seated by the window, outer garments hung up conveniently on the hooks provided. I adore the duck donburi - £19:00 and my partner the shirodashi ramen - £16:00. I pigged out opting to try out the new hot honey chicken -teriyaki (corlander) - £9.00. The staff are attentive and super-friendly and soon our drinks arrived swiftly followed by our dishes one-by-one as is the Wagamama USP. Wow, I knew my main would be delicious and we both tucked-in enjoying the warmth of a lovely welcome and seating experience and the heat of our dishes. I checked my Soul Club app and was delighted to find I’d earned a free side which I swear made the hot chicken taste even more delicious! The portion was big so our waitress brought a food to go container and I squirrelled away several pieces to enjoy later. Washed down with drinks it was easy to pay via the app, coats on and it was time to hit the streets and passages of Bath and walk-off our delicious lunch. No surprise as Wagamama Bath is consistently great, but on a cold, damp and grey Monday at noon, it gave us the ultimate Wagamama dining experience and I love it for that.

We ordered from here April 2025. The chow mein was burnt and barely edible, the sweet and sour chicken balls were not cooked in the middle of the batter to be honest they looked like they had been cooked once then rebattered and cooked again. All in all very disappointed and quite disgusting food. Would not recommend this take away ever.

Wouldn’t eat in but always order our take away from here. Food hot when delivered. Tried various dishes from menu all were great. Definitely recommend !
