Mooboo in Portsmouth

I wouldn't bother placing an online order with this company, all they do is cancel the orders. I've tried numerous times to place an order online, and the order was cancelled each time. This company obviously doesn't want your money, so spend it with someone that appreciates your custom. Ridiculous business.

Had my worst customer experience today at Mooboo Southsea. Please do CHECK THE PRICE when they charge you. Apparently on the poster, a regular salty taro is £4.09, but I was charged 40p more when no topping added. I paid and waited for my drink, really didn’t care about a 40p difference, just mentioned it to the staff that the poster is quite misleading that there’s a wrong price on it. Then the worst argument started. They said the price is based on the menu, which obviously is different from the poster. But why put a wrong poster on??? I then asked can I order a £4.09 regular salty taro as it is on poster, the staff said no, they don’t have a £4.09 salty taro. I was with my friends and she started making a case to my friends that I was being unreasonably picky and making a fuss without listening to her explanation… then she threw the just made drink I ordered into the bin… yes, she did that.. not sure if I’ll get my refund but never thought a good well reminder from a customer would turn into such a disgusting situation. Im a old customer by the way, loved their bubble tea for the last 3 years, but I assure you I’ll never go back again.

45 minutes to get one boba, staff not nice nor comprehensive. An overall very bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Worst experience in portsmouth, we waited 45 minutes for 2 bubble teas that weren’t even that good. If you are looking for a great place to go, then find another one

The staff weren’t very friendly, the wait is quite long and they have recently switched to paper straws, that don’t even pierce the lid. This makes them difficult to drink as by the time the lid is pierced your straw is broken.

Absolutely amazing. Good portion for the price !! Clear guidance on social distancing also the straw are paper which is great for the environment!! Highly recommended

My 8 year old oves this place, enough said I think. Well worth a visit and they Just Eat and Deliveroo too now.

A friend told us about this little place and so we checked it out today. We were not disappointed. We love our bubble tea and after taking too long to decide what to drink, we waited patiently. It met all our expectations. The service was excellent and the drinks were delicious. We will be back soon to try the other drinks available here. Well worth a visit.

We love coming here. It's our place to go for a treat for the kids. Annie is so wonderful. She has the best customer service. She has brilliant flavours. We have something new every time. There are epic combinations and we are really enjoying having hot milk teas in the cold weather. In the summer the ice cold fruit teas will be divine! Coconut and tapioca is my favourite! Blueberry popping balls is the children's favourite! We come every week without fail sometimes multiple times a week. There's something new to try every single time. We just love it! Perfect in summer or winter. Ice blend is our new favourite in these hot months! Everything tastes completely different if it's got crushed ice in it! 😋

Bought an original milk tea from Moo Boo today and found a piece of stainless steel scrubber stuck in the tapioca pearl. Disgusting!!!🤮

Lots of different types of drinks, best seller of bubble tea in Portsmouth. Delicious, well served. Staff are very friendly. Will definitely be going back, can recommend to anyone.

Found this place late 2018 after just learning about bubble tea from a friend... I find these drinks really refreshing and just the thig to take the edge off the night before! Dairy and gluten free too
