Great night out . Lauren our waitress is a great young lady she got the measure of us very professional and friendly thanks for looking after a group of olds

We have been to this restaurant several times before & it was always excellent. However when we went 10 days ago we were very disappointed, the food was not up to the previous standard. The chicken in the passanda was very dry & the flavour & colour was different. There was no salad or sauce served with the tandoori chicken which made it very expensive at £11.95 for two pieces of chicken & nothing else on the plate. The cheese naan did not have a lot of cheese on it and was very flat & greasy. None of the food came up to their previous standard. Also there were no tablecloths on the tables. All in all not very good at all.

A very varied menu, the food was delicious. The staff were polite, friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We throughly recommend this restaurant and we can’t wait to return,, when next in the area.

Wow, what a place. The new chef has really upped the game of "The Raj" was there 30th May for a family meal, and to try out the new place. The Scallops starter was sublime, it looked a picture, and i have to say the scallops were fat, juicy and succulent. Followed with a Chicken Jalfrezi, again new chef, but outstanding food, the price's reflect the more upmarket menu, but we paid @ £165 for 5 including drinks for starters & mains for all. All others that came with us were more than happy with the food, and cant wait to go again. We even had a freebie cheesecake desert to taste, and that was also really good.

The place has recently been refurbished and has new owners. I love how different it all is and how creative the food is. Definitely recommend

was going to be a sitdown meal for my wife and myself but due to the lockdown of all places, we settled for a takeaway which was very good . the staff were very helpful as well as apologetic about the situation definitely use more often

Excellent service - comprehensive menu - clean restaurant and facilities - very airy not confined - waiters willing to explain dishes - I had the shaslik kebabs as starter followed by the Lamb Dansak and Peshwari Naan Bread all served hot in time and good portions. Only thing they have now changed their name to The Raj may cayse confusion.

Restaurant was a short walk from Village Hotel. Service was excellent as was the food. We have no hesitation in recommending it

Visiting Swindon and stopping at the Village Hotel I found this quality Indian. With no one eating on a Thursday night we were a little concerned but once we were greeted by the staff we were reassured. Clean and comfortable we sat down to review the menu. We ordered popadoms and chutney, Onion Barge, Lamb Tikka, Lamb Passanda, Lamb Rogan Gosh, Mushroom Rice and Saag Aloo. The starters arrived in good time, well presented and appetising. The looks weren’t deceiving! Wow how flavoursome they both were, the Barge was clean and not greasy in the slightest. They were soon eaten. The main dishes arrived in a similar fashion well presented and smelling divine... on the first taste the sauce was fragrant and spicy, the meat tender. The whole meal was very balanced and as good Indian should be. Try this place and you won’t be disappointed!!!

Now called the Raj but still great food. South Indian garlic chilli chicken, Bombay chicken, chips and a delicious naan bread is what we ordered and picked up in 20 minutes and we were not disappointed. I had a chat with the owner and what a nice guy he is as hope the customer base becomes stronger as my chilli chicken was the best I ve ever had. So surprised by the poor reviews, maybe people after a free or reduced meal as the food was delicious. This will be our new regular takeaway and occasional night out sit down.

We were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. The decor is quite modern and the whole place has a lovely 'feel' about it. The staff were very attentive but not pushy and nothing was too much trouble. The menu is very extensive with something for everyone,. There are many meat dishes, fish, poultry and cheese. I had a lamb dish which was cooked with coconut, absolutely delicious. The food was piping hot and very tasty. We had a lovely evening and will definitely return. Great job

Seems like this place keeps changing its name . Anyway it was definitely called the the raj on Saturday the 12 Oct 19. Had cracking poppadoms with dips. Nice ice cold coke . Had chicken tikka Rogan Josh coconut fried rice keema naan. The other have lamb aloo. Absolutely loved it and we definitely go again . Could not fault a thing .

Myself and my husband enjoy a good Indian curry and have eaten in lots around the country. We dined in the night out Indian on the evening of Saturday 17th August after booking a table.Should have been alarm bells when we arrived that there were only 2 other tables there on a Saturday night. I am a great lover of butter chicken and couldn't see it on the menu so asked if they could do it, I wish I hadn't. I have been extremely ill ever since and beg you if you don't want a week on the toilet Don't Go There!!!

