When I go to this place, it’s a paradise for barbecue. It’s good quality and low price. The boss is great and the service is great. My friend and I just came here tonight to eat. We were so happy!! Highly recommended, one of the best places I've been for BBQ in UK. The owner is super duper friendly and the staff is amazing!! Let alone to mention the price is so so reasonable for what you get! Can't sing enough of its praises, please come try out yourselves! 😆😆

Eating buffet was super good, pork feet was amazing, bbq grilled need super delicious not to dry nor to fatty and seasoning was right on spot, mushroom and potato on stick super good seasoning. Definitely recommend to visit and get a reservation before hand. Staff is nice and food worth time.

If you want to spend money on synthetic meat and junk seasonings, this is a great option. Chinese people only lie to Chinese people... First of all, you can't order food. You can eat whatever the store gives you. You can't choose. And the quality of the meat is really rubbish. It's all synthetic meat and MSG... I don't know about those people who have no brains. Doesn’t it matter what the dog’s name is and what it tastes like in the Little Red Book? If there were zero points I would definitely not give one.

The meat is not fresh and there is absolutely no “quality” at all. If you want to wait a long time, in order to eat some dishes with a strong and greasy seasoning, you can go.

I had a barbecue buffet in this restaurant. My evaluation is that although it is said to be a 20 pound buffet, which sounds very cost-effective, it does not feel like this at all. First of all, this thing cannot be called self-help. Buffet means all you can eat, food is free, you can eat whatever you want... I took the initiative to ask for it from him, and the boss replied, "I will be bankrupted by you"😅😅😅 In short, I want to say that if you think that eating a Chinese buffet for 20 pounds is a good deal, I can only say that you are wrong. In the buffet at the same price, you still have many choices. And there are many people who offer better services, better environment, and higher cost performance than him. If you are smart enough, you will find that it is difficult to find relevant negative reviews on xhs, and you will know that this is not normal... Awful. Don’t ever use this place for Uber Eats. I spent £30 and never received my food. I called them pre booking and they treated me like dirt. No food, £30 spent, no accountability. Awful.

Special chow mein stay clear absolutely awful so dry, hardly any bean sprouts just cheap stringy noodles and mainly all dry chicken

I see the rewiews are going two extremes, either very good or very bad. I would say this Chinese restaurant is NOT a common restaurant British people think of. Most Chinese restaurant here are either Cantonese or spicy Sichuan food, with rice or fried noodles. But this restaurant 's chef is from north china and the flavour is different. I know this because I am from the same province! If you ask them to make fried rice/noodles or ducks, it's gonna to be a disaster because in my home province we don't eat them. It's until I came to UK i discovered some new Chinese dishes. Try to order something different and it might surprise you 😜. Our home province (Shandong province) dish is said to be the mother of all Chinese dishes. We are good at doing braised chicken or lou mei, or some seafood like sea cucumber. I would say their rice is really horrible, and it's average compared with my hometown restaurants. But it's very rare I can eat Chinese dishes like this in UK.

Not good. Bland and watery sauce (ordered tofu with veg) Chewy soft crispy seed weed, felt like and tasted like it had been cooked a while ago. Won't be going back here. Such a shame we have to put up with high cost sub standard food options. A take away should be a treat, not a nightmare! The only thing going for it was speed... but that's probably because a lot of it was pre-cooked and heated up. Yuck!

Best chicken fried rice I have ever had!!

Very basic Chinese food. Ordered king prawn fried rice, it turned out to be standard egg fried rice with 5 king prawns on top costing £9.50! Ordered duck hofun, again a bit meh, no flavour and barely any noodles. King prawns, gingers and spring onion ok at best. All dishes cost £9.50 each. Recommend to go to Xing Wang up the road, better taste, quality and SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper.

I'm not a lover of spicy food, but I really enjoy the food here. Regarding the dine in taste, everything is very good. I'll recommend this restaurant (dine in, not take away) if you'd like to try the Chinese spicy / tangy food. Btw, the staff of this restaurant are really friendly.

