The Wagamama is a very popular restaurant at the moment - at least if you judge from the fullness and noise. The food is good - but not very much, but too expensive. the staff quick and friendly. Unfortunately they can't quite keep up... it was pretty dirty.

I was with the kids and my mum, and was in a hurry to get home but everyowanted a bite, so we decided to try their takeaway. I wasn't sure if it was nuts used on the premise, so we sat at a table outside. The server at the door was amazing. She heard my concerns, so she got some colouring pages for the kids, a cuppa for mum, and took me inside to look at options. She was quite knowledgeable and helped me pick a great selection for everyone. My son's food was very clearly labelled and separated for the rest of the family due to the allergies. The service was swift, and her choices were spot on...for my son cleaned his bowl out, and he's a picky eater. We had a 25-minute ride home, and the food was still hot when we got home..really a great experience for me.

Staff and service were excellent even though it was slammed. Food was generally good.

Friendly staff and a lovely meal. It was quite busy when we arrived, but we still got our meals piping hot and didn’t have to wait long. The staff were friendly and cheerful despite having to deal with another table of guests who objected to their food arriving at different times. They’re side dishes not starters people!!

Non attentive staff My food was awful Firecracker curry, vegetables looked and tasted burnt and were just inedible which taste spread throughout the dish Staff saw that I hadn’t eaten my meal but no one bothered to ask if there was an issue

Food was okay! I didn't really like the chicken katsu :/... service REALLY nice. Especially Daisy!

Took my son for his birthday treat and he loved his meal, he enjoyed sitting outside. The service was great and our server Emily was lovely.

Apart from very expensive, a friendly clean restaurant and always busy.

Nice and clean dinning room, cozy environment. Food has twists and turns rather than traditional Japanese taste. Service is fast and staffs are friendly.

Just popped in with my daughter Ordered our meals, her meal, unfortunately and unknowingly the meat in the dish came out very rare - which for a 12 year old isn’t suitable - it would of been nice to be told in advance this was the case and we then wouldn’t have ordered it. So we selected an alternative, that came out and it was wrong the dish, which we were made to feel it was our fault because the waitress believed our finger was on that choice on the menu… so then ordered a third replacement meal, which didn’t come with the specified sauce and again it was questioned like it was our fault. Not great tbh Saying that food was lovely.

The waiters are infact very rude towards members of the public and refused to refund my friends when we paid a too much 🔪🔪😡💔

Our waitress Madi was excellent, she helped me choose a delicious dinner that met my dietary needs and she even taught me how to use the chopsticks! She was so friendly and we had a fun night out with delicious food ☺️

The food was good but the service was great. Sadly we don’t remember their name but they were attentive, helpful and cheerful. Oh and not at all invasive: Arrived at the right times without hovering.

1st time at any Wagamamas. We went for our daughters Birthday. I am a vegetarian and very impressed with how many options were available for me.. I ordered the Firecracker but explained I wasn't terribly fond of Tofu so they very kindly add loads more veg to mine... Nice and hot & spicy... Both other meals were fabulous also.... Very impressed, the staff were very attentive and helpful..... Can't wait to go back and try out the other veggie options....

Sons took Mum and me for Mother’s Day!! Have to thank the lovely Isobel for being the best hostess!!! Great to see someone with so much enthusiasm in what can be a stressful job!!! A credit to the company and great food 😍😍😍

Wagamama has changed the menu since I last visited it and very much for the better. The Korean rice bowl with silken tofu was simple and superb. Visually attractive, fragrant, fresh tasting and nutritious. The wok fried greens were simple and savoury. Recommended.

We decided to step out of the Christmas Shopping mayhem for a bite to eat. We have eaten in Wagamama’s before but can’t remember it being this good. We shared a Chicken Katsu Curry, Bau Buns with Beef, Crispy Squid Balls (exceptional) and Stir Fried Greens. It was all delicious with Green Tea. Service was excellent and the menu explained. It was exactly what we wanted; quick, tasty in a comfy venue. Spot on!

The food was OK, but the salad aspect had been kept in a warm area, it didn't change the flavour. I used to go reasonably often to this chain as it was good value, not so much now.

Visited here to be served by a lady with an American accent called Vida. Incredibly attentive with excellent service throughout. The food was also great. Can’t fault them at all and looking forward to my next visit.

Had dinner here on an awful wet evening. The food was very good tasty and well presented. The pudding was new on the menu and yummy a kind of donut 🍩filled with custard. Our waitress Issy was absolutely amazing she spent time talking with us and was so lovely she made the evening very enjoyable.

My only slight gripe was there was a regular high pitched noise. I think linked to the audio system. A bit like low pitched tinnitus. Some new items on the menu which were good. Made use of the good and free green tea.

We had a lovely meal with some of our family. Our meal was great as always, the staff and service were excellent, well done to our waiter Oliver. Excellent visit. Thank you.

It was very quiet as we were there quite early for lunch but the staff were lovely and very friendly.

The McDonald's of Asian food if they have an addiction to lime juice. Great staff who give good advice and aren't offended when you send food back for adjustment. But at the end of the day this is a chain restaurant, at least it has good vegan options.