Had a very nice dhansak, pilau rice and naan breads. The lamb was so tender. The dhansak was full of flavour, as was the rice. Service was good and professional. Shall definitely visit again

We regularly visit for family meal and business parties. Food and services have been always exceptionally good. Ample of free car parking. Child friendly and disabled facilities are good too. Definitely worth a visit.

Have eaten here for over Four years plus also had many take-always, that have PREVIOUSLY been very tasty, although over the last few months had to wait a very long time extra when collecting even after being told when would be ready during our phone order, such as further 20 minutes or so, for actual collection, even when they were not busy! --------------- We decided to eat-in the restaurant last evening (A Thursday) and only three other couples also eating-in at the time! --------------The SERVICE was TERRIBLE plus the FOOD SUBSTANDARD! --------------The PRIMARY PROBLEM was that our Main Meal dishes came to the table in bits, spread over several minutes rather that all together. My main dish was getting cold and I had also to ask about a missing item and when it eventually came the Naan was completely BURNT underneath, although Very Lightly on top? Our some of our other dishes were also disappointing and we didn't eat some! (Were asked if we wanted to take them home? but Not asked if anything was wrong!) ---------------- We were offered the desert menu, but nobody came to take an order. ----------------- We waited several long minutes but the as nobody came to out table and no staff could be seen, we decided to get up. Then all of a sudden two staff appeared from the kitchen area and we asked for our bill, that was quickly calculated and we paid. ------------ We were not asked at any point if everything was OK. ------------- They have now lost a Loyal Monthly Customer who now will travel a little further to get better service and not be given burnt or sub-quality food. ========= As the saying goes "We will Walk with our feet" "Businesses are only as good as their last Job/Service"

We went for an early evening meal to the Taj Mahal after a day out. Both of us fancied an Indian & the restaurant was on our way home. The place was nearly empty and we waited at least 5 minutes before somebody came out of the kitchen.

All I have to say is all pumps up and all bottles at back of bar but no licence. Was shown to a table ignored for ten mins then asked if I wanted a drink. I pointed to the cobra pump and was told we have no licence. I left.

Always very friendly staff and lovely food,if we lived in Swindon we would visit weekly,never been disappointed over the years with any of the dishes we have tried,always satisfied, we live in Devon now so miss regular visits but always go when in or passing Swindon, one downside if I were to be picky is it is a tad cool sitting when they just open at 5pm,and although presented well it isn’t as plush as The Palm,highly recommend....

Great food, very quiet the night we visited but that was not an issue. The staff were very helpful and ensured we had a good evening. Definitely will return when next in Swindon.

Arrived as booked and tried to order our usual lager only to be told they no longer serve alcohol but was not told this when booking. The other disappointment was the cold temperature(no heating) so food became cold very quickly. Probably won't return.

Visited on Sunday night and had a good experience. I stay at the hotel next to the restaurant for work quite regularly and as I normally arrive on a Sunday evening quite late after a long travel it can be difficult getting somewhere serving food. Last night like every other time I have visited I am amazed about how quiet the restaurant is. I have always found the food to be good and last night was the same. I had the prawn purée which, ok the prawns were just a little over cooked for me but the sauce and purée bread were excellent. I had the mixed tikka Rogan Josh which was very tasty and had plenty meat and chicken. Overall this place I believe offers good food at a reasonable price and if you’re in the area give it a try.

Really poor service. We received drinks and popadoms promptly but had to wait a further 1.5 hours for mains. The temperature in the place was ridiculous / unbearable to the point we had to go outside for fresh air.

Me and my boyfriend went on our date night, loved the food and majority of staff was wonderful. Only downer is that one of the younger waiters looked miserable and it did kind of kill our mood however the other waiter was delightful and they were also kind enough to ring a taxi for us. Would definitely go again

Enormous space, but as it was a weeknight, quiet and therefore feels cold and lacks atmosphere. Service fine, menu is pretty standard, decent value though. Madras was spicy and rich, onion bhaji was underwhelming. OK.

We ordered 3x mains sides and one starter. The shish kebab was good. Unfortunately the curries were not nice. My lamb saag was lacking with meat and the meat I did have was very fatty. Chicken vinderloo again hardly any meat in it. Could taste the chilli powder in it very grainy. Chicken curry was very saucy too. Sides were bog standard. Don't know if eating in makes a difference. But food caused diarrhoea in the middle of the night. Would not go again.

