The best restaurants serving Asian food in South East

Yes i know it's Saturday night but when I phoned in to place my order i was told that they are very busy and it was going to be up to an hour, well one and a half hours later still no food. I rang and was told a few minutes and guess what 30 minutes later and still no food, rang again and guess what it's coming soon, i therefore canceled the order and went elsewhere. I am a loyal customer of theirs but this obviously means nothing to them . Will try elsewhere as loyalty means nothing.

We went out looking for supper at around 21:30 and stumbled upon this place. At first glance we didn't know what to expect because it looks very underwhelming as you enter. We checked the menu and placed our order. Once the food arrived we were completely blown away. The food was so well prepared and extremely flavourful. Went back there for 2 more meals. Would definitely recommend.

Been coming here since a child, and has always been the most amazing food and service. Muhammed is so sweet and always makes the dining experience truly magical. We have tried Indians from all over but this is truly the best flavour and value for money. Huge portion sizes yet still so affordable. Hands down our favourite take away spot. Could not recommend more highly!

Lovely Indian food and the staff are very welcoming! I just collected the food but the restaurant looked like a good dine in too :)

Greasy and flavourless. Too expensive for it to be that bad. First time trying it. Won’t be returning.

We ordered a take away lastnight 07/02/2025 the worst food l've ever recieved and eating The korma for my daughter was water not sauce the chicken was so hard it could not be eating The byrani was also the same chicken was solid and not edible the naan was soggy so we needed up just eating popadoms and mint sauce The onion bajis were over cooked solid what a waste of £35 very very disappointing avoid at all costs !!!! First and definitely the last time eating from there

Four of us attended for a midweek supper. We each chose Nepalese dishes as opposed to Indian and were not disappointed. (In fact I can’t quite understand why they offer menu items from India at all?) Very well cooked and presented food with charming service. Nothing not to like and will certainly return. No hesitation in recommending

Angenehmes und gepflegtes Restaurant mit weißen Baumwolltischdecken und ebensolchen Servietten. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, das Preis-Leistungs—Verhältnis ist absolut angemessen. Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und aufgeschlossene Personal. Wir waren auf der Durchreise hier und werden gerne im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen. Dann aber das Garlic Chili Chicken mit grünem Chilli!

I ordered food online and feels like the tandoori chicken ordered had gone bad. Seems like it has been reheated or something it tastes weird and we stopped after a few bites. The rest of the food was good. We especially liked the keema rice.

Love this place absolutely full but managed to get me a table thrower gave me a menu then asked what flavours I like and promptly cooked a curry best Indian food I've had in years great staff and price

I regularly order from here. The food is very delicious and the staff is very friendly.

Got a takeaway from Monk. Really nice. Grabbed a beer while we waited.
