Can’t work it out. 3 different addresses for this takeaway 1: Fore St opp the Lloyds bank (nope) 2: Sliver St (nope) 3: Roundstone St (Yes) - menu abd website is different and deals do not match or have been removed.

Ordered at 5.05 pm delivered at 6.50 pm for ASAP delivery ? Delivery and Food gone down hill, Vegetable Korma only sliced onions and mushroom swimming in a tasteless runny sauce same for the Chicken korma few bits of chicken in a runny sauce tasteless, chicken tikka as main just about 5 pieces of chicken no onions tasteless, should have been Garlick Nan plain Nan instead, not very happy not even a reply to my email sent to them ??????

We ordered a delivery and it took 2 hours and 30 minutes. The food when it did arrive is flavourless, swimming in grease and so unpleasant that despite being starving we cannot finish it. There is literally not one redeeming feature about any aspect of this experience.

We decided to treat ourselves to a curry tonight after quite a few months. All of it was disappointing. Items were missing from the order and one meal was very oily and not particularly appetising. We tried phoning but there was no reply. A really disappointing treat. .

This food was the best Indian I have had in a long time! The food arrived quickly and was still hot. I first tried the chips…. So delicious. I then tried the bahji…. Fluffy and not greasy. Then I tried my passanda… it was so creamy with different tones of flavour and the chicken was perfectly cooked. I cannot recommend this place enough. If I had two stomachs I’d order again.

Spent over £40 on takeaway. The lamb chops were burnt the chicken cocunut pasandra was a bright red colour tasted like neat sugar and chicken chewy. At 9.40 Rang to complain and was told they would send out freshly cooked dishes. Nothing arrived by 11.15. Tried ringing but only got answer phone and unabke to leave message. A complete rip off.

We’ve paid for saag paneer and it wasn’t delivered yet we’ve paid for it. It’s 11:20 and we’ve been calling to tell them the order is wrong but they’re not answering.

I have been using this place for years since they opened as Cinnamon Lounge. we have probably spent several thousand pound here. Last Sunday I had a family event and we had delivered the most bland and uninteresting food I have ever seen from this restaurant. All 4 main dishes looked and tasted the same, a red indifferent sauce with different meats in it and a fe chillies added to the Jalfrezi. Lababdar was one of my choices, a most unusual dish, always fabulous, Lababdar this was NOT! I phoned and explained in very polite terms my disappointment and enquired if there had been a problem. I was told to expect a call from the manager. This call never happened. So I wrote a long and polite letter which I posted a week ago. Apart from the dreadful food, to completely ignore a personal letter from a long standing and loyal customer shows a shocking disregard for their customers and I will never pass them my hard-earned money again. Shame on you..

We ordered a takeaway for my wife’s birthday for s 7.30 delivery. By 8pm it had not arrived, so I called the restaurant. They said that they had problems in the kitchen, and my food would be ready shortly. I called Just eats to cancel the order, but was told that it had been delivered. Which it had not. It eventually arrived at 9.22pm, 1 hour 42 minutes late, and without the rice. By then we had made an alternative plan and had made a meal ourselves. We are now battling with Just eats for a refund. Don’t bother with Pan Master.

This is the first time I have tried this restaurant. The on-line ordering works really well. I was impressed right away by the long list of dishes on the menu, including a number of very interesting-looking chef's specials. The food was delivered on time, and it was all excellent - plenty spicy enough without blowing my head off, and beautifully cooked. It was such a change to have something different from the usual offerings. I look forward to dining there when covid is over.

We live in Frome and we have fallen out of love with our local curry house, so was very pleased to find this hidden gem. The food was delivered promptly and was reasonably priced. The dishes were full of flavour, were not too oily and were freshly cooked, The portions are generous and we had enough for a meal the next day. Really tasty onion rice and lots of traditional options. We also needed gluten free options and they were very accommodating.. We will definitely be calling again! Thank you for a delicious meal.

Really bad all round. We waited over 2 hours for our delivery and the chicken patia particularly wa swimming in oil. It was all over the bag and the other dishes too.

Oh my goodness! We had a delivery via Just Eat and we weren’t disappointed! The choice of food we made is very personal having grown up in a multi cultural household. Everything tasted so authentic and was all cooked to perfection! Hats off to the chefs. I would highly recommend this restaurant/takeaway/home delivery. They delivered bang on time even to our remote location. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you very much.