Ate here a couple nights ago. Extensive menu with virtually every dish offered with a choice of meat or vegetables. I had the persian biryani, which was chicken biryani with a omelet on top. It was accompanied with a potato, tomato curry. No raita - I guess this wasn't Hyderabadi Biryani after all. The chicken was cubed meat, not bone-in pieces and rather bland. The curry was good, the rice not so much. Good value for money, but I expected better.

We were a out for a birthday party. Six of us. Ordered food and drinks. Drinks turned up promptly.we had to wait 1 hour for food to arrive. Plates came. They were cold. Rice was cold. One person ordered the mixed Biryani. Had 2 prawns in it.ordered further drinks took 20mins to arrive.give desert menu but they did not come back to find out if we required desert! Food ok but not outstanding. Service very disappointing

Mid week curry. Very quiet. Good service and food was very tasty. Reasonable costs. Great for finishing the night off after watching a movie.

We were there for a group event and the team really looked after us. The service was really friendly and the food was very tasty.

To be served a shami kebad that was simply RAW MEAT unbelievable..!! Order sent back and the second dish once cut into was also RAW!!!. This place is just a joke and needs public health to pay attention to what is being sold to the public from this restaurant. That was enough for me , I decided simply to walk away. The little service I did receive can only be said to be ignorant. Service staff did not seem to care how your order was placed on your table and can only describe their actions as throwing it down in front of you. Going on like this I cant see this establishment continuing under the current management.....!!

Most terrible food starters were raw and the service was not up to standard watiers very rude and the coke seem to watered down I would not go there again

We normally go after seeing a film but thus was just a Friday night out great finer. As usual food and service were excellent the staff do know us and always welcome us keenly it is not expensive max £40 a couple including drinks and starter ( no dessert) we love it there and we will go back at least monthly......

Do not recommend. They say its an Indian Restaurant. But never have i seen anywhere in UK, USA or India that a prawn korma and chicken moghlai yellow. Quantity served was also less.

We went for a spontaneous meal and we were seated immediately, the venue is nice if nothing special and the waiting staff were took our drink order and I was impressed with the service allowing us to try the wine before we chose.

Called in to the Taj Mahal for an unplanned meal out after a late finish at the Link Centre. The restaurant was almost empty on arrival, and there were only 2 members of staff in front of house, but the service and the food were both good. 4 if us ate for £60 with starters and drinks so very reasonable!

chicken jalfrazi consisted of 4 or 5 very small bits of chicken, loads of onions (padding), in a bland sauce. Not worth the money. Also the place has zero atmosphere. Never again. If you want a decent curry try rucci in old town.

Moved to west Swindon and this is the closest that opens early and to be fair the food is good. I had south Indian garlic chilli chicken and even though you don't get as much as previous take aways it was quality food, garlic naam...

The food and service was very good and reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit and if ever we were back in the area we would return.

I have not had a bad meal from here. Staff are pleasant and they always are punctual with preparing the food.

Was staying at the Village Hotel over the road so thought we would try this restaurant as close by. Place to large and lacks atmosphere. Enthusiasm from staff was zero. Had 2 dishes from the chefs recommendations which were just awful. Chicken bits were so small and just did not taste fresh. Left the majority of the food in and out in less than a hour and was £50 for just two people not drinking. Shame as the rest of the stay was good

We tried the Taj Mahal, in the Shaw Ridge Leisure Park on a whim, having just tried the escape rooms next door.

The indian food here is very good. Good value for your money. I personally prefer a different style for an indian restaurant

Lived in Swindon for a while and thought id finally try it. It was ok! The food was warm not hot in temperature, nice korma, atmosphere lacked charm, very light didn't get cozy, staff didn't seem too attentive as had to go to them for the bill! Ordered a Diet Coke and think it was out of the bottle. To me it was a meal for a quick stop, don't think I will be going again x

I have reviewed this place after a works do but that was not a great meal but after it was for 36 people i did wonder on the quailty was affected by the quantity. So we gave it another go with 4 adults and 2 children and the difference was unbelievable.I had the hot Jai Massala which was hot but so tasty. My wife had her normal Shaslick chicken and she said it was very good. My daughter and son in law had chilli massalla and were very impressed with the quality. Even the grandkids chicken nuggetts looked good.We brought our own birthday cake for the son in law which they glady plated up for us and brought out.Even the Kingfisher beer was ice cold and not flat like other curry houses.Will be going back for sure.

