Its absolutely great here! A brilliant takeaway that ticks all the boxes - if you're reading reviews while deciding on whether to order or not, this is your sign to get some food!

Fantastic quality, quick delivery and as always very tasty

order was early and hot all food was nice apart from the chicken in the garlic butter chicken it was like prepacked chicken very cheap quality with a horrible texture like cheap chicken. it wasn't cooked in the sauce it was added after didn't eat the chicken so was a little annoyed

Flavours & food were delicious. The quality of the food was also amazing. Will definitely try again

With it being a busy evening I expect to wait for little bit longer. Not had to wait 2 hours before. Turned up cold on a few dishes sadly

Ordered tonight. Obviously a busy night so didn't mind the wait. When the food turned up it was hot and tasty. Sadly a dish was missing, BUT, this was ok as with in not long from calling them to say something a miss, the dish was delivered quickly and not only this but they kindly added a T Dahl dish. The food was all very nice and this is twice in a month that the food has been good. Would recommend the bengal paradise if you haven't tried. Thanks again to all the staff and delivery drivers. Happy new year

The food would have been great if half of it wasn’t virtually cold! We dished as soon as it arrived and expected it to be hot but it certainly wasn’t

Ordered first time tonight. Really good food. Ordered on Uber so don't have a customer service experience to review. I will definitely order afain. No decent curry places in Midanbury or the Triangle or I've never had a good experience. Normally order from town restaurants. This was on par with restaurant quality.

He estado recibiendo comida para llevar desde aquí durante muchos años y nunca me ha decepcionado. La comida es fresca, sabrosa y caliente. Normalmente se entrega en 30 minutos. Siempre tengo Dansak que tiene la cantidad correcta de especias. Me encanta el takka Dahl y sag bhaji y el keema Nan es excelente. No me arriesgaría a usar cualquier otra comida para llevar india.

Awful. I live on the same rd , ordered for delivery and they didn’t deliver , said they’d keep my money and give the food to someone else ! There’s a much better option on the triangle. For sure.

Was going to order food here for the first time but reading the reviews the good ones they reply 2 the bad ones they ignore, best keeping to the place that i use. Cant put a star as not used them but was going to, untill reviews.

arrived early which is great, food was unfortunately awful! Had 40% off so if I was to of paid the full 70 something pounds I would have been really annoyed!

We ordered here for the first time, chicken. Biryani, chicken vindaloo and chicken tikka masala all dishes were delicious, can highly recommend.

Food was cold and was late, won’t be coming back.

Poor delivery drivers on less than minimum wage £7ph barely covers there fuel its disgusting not very friendly staff will smile in your face while talkin about you in there language . I wont ever eat from this place again food wasnt all that plenty nicer places in southampton

Absolutely delicious, thank you. However, they’re missing the standard extras like salad, sauce, chutneys etc. you have to pay extra here, whereas other places include this as standard so can work out very expensive. Otherwise, great experience.

5/5 we had the most amazing takaway yesterday evening. The best curry we've had for a very lung thine. Every element was faultless, spices and flavour superb, nest was tender. We ordered lamb Pathos Vindaloo hot, chicken felon, onion Bhajis, garlic rice, peshwari nan and popudums.

Food is always delicious and delivered fast. You also get a loyalty discount so why go anywhere else?!

Advertised as 45 minutes delivery but didn't arrive until 2 hours after ordering and having to phone twice to check the status of order. When food arrived was excellent!

Website said food was with driver - took longer than expected to get here (possibly rush hour traffic) and it was just about luke warm (needed microwave to heat it) plus something had leaked in the brown bag.

Very late food and everything was cold compared to normal. Disappointment today. Asked for chicken leg and not breast and got breast for tandoori chicken starter. Kids did not eat it.

Lovely food delivered promptly

No mint sauce with Bhakti or mixed salad. Balti was supposed to contain crispy onions but no crispy onion in sight. Food arrived late, was cold and naans had been sweating in the bag for so long they were wet. Very disappointing. Will not order again.

Ordered a delivery through their own website (quicker delivery vs majority sites and supports the local business more) , we ordered chicken tikka pasanda, chicken biryani, lamb rogan josh, onion bhaji and pashwari naan. They also included mint yogurt and poppadoms. We do regularly order from bengal paradise and they have been consistently a good quality. The chicken and lamb are tender, the curry flavourful and all a reasonable portion. Really enjoyed it and will order again.

Food was nice but the portions were very small compared to previous orders, value was noticeable. Won’t order from there again.

Wonderfully fast and very tasty!

First time used this takeaway. Sadly, the food arrived cold. I ordered butter chicken but received an overly sweey chicken tikka masala and the bajhis were overcooked. A really dissapointing meal.

We use this takeaway regularly and the food is always awesome. Great value mid week as well. Highly recommended

It still hasn’t arrived. Apparently it was delivered somewhere but definitely not to our address. Can’t rate the food quality fairly because it still hasn’t arrived.

Ordered food and when it said it went out for delivery it then cancelled on me without notice or trying to find another solution to get me what I had ordered after waiting 40 mins.

For the 3 rd time in the row there’s been an item missing, ye I can just get myself refunded but kinda ruins the actual dinner, won’t be ordering from them again

Short of a couple of items ruined the curry for me

2 hours for a delivery…. is ridiculous. every time we called they added on 15 mins. we are mid house renovation can’t cook anything and ordered at 6pm for a 45 min delivery as stated and at 8:15 still no food!

All takeaway meals are promptly delivered food is always hot and any dietary needs are taken care of and food great all round.

Ordered off their website. Paid the money but no food after an hour?! Phoned and was told not their problem. Nobody else had an issue apparently so we had to drive down and prove we had paid. We were then offered a refund. Gave them my card and all of a sudden my phone beeps to say they've taken the money again!!!! £60 down and no food. Was given £30 in cash and told I have to wait another 5 days for my other 30!!!! An absolute joke. Funny thing was he wasn't going to tell me he'd taken the money again until I asked for a receipt and my phone pinged to tell me it had been debited!!! A real shame as the food is OK. Will never use again.