Really gutted with my Thai Tom yam soup... no flavour whatsoever. And 2 prawns in it. So disappointed. Mushroom chow mein was OK but a tad oily for my liking. Cant comment on service or atmosphere as ordered from uber eats.

The last three orders from this restaurant have been incorrect, from items missing to incorrect dishes, each time I have had to phone them when food arrives to sorry it out, they are unhelpful and have lied in the past. The food quality also is not good, I will never use them again....

Absolute waste of time. I placed order on uber eats, waited 30 Minffordd delivery, only to get a message saying delivery not possible. Absolute scum bags! Why take the order if you can't fulfil it? Why make me wait 30 minutes for food before cancelling the order. Just appalling customer service.

Delivery service. It was pretty good. Chow mein is dry thin noodles but I actually like that. Salt and pepper chicken wasn’t crispy enough but it was tasty. Chicken and sweetcorn soup was nice. Would order again

We've ordered through their website and called after 1 hour 15 minutes to see where it is. They haven't seen it yet. The money has come out of our account. It's taken 15 minutes on the phone for them to understand what has happened. Really poor service.

Possibly the best Chinese in the area. It's unfortunate that they have had to compromise their repices to account for the locals. Ask for "Beijing spice, hundred percent", you'll get proper food. This place does really nice food, but they play it down for the foreigners (us Brits). Ask them for the real deal... It's really tasty :)

Ordered delivery from Uber Eats I ordered duck in plum sauce and got duck in pineapple instead (second choice when I was deciding so thought I would just eat it and not complain). Sauce very watery and duck was more fat than meat. Also ordered BBQ ribs which tasted like they were covered in Bisto gravy- couldn’t finish Rice portion was tasty and generous size

Chow mein extremadamente seco. Pedí comida para llevar que incluye 2 chow meins. Solo eran fideos, brotes de soja y carne, sin sabor ni una gota de salsa. Llamé al jardín de Asia y lo mencioné, y me dijeron que mencionara la próxima vez que quiero salsa extra, pero él no entendió que no era salsa en primer lugar. Ordered Kung po and Sichuan dishes. They taste the same. All gloopy sugary with uncooked vegetables mixed in. Tasted like ketchup and to be honest, not editable. If you enjoy melted haribo mixed with some bits of food you'd like this.

We were so pleased with our order. Every dish was delicious, the portions were good and , it was delivered on time by a very pleasant courier, the food was piping hot. This was the first time we had ordered but it won’t be the last so thank you.

I don't get takeaways often but did get one from Asia Garden anout a yesr ago and enjoyed my meal. However, I recently got a takeaway here and standards have definitely slipped. I went for the mixed veg urdu dish & my son beef chow mein. They said it would be ready in 10 mins which I thought was fast. Perhaps I now see why. Mine was awful, I feel as though it was just reheated. It tasted bland and the only thing I could taste was a plastic taste maybe from the container and a smokey burnt flavour. The vegetables were non existent. A bit of onion and a couple of slices of carrot. Very disappointing. My son's dish also had a burnt flavour and he said the beef was of poor quality. Will not revisit this place again could have done better myself.

Ordered braised tofu in a spicy sauce, but was served rather quickly with boiled tofu in a spicy sauce. Couldn't be arsed frying it first. Nice one. You weren't even busy.

If I could give no stars I would, this restaurant claims to have “lost” our order from just eat . Waited over an hour and a half for them to not even say sorry or sound apologetic.

If I could leave a zero for quality of food I would. Ribs all bone and grissle and special fried rice stank of fish and half of the rice was clumped sticky white boiled rice with no flavour.

Order took 2 hours to arrive, during that time contacted them with no joy, didn’t really understand me and just said it was in its way. When it did arrive it was warm at best, 1item missing and 1 item wrong, out of 5!!!!!! on a Tuesday night wouldn’t have thought it was that busy. Not a great experience, certainly won’t be using them again. DO NOT USE

Ordered through just eat. Food took nearly 3 hrs to arrive (An hr and 20 longer than stated time)!! By the time it finally came, the chips were hard and dry and the chips and rice were cold. Very disappointing meal, definitely not worth the wait. Won’t be ordering from here again.