The food at this restaurant was enjoyable and the service was good. I was eating alone and although fairly busy there was space for me and it was a pleasant evening. The negatives are more to my personal preferences with Indian food (their food was quite standard with nothing much standing out) and how I found the room a little cold and loud (again my preference is a more quiet setting)

Worst restaurant I have ever been so far. I would strongly advised to the owner to give some nice training to his staff. This has got to be our favourite Indian restaurant by far. My husbands parents were both born and raised in India so we know good Indian food when we get it !. Portion sizes are good and the food is delicious. Staff have always been polite and professional. A* all the way !!

The food are good portion sizes and taste delicious, the prices vary depending on what you order but the food is good and the service is very professional and prompt, I live locally in swindon and this is without a doubt one of my favourite restaurants

We go here regularly when visiting Swindon and we have never been disappointed. The best onion bhajis ever, and the chicken patia was superb.

Visited many years back hadn't been since; so glad to have visited again! The food was delicious and plentiful. Staff were attentive and friendly. The food and drink are very good value for money, we enjoyed all apart from the keema naan bread we ordered- but that could just be down to personal preference! Would recommend going for a curry here, and we will more than likely be back!

Lovely restaurant with friendly staff and excellent food. I particularly like the Achari Lamb which has the benefit if some really lively Lime Pickle in the dish.

Loved the garlic and ginger combinations, also had a Persian dish I've never had. Pretty good curry.

So much better than a visit to the normal "next to the cinema" chain restaurants and always our venue of choice post a visit to the nearby Cineworld. Good selection on the menu, service is excellent, house wine (white) is very acceptable and reasonably priced ..... and we have never had a problem getting a table.

Visited this restaurant as it was very near the hotel in which I was staying. No problem getting a table on New Year's Day excellent menu and dishes reasnobly priced with very courteous staff. Food was good and plentiful.

I wasn't expecting to have a great meal at the Taj Mahal because of the very mixed reviews here. However I was pleasantly surprised by the service and quality of the food we received.I had a chicken tikka madras and my wife had a chicken korma; both meals were cooked to perfection. The food took a while to come but this just meant we had more time to talk.Thanks Taj Mahal for a great meal!

We came here as we love Indian food- one likes it hot and the other very mild- THEY GOT IT RIGHT- the very mild was perfect, lovely atmosphere, good food and friendly staff=will be back.

After a lot of planning from a work colleague, we went here for our works meal and even though we pre-ordered our meals some people still had to wait a while. We were told that as they was 30 of us we would get free popadoms for every table but they only gave us some to shut people from moaning. I know there were a lot to cook for and difficult to plan and deliver all at once but the food was fine but nothing special.I will try with just the wife and i to see if it is any better but i don t much hope.Staff were very good though and looked after us all the best they could.I will re submit another review once i have been again as after all the hardwork they put in i feel a little embarrassed to score a 3 but the food was average.

Visited with my work mates, absolutely loved the place. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Very friendly staff and super clean restaurant. Will be going back again very soon.

This honestly was disgusting. My vegetable pilau rice was drowning in oil, big chunks of raw onion in my curry. My wife's chicken tikka masala was extraordinarily awful. The chicken tikka was tasteless and the sauce was kind of sour but sickeningly sweet. Best bit about the meal was the after eight chocolates and that's because the chef was not involved in that creation! I don't get why 30 plus people rate this as excellent! My mind is blown. THE WORST CURRY I'VE EVER HAD !

Quality food, just lacks atmosphere so if you want a quieter meal then this is for you.Been here a few times and not fair to moan as they just don't do a lot wrong.Quality of food versus atmosphere this is your choice.

My fiancé planned to eat out in this restaurant on my birthday and the restaurant board read "open" in colourful lights.., as we stepped in inside the restaurant, there was not a single person to attend to us.. as we knocked on the kitchen door a guy came out to tell us they can't serve us.. We even informed him we can wait if they were not ready but still he insisted that we leave and that he can't serve us.. I never had this kind of experience ever in my Life.. I wonder why these guys didn't lock the doors if they didn't want to serve any customers..