Previously, we visited what was Cinnamon Lounge and always ate really well. Recently, we have ordered take away from them several times, especially during lock down. The food is always tasty, the service is always friendly and the delivery has always been ahead of the expected time. No complaints here. Thank you.

The food was ok, but we had to substitute a dish from our original takeaway order (paid online in advance). The replacement dish we chose was £5 cheaper. They said they'd refund the difference but despite much chasing and further promises they never did. Baffling that they'd permanently lose a customer over £5. I can only describe them as shortsighted crooks.

Ordered a takeaway for my lockdown birthday. First time from here. Food was lovely, arrived quick and was hot. At last I’ve found a decent curry takeaway after being down here for nearly 2 years! Will definitely be ordering again .

Butter chicken was quite lacking in lumps of chicken. Sauce tasted ok but had a think layer on oil on top. Rice ok but bit uninspiring. Not particularly hot as it was received via a cool box with no lid. I’m told by family members that standards are generally good from here.

Decided on our favourite curry house for a valentine's treat as many restaurants offer over priced 'set' menus. Great choice we made! Dining inside was fairly quiet with many tables available. However watching their delivery staff (3 we saw) return every 30 mins to pick up multiple delivers im guessing take away was busy. We had abit of a wait between courses, not to fussed as we were out enjoying the evening but it did show that the deliveries effected the restaurant service. That said, food was amazing and arrived piping hot. We were not offered a desert menu which may have been sold to us, a sale lost there. Very reasonably priced food and beverage and we will be returning. Well done team.

What a joke, food ordered at 7.55, text sent at 8.30 from pan master food is on its way..8.45 call to enquire where food is, apparently on its way, will contact driver, cannot contact, doubt he tried. 9.00 call again, staff deny sending text at 8.30?? driver is on his way, even though they cannot contact him?? Food will be with us in 10 minutes (drive time from pan master to house is maximum 10 minutes) 9.15 call again still no sign of food, say to cancel order want a refund by this time ten of us have gone past being hungry just fuming, say it will take 20 days for refund, explain we want our money back now. Ask to speak to manager conveniently no available. Tell them to forget the food we are on our way down to get our money back. 5 minutes after two of us leave for refund delivery driver turns up, very timidly asking if we are cross, he was uncontactable so how would he know!! Go into Pan Masters for refund no staff available, restaurant empty, staff hanging around out the back, bit of debate about atrocious service, did not seem bothered, asked for managers number, given, tried but just rang n rang. Staff were really rude and even put the "finger" up as we were leaving. Food was warm but not enjoyable due to the service of the staff employed at Pan Masters.Food is good just need to employ staff that actually care about the business, they are doing no favours to the owners!!

We have recently moved to Trowbridge so decided to treat ourself to an Indian.We're the 'boring' couple who are happy with a Chicken Tikka.The food arrived quickly and boiling hot, the chicken was moist and tender and full of flavour. We we're quite surprised by how spicy the Tikka was but it was incredibly nice.The only let down was that that poppadom's didn't taste fresh tasted stale and the naan was a little undercooked, hopefully this was a one off as the curry and rice itself was lovely. We will be ordering again tonight as its been a little while since we last ordered!

Not honest enough to turn away orders for delivery when they are mega-busy.Frankly, I'm not interested in hearing excuses (true or otherwise) about why the orders well over 1/2 hour late and I'm only giving them a 'poor' because we did actually receive a previous order on time-ish.You have a fat chance of us ordering again and we certainly wouldn't bother recommending you either.

One of the best Indian meals we have ever had. Bollywood Massula Chicken so tasty with delicate herbs and spices, complimented the pungent Naga Chilli Lamb beautifully. The lamb literally melted on the tongue. Excellent service throughout our meal, fantastic food and great value too.

Great place, with great food and service. We had the sit down menu for Sunday’s which is an amazing deal of £10 for starter, main, side and rice or naan. You also get a poppadom each and the dips. I had the mixed tikka starter with a lamb korma, chips and garlic naan and my partner had a breaded chicken, prawn balti (£3 extra), mushroom baji and pilau rice. We will definitely come back for this deal again. It was a great meal.

Some friends and I had a take away and regret that my main dish and side really wasn’t great at all. Poorly cooked chicken, generally the flavours seemed confused. My side dish didn’t taste fresh at all. We have eaten in the restaurant before and regret that wasn’t great either. The service was good. But the food wasn’t up to standard.

We have ordered food quiet a few times from here and it has always been amazing! Everything we have tried so far has been really well cooked, seasoned and spiced.