My boyf and I have recently moved to Totterdown and given Asia Garden is now our local Chinese, felt it was our duty to sample their menu! Since moving in we've got takeaway from here twice so managed to try and few dishes, and everything I've had has been delicious. My favourite so far is the duck in black pepper sauce. Very reasonably priced at around £6.50, the portions are generous so both times we've ordered we've managed to get 4 meals out of it! Chips are chunky and tasty, the menu is huge and very varied with something for everyone. Doesn't feel crazily MSG-ish or overally greasy like many takeaways can - oddly feels almost wholesome. Looking forward to our next one already!

Best Chinese I think we’ve ever had absolutely delicious can highly recommend the red Thai curry and udon noodles

Fantastic Chinese food, friendly staff and at a good price

foreign friends love the dish, but I am only satisfied with the fish in hot chili oil. The fish is in a big portion even though fish is only on the top, the bean sprout under it is also very delicious. The noodle in the chicken sticks together. The yolk tofu tastes strange, I had thought it was very soft,tender with thick soup. The sweet and chili shredded pork is better than Wong, but not as good as I made...the beef is just the average level.

If you aren’t expecting the world you won’t be disappointed. This isn’t a five star restaurant in looks or service but if you are realistic and hungry it’s a great place to eat. The waiter wiped my table after seating me and got me a drink straight away. She came and took my order as soon as I indicated I was ready and the food came out fairly quickly (I was in no way wondering where is was) given how busy they were for take away orders. Overall simple restaurant with tasty food and fairly reasonable prices.

Friday night 10.30 pm Shut... No service, no food. Even though they advitise til 11pm.. Not a one off.. Avoid so you are not left hungry.

The best Chinese food in Bristol！

Ordered a Thai Green Curry last night (23/11/17) we got home, the rice was tasteless, and it was... a CHINESE curry with peas and onion! absoloutely nothing Thai about it, so called the restaurant as this was the 3rd time in a couple of months they've messed up, and was told that it WAS a thai green curry, their version of a Thai Green Curry! so, for a chinese curry it was mediocre! This restaurant has gone WAY down hill in the last 2 years. Will not use again, rather pay more and use PANDA delivery in Redfield. Warning everyone!

Bad tasting food... pork fried rice with no pork, ribs were all fat, 3 slices of duck swimming in a tub of sauce. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I would have give four stars if the food come out the same quality as the first time, we had a wonderful feast the first time, regardless some friends had some unpleasant experience with them. I looked forward to the yummy food as first time, however, even for the same dish we had, the quality and quantity is different this time, so we're disappointed when you have high expectations. The beef noodle soup was lovely this time though, hope they have good quality control next time.

food is not great chips have a strange taste and there so dry i ate 3 chips and couldn't eat any more chow mein was strange not like any other chow mein i have had before didn't have soy sauce in so was really dry first chow mein i have ever had with out soy sauce :( curry sauce also had a funny taste i could not eat any of it sorry to say... i wouldn't recommend me and my partner are still hungry what a waste of money :(

Love Asia Garden's Chicken Chow Mein, definitely one of my favourites in Bristol. The chicken pieces aren't too big and there's a lot of them, and the egg noodles are thin, which is a huge bonus for me. They're also very good at leaving out the beansprouts and onions on request!

Food delivered late and lukewarm. Since the app has the ability to notify customers of delays why not use it instead of making me phone to see where food was. Sadly it wasn't worth the wait it was borderline warm and gave my wife indigestion. Will never use again.

Currys were very good, chips ok, rice good, would have been 5 stars if not for pools of oil in the currys if you don't mind mixing it in fine but I spooned it out, will try again.

We were handed a restaurant menu. The menu was a lot smaller than the takeaway menu and the prices were nearly double. We thought my we would give it a try. We ordered 3 dishes which came to £22. The food didn't have much flavour at all. It was very bland. We were disappointed and our son was still hungry when we left. My wife took one of the dishes home and improved it by adding some more ingredients to it. I wouldn't waste my money there again.