Half one in the afternoon and the man said they can't open as they were too busy the night before. No apology was given and he asked us to turn his open sign to close.. poor show

I wandered into this empty restaurant after 22:00hrs on a Sunday night to be met by very friendly helpful staff. Food was excellent, service great and price was very reasonable. Would definitely go back and would recommend others to try it.

Food always excellently and well spiced. Great atmosphere, and staff very helpful - they can't do enough for you. You will not be disappointed. Large selection from different regions. Would recommend. Make you welcom even with young children.

I visited the restaurant with my partner after going to the bowling alley. I'd like to think I know a good curry when I eat one having been to brick lane, curry mile as well as numerous curry restaurants throughout the UK. The food was extremely bland, the naan bread was very doughy and almost tasteless. The masala sauce was over powered with coconut. The 9 small king prawns I received in my shashlick were also very bland! Luckily we had already had a big lunch despite the attempted up selling by the waiter! Why cant we just have what we want?

Very convenient for a meal following a movie or bowling.Don't get me wrong with my grading here ... the Taj Mahal is not a bad restaurant ... it's just not good enough to rate a Very Good or Excellent from me.Standards for restaurants these days are high.I have given Excellent reviews to Indian restaurants in two other cities recently and here's the rub ... I had fish and prawn dishes from the specials section of the menu in those other restaurants and the fish and prawns were clearly very fresh cooked to perfection and tasted just great.The King Prawn dish that I had at the Taj Mahal also one of their house special clearly had prawns that were not that fresh ... had that typical harder rubbery texture and didn't taste nice and fresh at all. This completely let the dish down as the sauce was very good.Skimping on quality of ingredients to feed your profits simply doesn't work for restaurants these days.Similarly service is up to much.I can't say that it's bad ... but you certainly don't get the feeling that anyone likes their job and this comes across.As I say it's not bad ... simply average and you can certainly get average at a better price ... it could be so much better if owners/management improved the quality of ingredients and service.

The food is fast but not warm enough. My family and I had a nice meal and the facilities are great but the music could of been turned up a little bit more. Not enough lighting but enough to be comfortable in. The food was nice and the keema naan was lovely. I recommend the korma (chicken) and pilar rice. All in all it is great. :D

The best oriental food i ever had. Good flavour, quick and friendly service, reasonable prices and a great choise. On the menu you get an explanation of the ingrediënt, and how hot the food is.

We visited the restaurant on 16th and 17th July. On both evenings the food was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The restaurant was very clean and inviting.

Early evening - midweek - Wednesday. I was one of 7 covers at 8pm and the old d seemed very sterile. My King prawn curry was tepid at best and my peshwari naan definitely undercooked. Food tastes ok but needed more cooking time. Staff were average but not engaged. Don't think I will return.

Rang last minute to book a table this was no problem at all staff were very polite and friendly, food was absolutely delicious (cannot fault it) It was excellent value too - would definitely go again and highly recommend it.

We had a takeaway for the second time, and mut say this was very good again, We will be going back for more. This Indian also gives you 10% discount for collections.

Nice place, good service, reasonably priced , food was really lovely. We had not booked but were accomadated straight away. Would visit again. Some people said this was expensive, it is as expensive as you want it to be, specials are always extra . I pick a basic hot curry , we always share a rice and naan and have a popadum each. The portions are good too.

There were 10 of us in our group and they were able to accommodate us together at short notice. Nice selection of meals available and we all had different meals to each other which everbody enjoyed and prices were very reasonable but the only complaint we had was the restaurant was extremely cold and all of our party had to put our coats back on, and we couldn't wait to leave the restaurant and get back to our warm hotel which was a great pity

Turned up at 4.30 to eat as the restaurant is advertised as opening at 4.30pm to be told we would have to return in 40 minutes as they had just opened so nothing was ready!!!

What a find ! Can't believe we had never been in there before.Fast friendly service and lovely food. It's going to become a regular for us.

The food was good, although not a huge amount of meat in the curry for the price (I paid (£10 odd for a Bombay curry) although the rice and naan portions were big. The staff were ok, service not amazing. We sat with our empty plates for at least 10 minutes having had several staff walk past and look at us. We paid £55 for a meal for 2 with 1 soft drink each so it was quite expensive but the food is nice. The restaurant ambience is not the best, we went on Valentine's Day so it was fairly busy but I can imagine on a normal week night it'd have no atmosphere as it's so big and was quite cold. No music playing apart from what was coming from the TV.

