Food was delivered nice and hot by a smiling driver on time, we have plenty for a few days.

I ordered pad Thai from this place and I must say that whatever that thing I ate was, it was the most repulsive and disgusting meal I've ever had in my entire life, and I ate some questionable food before. I can't explain how outrageously bad this was, and that was before I noticed that they have a low hygiene rating, which adds another layer on how incompetent this place is. You're better off eating a dead rat instead of this.

Absolutely incredible food and experience, getting to watch as everything is cooked FRESH in front of my eyes, and then getting home and eating it for the first and now 5th time has been the same incredible experience each and every time. I will be using this as my regular Chinese takeaway for the foreseeable future as it is the absolute tastiest 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Lovely hot food delivered faster than estimated. The mushroom curry was delicious and the mushroom foo yung superb.

First time of ordering but I am afraid will be the last. Thought we give Asia Wok a try since being with our usual for many years but unfortunately no where near as good. The crispy duck was still on the bone, undercooked and very fatty/sloppy - not nice at all. The sweet & sour and kung po mains courses with chow mein was too salty & again too wet/sloppy coupled with dry and hard chicken balls (re-heated?) just made this all in all a very disappointing and expensive experience.

delivery was tipped only to find there was items that were purchased that was not delivered. also no refund was offered. will never order anything ever again and we will be letting customers no that the customers are being robbed of their money. never order from asia wok unless you don`t mind giving your money away

don't waste your money the chicken balls were tough, I had bits of what looked like chicken skin in my sweet and sour chicken. The sauce had no taste. The chips were hardly cooked and curry sauce didn't taste nice. thought we would give them a try wish I hadn't as just thrown £30 in the bin

Seaweed had no sweetness to it, just extremely salty. Prawn toast was overcooked. Spring rolls and ribs dripping in grease and pad thai had no flavour and was 99% noodle

Food was average at best. Sweet and sour chicken balls were still doughy inside. Kung po chicken didn’t taste as it usually does, peanuts instead of cashews and onions instead of water chestnuts - was not a fan.

1st Chinese we’ve tried since moving to Southampton, food wasn’t amazing but was nice enough. I think where it was late it had been sat in the containers too long so bits were soggy or dry. Unfortunately, with so many other Chinese restaurants to try it is unlikely I will be ordering from here again based on my experience

After collecting our food, opening up some of the dishes we found that one item was fridge cold. The food we did have was not the best no flavour and typically microwaved all for nearly £50. We have tried to talk with Asia wok to request a refund, they advised us to go back on just eat and try to submit a refund.

Poor food quality and taste, disappointing. I guess I won’t be getting my £18 back. Just had well lobbed my money in the bin with the food. Feels

The sides ordered were very good, and I would have them again. However, the main meal ordered wasn't substantial enough; I was expecting a larger variety of vegetables and very sickly Therefore, overall, I would not order from this restaurant again.

Food excellent again. Must try harder to stick to requested delivery times. A specific time is only requested for a reason!

Worst chinese I've ever had chow mien was under cooked prawn balls was over cooked sweet & sour sauce tasted yucky barbecue sauce was to salty & they forgot my chips I can say I won't be ordering from there ever again

The food arrived in good time but I was not happy with the quality. The meat was all overcooked (3x chicken dishes and 1x crispy beef you couldn't cut or bite through). Also the sauce for the orange chicken honestly tasted like chemicals. A shame because the app recommends this restaurant but I won't be ordering from here again.

No prawn crackers. First time it’s ever happened. But not prawn crackers added. Annoying as they go with the curry we ordered.

Absolutely terrible service. Order came not as described on menu, was under another name of ‘pad Thai guy’ on just eat and I was asked to pay extra to have my order corrected. When the food arrived it was not aw described and what food I did receive was tasteless. Shocking :(

Shocking, if I could give no stars I would!food turned up cold and covered in oil! I wouldn’t even give it to my dogs !!! I called to tell them and the customer service I got was disgusting!!! Was told that I can still eat the food cold and mix it with rice !! I will never order from here again!!!

Unfortunately all of the chicken was tough and chewy The seaweed was also chewy. Chicken wings were the tips - none of the main wing part. Overall I was disappointed this evening. I have order twice before and was not disappointed before.

The food was delicious, only my second time from ordering from here. The only issue I had was that the pot of satay sauce was cold, not gone cold, it had not been heated up. Not a problem, I heated it up however the pot split as I tried to transfer it to a reheatable pot!

