La comida era terrible. El Misterio es un buen nombre de esta comida para llevar, ya que era un misterio encontrar cualquier sabor en el pollo tikka masala. La primera y última vez que voy a pedir desde aquí.

i went into the restaurant and straight away i got attitude from a male employee on the 11 of august, fortunately the female employee was helpful, but the boy was too busy on his phone while he was serving my food! he did not even apologise once, very disappointed cause i do enjoy the food but the service was terrible.

Relaxed atmosphere, super helpful waiter Kai. Friendly management, very tasty food. Great selection of delicious non- alcoholic drinks too

Our regular Chinese takeaway, been ordering from here for probably over a decade now. Probably the best option in ryde with normally quick delivery and good food.

Been there 3 times, generous portions of food and Lovely staff

We have loved take-aways from Eastern Cusine for years, however under new management it has gone down hill. We waited 2 hours for our order, when it arrived, the food was cold and an item was missing. An item was also missing the time before. There are plenty of better take-aways available in Witney. They have lost our custom.

We visited Chopstix as we’d tried the chain elsewhere and thought it would be a quick option whilst shopping. This was not a quick option.... I wanted to be able to say that this branch was as good as the others we’d tried, however, the queue was long and the two ladies at the till/drinks fridge seemed intent on finishing their personal conversation- much to the chagrin of the poor lady serving the food. I put in our order- one rice base, one noodles, there were so many noodles in my rice, I should’ve just asked for noodles. Out of the two ‘toppings’ I chose, neither were available. I enquired with the chef as to how long I would have to wait for the beef and he just stared at me disdainfully and shrugged. My partner wanted the Thai red chicken- also unavailable so we were then limited and ended up paying extra for options which weren’t our first choice. In total, in my medium box, I received 7 pieces of chicken for £8.50. In my partners box, he had 5 pieces of chicken and 4 prawns for £8.50. When we paid, the women at the til were still chatting and I had to ask twice for drinks. The floor was covered rice and chicken bones, the tray had greasy gunk underneath when I carried it back to the table and the place was so crowded that I gave up queuing to complain after 10 minutes of standing waiting. All in all this was a disgusting, expensive meal. I wish I’d gone to five guys instead

Very tasty, satisfying selection for veggies and ‘omnivores.’ We’d chosen them before and were happy to have a quick lunch there again. Served quickly, enjoyed, and on our way again! Thank you.

I am solely writing this review because I went to search up something else about this company, but the poor reviews popped up instead. I go here whenever I can, as often as I can, and I can guarantee this is the best bubble tea with the best menu anywhere outside of London. London has Chinatown + several other places that does a good boba! But, outside of there, this is the tastiest and creamiest and their dreamy fluffy topping line is unmatched. Unsure what all the negative comments are about, especially anything in regard to the interior. It’s actually the prettiest place to sip anything in Windsor - and that’s saying something. The music is not too loud, despite other reviews, and the drinks are phenomenal enough to go back again and again.

I wouldn't bother placing an online order with this company, all they do is cancel the orders. I've tried numerous times to place an order online, and the order was cancelled each time. This company obviously doesn't want your money, so spend it with someone that appreciates your custom. Ridiculous business.

Ordered a take away. Have been a vegetarian for 30 years. They sent buttered chicken when I ordered butter paneer. I ate a mouthful of chicken before I realised. This made me feel sick and obviously ruined the whole meal. Called and they offered to send the paneer - now feeling sick so no thank you. Would not refund the meal - said if I had been a vegetarian for 30 years I should know better than to eat chicken! Disgusted by his attitude, obviously I didn’t eat it purposefully, really upset by the whole experience.

Most dishes are very nice. The crispy smoked chicken is divine (nice amount of garlic and onion). A few things have not been to our taste - satay sauce in particular was quite disappointing, but to each their own. Well priced and decent portions too.

Took 2 hours to arrive when they said 20 to 40 mins !!! Was very bland and the chow mein special was very ‘special’ with salami !!!! No words 😶 just hungry 😋