I've been to the restaurant before, but it has obviously changed hands.It was a Saturday night and it was really quiet, which wasn't a good sign. We were attended to by a guy with the most enormous beer belly - sorry, he wasn't indian and it really was very distracting!We ordered chicken jalfraise and another chicken dish. In all the time I have eaten in indian restaurants I have never come across anything so bad! Indeed, it's the first time I've felt the urge to add a review to tripadviser. The chicken had obviously been pre-fried and than just chucked into a frying pan with the appropriate spices.

I have visited the Taj Mahal a couple of times now, my first trip was business and I arrived with 16 guests (didn't book, should have!! my bad) the staff were very accommodating and seated us with nibbles.the food was fantastic.after such a lovely visit, my next visit was a date night which proved to be a great venue

Despite living locally we didn't know this place existed until we emerged from the cinema feeling hungry. It's at the back of a cinema, bowling alley and hotel complex. We live close by so usually just go home but having seen it we thought we would try it. We are glad we did. We had a brilliant meal in clean and comfortable surroundings with excellent service. Now we have found it we will be able to make an evening more than just a trip to the cinema.

As I work in Love London I have many good Indian Restaurants to compare and this seemingly plain place offer's much better food than all the fancy places in Brick Lane.

Loved the food. We came after 10 pin bowling adjacent to the restaurant as the bowling kitchen had closed. Although it was late we were welcomed and quickly seated. Recommendations were given to 2 people as they were uncertain what to choose and this proved to be spot on. The food was obviously cooked to order and was delicious and plentiful.The staff couldn't have been nicer and dealt with us efficiently and gave us a friendly farewell at the end. Will certainly recommend and go back.

After reading some of the reviews here we were not expecting a fantastic experience, however we were seeing a film at Cineworld (next door but one) needed some dinner and didn't fancy any of the other choices nearby. We went at about 7pm on a Thursday. Yes the restaurant is a big space and was not at all busy, so it did feel a bit lacking in ambiance and atmosphere. The only sound, other than the chatter from the five other tables that were occupied, came from a TV behind the bar. I would really recommend that the Management put some kind of music on, doesn't need to be loud, but just something to add a little atmosphere. Having said that we were greeted and seated quickly. We ordered quickly and the food arrived in a reasonable time. The staff were friendly enough. The food was well cooked, tasty and certainly not microwaved! And we thought the price was reasonable for what we had. One word of caution.. We love spicy food but the Madras my wife ordered was one of the hottest we have ever had!! We knew about it the next day, if you know what I mean! So on balance and on the basis of our own experience I would recommend the restaurant and would return.

My friends and I came here last year and again last night. I have to say, the food was delicious, with good portion sizes and the service was excellent. It's a little on the quiet side and the lighting is very bright, but that really was the only thing I could fault. Highly recommend for friends who want to get together and chat over excellent food.

We generally use this restaurant for takeaways, having phoned the order through and established a time to collect. I like mine a little hotter than the standard 'English' versions, and if requested this is certainly done.The food is absolutely excellent.We were there late last night (27 October) after visiting the cinema which is virtually next door. Unlike other reviewers I think this is an excellent location as there is a hotel, ten pin bowling and the multiscreen cinema on site, with lots of free parking, so people can eat when it suits in connection with other leisure activities.The premises ARE very large, but they do allow you to choose where you would like to sit, and we always choose to sit in the busier part (in any establishment) as it will have more atmosphere than being all by yourself on the opposite side of a large room. I'm quite sure that if you were seated in a quiet area, you could request a move to the busier part. Where there are more staff moving around . . . Simples !Our service last night was entirely satisfactory. The food was superb (and so was the film !).Thank you to all the team, both seen and unseen (but especially those in the kitchen !).

I will start on a positive note, the food once you get it is quite delicious, however the service is awful.When we arrived we were probably one of six tables, we were all seated on top of one another when the restaurant is the size of a small stadium!The service was very slow and unattentive, the waiter that cleared our table, spilled food all over the table, then left it there and didn't clear the rest of the table! We asked for our bill, which came and then we sat 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our money, I eventually took it to the bar where about 5 members of staff were milling about.The table next to us had their bill bought to them without asking and whilst they were waiting to order dessert...Absolute farce.Will never visit again, even if the food is quite good.