So we ordered a takeaway and we’re missing the rice out of our set meals, asked for a chicken curry with veg and just came with onions and mushrooms nothing green like peas or broccoli or anything like it usually does. Woman on the phone didn’t seem bothered about what I was trying to say. Noddles were cold and no sauce on. £50 for a Honestly a terrible meal. If the restaurant could get back to me it would be appreciated because I would like my money back it was awful. Won’t be ordering here again.

Have ordered here before & really pleased. Sadly, on this occasion the food was not on a par with what we have had previously. It arrived cold and some dishes felt as if they had been ‘watered down’ leaving them tasteless.

Chicken balls were not fresh just reheated and undercooked, shredded beef was watery and the worst we've ever had delivery driver clearly in a rush so much so he could barely smile really shame never again.

Would have given 0 stars but can't. Food was raw, chicken in both curries I ordered was very pink & slimy, smelt funny too. Also refused a refund when I rang to complain & woman I spoke to refused to acknowledge the chicken was undercooked. Should have read the reviews, won't make that mistake again. Avoid at all costs

On this occasion, the whole order was very disappointing and poor quality. The whole order was nearly cold. The Crispy duck was fatty, left on the bone and not shredded as it normally is. The rice was over cooked,mushy and bland. The smoked chicken had no flavour, over cooked and rubbery. Therefore I have a requested full refund. I have ordered many times before from this restaurant and have been happy - so if it was just one dish below the usual standard i wouldn’t be too bothered but the whole dish felt like reheated left overs at the end of the night. It was supposed to be a treat this eve, but this was a lot of money for very very poor quality this time.

i got the salt and pepper chicken, dumplings, duck curry with chips, plain chow mein and banana fritters. amazing comfort food, best part was the dumplings - will definitely be ordering from here again!

Food was delivered just under an hour after ordering - very accurate to the estimate delivery time. After food was delivered, my fiancé still went to the shop quickly to buy some drinks and when we finally had dinner it was still very hot! Delicious and fairly price, definitely recommend and will order again

I expected the deep fried chicken to be in less sauce so they were crispier and the sweet and sour chicken was in pink jelly not sauce and was in massive chunks all stuck together like it was just made in the microwave. No free prawn crackers included which I had planned to dip in the sweet and sour sauce - I mean jelly….

Tried this restaurant for the first time and it is a bit more expensive than others but not by a lot, but completely worth it. Very yummy, suits what we like and happy with trying it out!

It tastes like it was microwaved, some of it was not cooked properly, some of it was overcooked, bland and watery. Would not recommend.

Good service but the food wasn't very good. It lacked flavour yet was really spicy at the same time. The crispy chilli beef was so dry and not in sauce, so it was just bland. Chicken in Hong Kong style was flavourless and so was the rice. The sweet n sour sauce was weak and flavourless. Won't order again.

The food arrived lukewarm, the blackbean sauce was very watery, and the rice tasted undercooked. The chips and chicken balls were of a good standard. The food also arrived fifteen minutes outside of the initially identified delivery window.

Half the food was ok. The other half was very disappointing. The chicken balls were soft, the sweet and sour sauce was very watery and the chilli beef was dry.

Great food tonight. Always nice but tonight was really good! Never had any issues, delivery always good. Little late on the weekend sometimes, always fresh and top quality.

This is very bad quality. Every dish looks reheated. Ribs are awful, chicken watery very spicy - do not recommend this place.

Only ate egg fried rice and wontons. Wontons were gorgeous. Sadly the sweet and sour sauce had an unusual taste. Acid-like and may be out of date. Both the dipping sauce and sweet and sour dish - I had to throw away. The vegetable chow mein tasted like soil. Really not sure how, but I had to add my own soy sauce to mask it, and also threw most away.

Fast delivery and still hot! Delicious spring onion & ginger chicken, and perfectly cooked rice. Not stodgy and generous portions. Tasty duck spring rolls, and not greasy - but only about 10% duck. Finally, the delivery driver was great - only sorry I had no change to tip him! Will definitely order from Asia Wok again.

Food was very dark in colour and dry like it had been reheated. Very disappointed.

The rolls were supposed to be duck…but we could see/taste it & they were cold, therefore greasy. The sauce for the prawns was extremely watery and bland. The chicken was served with peanuts instead of cashew nuts, which I am normally used to have. A fairly disappointing experience tonight, unfortunately.

Every time I put a note. "Don't forget those Free Prawn Crackers" and each time you forget.

The curry had spilled by the time it hot to me, the rice crackers and chips were extremely dry!

Never ever. Rubbish food. Be careful.