Pan Master staff are friendly polite and very helpful, we had a table of 12 the food was served at the same time, all piping hot. I chose the Chicken Pathia mushroom rice and Garlic naan, the curry was very tasty, the chicken cooked perfectly. I highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to go back!

In Trowbridge on a Monday wanted a vegetarian meal and found this place.

Pan Master used to be Cinnamon Lounge in Silver Street - and the quality of the food hasn’t suffered in the move across town. The chef’s signature dishes are distinctive and tasty - good, fresh ingredients and imaginative cooking. The staff are friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. Well worth a visit.

Third time in two weeks because it has become just as good as previous incarnation in Silver Street and as Cinnamon Lounge. Try the signature dishes on the first page for something special and different from your average Indian Restaurant. Thanks Mohammed.

So, it’s my first time ordering from Pan Master and I am absolutely astounded! The delivery driver was so polite which you don’t get a lot with delivery drivers. The food was piping hot and the portions were amazing!! I will 100% be ordering from them again, and I’m considering coming in for a meal too! Huge Thankyou to all the team! Wow! What a find. I can honestly say that this is the best Indian dining experience I have had. The food was out of this world. The service was exceptional and very friendly. The owner is passionate about food and the chefs deliver that passion. My partner ordered the Bollywood curry, which we understand is their own recipe - it was amazing. We will definitely be back. Visited with a couple of friends to catchup on a Thursday night out. Staff were friendly and helpful when asked for advice with the menu. The only downside of the meal was that the main meal was served in a deep bowl (cold) with a wide rim. This meant the rice and side dishes had to be scooped onto the rim and mixed in as you ate. Also this type of serving meant it was harder to share dishes. Food quality and mix of dishes on the menu was good so will return.

Used this restaurant when it was Silver Street to order deliveries, food was alaways great. Boy has it gone downhill since moving to Fore Street. Food arrived promptly and was hot, that's about all I can say positively about it. The onion salad was so old it was brown and the chicken in both the korma and tikka masala was bone dry. The masala sauce was also like no other tikka masala I've ever tasted and not in a good way!

Visited the new location in Trowbridge Fore Street. Excellent food and service. I have normally had takeaways from when it was in Silver Street but this sit down experience was brilliant. The taste and presentation was above my expectation and service as always great.

Ordered home delivery and was not disappointed. Just lovely freshly cooked hot food. A spiced chiilie naga, lovely moist chicken and fresh crunchy onions n peppers in the dupiaza teamed with a flavoursome mushroom rice and the most delicious peshwaru naan. Freebie poppadoms oinion n the yellow sauce were much appreciated. Will not hesitate to order again ... just yum

Visited on Friday 28th December for a 3rd time and this place is amazing! We visited in November and really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food and have returned again and again. The food is exceptional and there is too much to chose from.

In Trowbridge for the first time and walked in before the rain came. Excellent meal with great service. If we are ever back in this part of the world, would return readily.

Order arrived 3/4 of an hour late. It was cold when it did arrive and was not at all good. Very disappointing. I will not order or visit the restaurant again. Nor will I recommend.

We’ve been here a few times, excellent service, meals and ambiance. We already knew about the name change, but seems to be same management and staff. The manager explained the change is something to do with the cinnamon lounge in westbury.

I don't get out very often and as it was a bank holiday weekend, we booked and visited this restaurant for Saturday 26th May 2018. It is now called PM or Pan Master.....assume new management.

This restaurant is now called Pan Master having recently rebranded. No worries, same great team and same great food and same great service. If you want delicious Indian fare, classics and new dishes alike then come and eat here.

What a great take out. I have eaten here a few times before and will continue to return here even though we moved further away. Today we tried the take away instead of sitting in and have to say it was really nice great quality of food. Thank you for your great customer service this evening will be back again.

Last time we went before a show my friend was asked how she would like her prawns cooked after first attempt they were still raw..Not been back.Now today I noticed the restaurant is still the same inside but has new signage outside calling itself Pan Master

Cinnamon Lounge, Trowbridge is far and away the best Indian restaurant I have ever patronised. The decor is absolutely excellent and so is the service - second to none. As for the food, well I can hardly praise it too highly. It is absolutely very top quality, the flavours are so suitle and both the meat and the fish just melt in one's mouth. I have NEVER tasted any salmon so good. thoroughly recommend it.