I had lunch here with friends. The staff were friendly & the service good. As usual, the food was delicious. I have a milk allergy so was asked about this & a sticker put on my mat. My order was taken separately so that the waitress could check that it was suitable.

Location was quiet but the staff were great fun to talk to and provided excellent service.

Eigentlich gehen wir gerne zu Wagamama. Aber diese Filiale ist eine Katastrophe. Extrem eng, laut und rummelig. Nur wenige Plätze, auf denen man eine Rückenlehne hat, die dann auch schnell belegt sind. In jedem McD sitzt man gemütlicher. Das Personal war freundlich, aber hat ein Schwätzchen untereinander den Gästen vorgezogen. Gut, dass man schnell per QR-Code zahlen kann. Das Essen war gut, wie bei allen Wagamama.

If you like ramen and Asian food from effectively a fast food chain, then you can’t go wrong with Wagamama. This outlet was Centrally located in Salisbury town centre. I particularly liked the QR code checkout system, just in case your server is taking a bit long in bringing the bill.

What can I say. It’s a chain. This isn’t somewhere we come to frequently. But we were hungry and short on time and Salisbury was really busy (good to see tourists back). Service was swift. Food exceeded our expectations. Surprisingly tasty. The staff are on the go constantly. The environment is noisy and fast paced, we managed 40 mins of it, how they work in it I don’t know. Despite this, the food was really good.

Dropped in for lunch with my sister and daughter, all celebrating recent birthdays. Great food, great service from Veda (?) and fab gesture from manager who gave us a complementary bottle of prosecco!

Food was mostly good although one of the main dishes was under cooked, staff tried to rectify the issue but due to being short staffed this never actually happened although to resolve the issue we didn't pay for this dish at the end.

Amazing! We went today on a school trip and it was fantastic the kids got to make katsu chicken and a fruit juice from scratch all the staff where amazing with the children they all really enjoyed it as did the adults!

Nous sommes venu diner ici et le repas c'est très bien passé, les cocktails étaient très bons. Le service au plus que parfait, la dame qui s'occupait de nous était au petit oignons concernant les allergies de ma femme, vraiment top. Les entrées et plats aussi étaient super bons.

We went to Wagamama Salisbury for lunch, having been quite a few times before but not for several months. I’m not sure what might have changed but it was a real disappointment. On the plus side, the service was reasonable and both the tata squid and hoisin duck buns were tasty and quick to the table. However, the tantoman beef ramen and grilled chicken ramen were both very bland with broth that I can only describe as tasting like school dinner gravy. Both were left less than half finished. Equally, the chicken and prawn pad Thai was quite greasy and again, bland with no spice heat at all. The dish was saved through the addition of lashings of soy sauce and chilli flakes at the table, but that shouldn’t have had to have been the case. Despite seeing the ramen bowls hardly touched, our server didn’t ask if all was okay, they simply cleared the table and reminded me that I could pay via an app. All of this coming in at a whisker shy of £70 as well, (yes £70 for three noodle dishes and some squid balls) left a very bitter taste in my mouth, pun intended. I won’t be back.

I recently visited Wagamama's in Salisbury and had an excellent experience. Our waiter, Sam, went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and explained the menu thoroughly. The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of vegan options, and I appreciated being able to customise my noodle main dish. The service, ambiance, and flavors were all exceptional. I highly recommend Wagamama's for a memorable casual dining experience in Salisbury.

I love Wagamamas in general and visit Salisbury every now and then and would buy a takeaway when there. Unfortunately, this will not continue as the last meal we bought from there was really terrible. I ordered it for a specific time and it was barely warm when I collected it (earlier than booked) so it had obviously been left sitting on the side for a while. All three dishes were dry and tasteless and were only edible with a good dose of soy sauce to give some flavour! I have sent in a complaint to Wagamama who responded to say they would get back to me which they have not, 3 weeks later. I've always expected a good standard of food from Wagamamas but sadly Salisbury seem not to be delivering it.

The food was great as always, loved the wok fried greens & white choc cheesecake. The staff were friendly & helpful especially Ellie, even though it was so busy.

Food was really tasty, and was so lovely sat outside in the sun recently. I attended for a works meeting, and stayed all afternoon. We weren't rushed at all, the staff would come and check in on us to see if we needed it.

The blandest plate of noodles you will ever have .. tasteless .. the gyzos are half the size they used to be . And the staff could not care less about even asking if your food is ok ... if you are a tourist in this town please go elsewhere....

Fantastic food and service, but it was freezing cold inside from the air conditioning which was blowing very hard from the ceiling vents. Very busy store lots of chatter between people, very loudly as the interior Muzak was extremely loud. Not really sure why you would need loud music in a food establishment like this. Awesome food mind you.

It was ok. Food was alright and the service very friendly. However, it was cooled down with AC quite a lot. (wasn't even warm outside) So that we were freezing.

Soy vegana y fui a comer aquí la primera vez que vine a Salisbury y en general a Inglaterra. Es un gran sitio con un buen ambiente :)
