I've Ordered from here twice and waited an hour for delivery, then they cancelled my order both times and by the time they let my know they are had cancelled everywhere else was closed !

Excellent food. Really fresh and nicely spiced. Nice people, too

Our first experience - very impressed. Food excellent, authentic, fresh, delivered quickly. Could not ask for more - real value for money. We have used same Chinese takeaway (delivered) for many years, recent price increases. Jasmine from now for us.

i have had this food before and it was good but tonight my food went somwhere else then back to me it was cold not good

Two things good about this takeaway .. the food came piping hot and early but that’s where the good comments end. Over cooked & not a lot of flavour.

I ordered late at night so maybe I got food that had been prepared much earlier in the evening, but it wasn’t great.

Portions quite small and the rice had a weird plasticky burnt taste and the chips were burnt aswell and not very garlicky or chilli flavoured . …. On. Plus side the food did arrive piping hot and the driver was very polite and friendly unlike just eat scooter drivers

Portions are small and not much meat in dishes but the food tastes lovely and always boiling hot. The delivery guy is friendly and lovely

Miserable. Really very bad - everything about it. Sad. Guys, just don't do it, it's laughable. Soggy, black chips, however they managed that. Half a portion. Half a portion of boiled rice. Tasteless curry, the poorest quality ingredients. Every dish was either over cooked or under cooked. Tiddly little portion of curry sauce. Half a breast of bone-dry roast chicken muddled over a week's worth wedge of beansprouts? Then, the old chap tried getting me to go to him in his car - no chance, pal. Yuck

Have been going to Jasmine for over 6 years now, and it’s obvious why. Run by the loveliest people, and the food is amazing too! Second to none in Bristol. All great prices, amazing service and always quick to deliver! Cannot recommend Jasmine enough. Is a definite must try!

Ordered a curry , just chicken and sauce , don't want onion as all you get is onion , there was no mushrooms no pepper no nothing , never again will I order here.

Never have I had a chicken curry so bland it's the worst one I've ever had just chicken in a mushy sauce 🤮 took an hour and ten minites to come. What a big disappointment save your money

Really delicious although an item was missing the guy was very apologetic and offered to double on my next order (and to be fair it was like 1am). Food was really hot, fresh and tasty.

Food from here is always amazing unfortunately today had to make a complaint of the shredded chilli chicken as was over cooked and tasted very burnt and sweet and sour chicken balls x2 as they were also over cooked and very dry when usually they are perfect bit disappointed today but will still order next Friday as always

The delivery driver was super nice and the food was hot when it arrived! The sweet and sour chicken Hk style was alright but the chicken in the chicken and mushroom tasted off? It had a fishy flavor to it so it ended up in the bin. Chicken and mushroom is what I always order from the Chinese takeaway and I’ve never had one taste fishy so not sure what they did to it.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Had no taste at all, chips were completely soggy & portion sizes of the hongkong style chicken was disgusting for the price, and to add it also had 0 taste too. My pancake roll was also burnt & tasted like it had been charcoaled. Definitely would not recommend or order again.

The food overall arrived warmed and early,However it was very tasteless the rice is more greasy than flavourful.Very disappointed.I brought for me and a friend who’s down in Bristol wasn’t a good experience for them.

The spring roll came burn and black, overcook , same with the chicken sweet and sour honk kong style.

Chips had been reheated so many times they had no potato just dried skins , sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style looked and tasted like out of a packet mix , no flavour at all , I have never had such a bad meal ,chicken chow mien what chicken 4 tiny pieces no sauce just dry . Will never use this restaurant again

The prawn fried rice was just egg fried rice with prawns in it. Was very disappointed when it arrived. Didn’t look like prawn fried rice at all. No veggies or special sauce, gutted

We ordered sweet and sour king prawns x 2 and 6 times pancake rolls . All six pancake rolls were overcooked to burnt with blackness, but strangely not crispy. All of the king prawns batter was soft and greasy. I know Jasmine can do better than this as the same items have been superb before. But tonight's order was bad enough to put us off Jasmine for good. Very bad.

Honestly best Chinese I’ve ever had. Delivered to Premier Inn at half 1 in the morning. Totally delicious. Chow Mein is amazing!

EXCELLENT! Was surprised Jasmine were still open at 3am, but the food was excellent in quality, flavour, temperature and quantity. Well packaged and the chap who delivered it to me was perfectly hospitable :) Thought I'd just treat us to a one-off, but will definitely have to re-order soon :D

Absolutely vile ordered beef curry and chips…. Well I thinks the chips were found in the bottom of the fryer and as for the curry I’d call it soggy beef in gravy with added curry powder these people wouldn’t know Chinese food if it sat on their face

If it had been late but had been communicated, I would mind less but having someone just say they are busy and it will be 15-20 mins (when already late) and then hang up when calling for an update is simply rude. Food may have been passable for the price and good size portions but the delay meant most will now go in the bin! Last time I order with jasmine or just eat and will order directly with others in future!

Horrific, not only did i ordered curry sauce and when it came it was gravy.. when i tried to take it out of the packaging the entire bottom of the pot was melted, it all emptied onto my hand a burnt 3 of my fingers & my palm of my hand and went all over my legs

Every dish was slightly off. Very hard to explain other than stuff was kinda watery . Everything looked like what I ordered but just didn't taste the way those dishes are supposed to (to me anyway) The price and service definitely makes up for it but I wouldn't order again

SHE DIDN'T KNOW IF THE DRIVER WOULD HAVE CHANGE AND HUNG UP AGAIN. THE DRIVER WAS NICE; I WISH I COULD SAY THE SAME FOR THE FOOD, BURNT CHIPS ARE AN UNDERSTATEMENT, AND THERE IS NO WAY FOOD CAN STAY THAT HOT WITHOUT BEING NUKED IN THE MICROWAVE; THAT'S WHY SO MANY DISHES ARE RUBBERY. Appalling customer service. The lady on the phone was rude and frankly did not care about what we were asking for. We will not be ordering from them ever again. Shocking; they didn't even give us the chance to order food so we can't even review that! But based on some of the other reviews, that might be a good thing!

Good value. But where were the prawn crackers we ordered??!! 😭

The food was cold, flavourless and the side of Veg lacked veg! Sauces were bland, the chicken batter was over cooked and very dark but when it arrived it was soft and cold. Overall the food was appalling, lacking in flavour and definitely not worth what I paid for it. I will not be a returning customer.

Big mistake. Thought it was worth a go being open late and I was in need of a takeaway but lacking choice so ordered. Soup came in a non soup container so spilled into bag and had what could only be described as morsels of chicken. Spring roll was burnt to a crisp and utterly bitter I have literally no idea how anyone with any pride would even let that leave a kitchen in the first place. Rice was really dark and my main dish of beef with bamboo shoots and water chestnuts has apparently come as a chow mein which isn't what I ordered. Tbh I have no idea how this place is even in business. I'm sorry I understand it's your business but you have to at least act like you care or just pack it in because at this rate you won't be open much longer. Big wake up call needed.

Food arrived early and was pipping hot, was a bit worried to try as the reviews aren’t the best but I wasn’t disappointed one bit! Very tasty so will 100% be ordering again:)