Food was cold. Far too late. It stated online 4:45 delivery starts, then changed to 5:15 and then arrived at 5:53 - not good enough

have ordered multiple times from this restaurant, first order was good from there it gone downhill to the point of my order today , which was late , oil covered , lamb was pure fat chicken was on its last legs and half a popedom I assume the driver was hungry?

Great food and good size portions. I order for 7.50 and it was delivered at 7.20. Not normally a problem, but we had to wait for our guest to arrive.

I ordered a chicken tikka vindaloo and although very tasty and nicely spiced the chicken was a little dry. Other meals were fine so it may have just been a dish specific problem. I also ordered side of chips and these were nicely cooked the portion size was tiny for the price. All in all a really nice meal delivered 30 mins earlier than expected. I would have no hesitation in ordering from here again.

I ordered from Tale of Spice for almost 20 years and didn’t think they could be beat. How wrong was I? The Cinnamon Lounge blew me away. The best curry I’ve ever had. I didn’t think I’d find a better meal than the one I received from The Cinnamon Lounge, but I did. It was the next curry I had from The Cinnamon Lounge. They improve on the previous order every time I order and it just gets better and better. Delivery has always been early, the person delivering is awesome, flavours are amazing and the food arrives piping hot. Love it and will be a returning customer for a long long time.

My friend and I decided to ty an Indian restaurant this evening. We were made very welcome by the staff, very helpful and polite. We chose a meal for 2. Delicious food and a nice mango ice cream for dessert. I can recommend a visit

Food is usually fab from here but today our usual dishes were overly hot/spiced. Meal was tasty but struggled to get through it!

Have been here a couple of times with the guys and gals from work and it's finally time to review. The staff are attentative and knowledgeable about their food. The starters were superb, even with the amount of people they were cooking for and came at the same time. Mains were delicious and worked well with the rice and the side dishes. Breads were mmmmmm so nice.

Each time I go to the Cinnamon Lounge, it is always a good experience. The food is always delicious and the staff are always friendly, yet polite and professional. The surroundings are always well maintained. I would definitely recommend eating here.

What we ordered turned up wrong so rang restaurant and they said they would send out replacement which they did after even more time . was nothing like it should be and was a lot of black on edges of chicken and had to reheat rice will not use again

Delivery was earlier than it said it would be which was great. However the food wasn’t great. The massala sauce was bitty as if the cream had curdled. The naan bread was burnt on top & mango chutney has weird seeds in. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again...

Would give 0 stars if I could. Food was not to it’s normal standards at all, rice was cold, curries were watery and bland. My partner now has V&D, and I’m not feeling too great myself.

Really fast service and our order arrived well wrapped. The delivery person was friendly. The chicken in our dishes was very tender and the rice was fine. We were however disappointed in the flavour as it did not seem to have been marinated well and was not as tasty, compared to other indian takeaways we have had. We had a money off voucher which was good but we are unlikely to order again.

We had a super meal in this lovely town centre Indian restaurant. The atmosphere was perfect for the occasion. Great service and delicious food at reasonable prices. Highly recommended by us - we'll go back if we're in the area again

Disappointing meal this time. Will not be ordering again for some time. Maybe I was unlucky with the chef on shift. hardly any flavour. Little genuine care put into it.

DISAPPOINTING! Seven regular customers booking a table for a birthday lunch were confronted -not greeted - by a staff member, in an almost empty restaurant, who was unable to find our booking. We watched furniture being moved adjacent to the only two diners present on October 29, and eventually sat down. Orders were taken, which involved an argument between the waiter and my wife, who was told that she couldn't, on this occasion, have a Nam bread instead of rice with her inclusive main course unless she paid extra! First time this has happened. The food was tasty, but lacking in heat in both the temperature and spice departments, and during the meal daughter had to leave the table to find a waiter to replenish drinks.I also noticed that portions seemed reduced - three small pieces of chicken in my Madras sauce.We all felt that the staff wished that they - and us - were elsewhere. Following the main course two uninspiring sweet menus were cast onto the table, minus any further service - and with no offer of coffee I walked to the bar and paid the £137 bill, and we left. We have found that when the owner is either in the restaurant or in the area customers get excellent service, but when he is absent - as in this case - things go rapidly downhill. If we had been first time customers I would have awarded one star, but we know things can be better. No many happy returns to this place unless things improve!

Takeaway or sit in, the curries from the cinnamon lounge have never disappointed and oh my they are delicious. Although it doesn’t appreciate their skill with spice, the chicken korma with naan bread is absolutely gorgeous and a must try for anyone in the area.
