The best restaurants serving Asian food in North West

One of the worst in customer service. I am deeply hurt by the attitude of the person when I entered the hotel. The manager asked us to sit on a table which was dark having no light. So we decided to sit on the adjacent table. The whole restaurant was vacant and had no reservations/bookings. He did not allow us to sit on the adjacent table stating ‘Brother, you are in a restaurant, if the manager is telling you something you should do that and that if you don’t want to sit there you can leave’ I am deeply hurt and would never recommend this restaurant to anybody. Sorry

Consistently the best mid range restaurant in Liverpool. Always great food, great service, great value.

Really authentic Korean restaurant. I’ve been a couple of times and it’s just a pleasant experience where you know exactly what you’re getting, I usually go for a quick meal but it’s perfect for all occasions. I usually get the bibimbap as it’s just delicious a great mix of meat, veg and rice, full of flavour. Staff are friendly, the atmosphere can be a little dead sometimes but it’s still enjoyable and feels quite classic which adds to its charm. Yet to try the bbq but maybe next time!

First time trying this place, staff were helpful in deciding what to place in the way of my order. I had the double kobeda with chicken tikka. The kobeda was full on meaty and succulent, and the chicken was hot and tasty. On the whole a very positive experience, I would recommend.

The owner can see that I am waiting at the till decides to completely ignore me and assists the next customer who rightly informs the bearded owner that I am first in line. No apology given so I decided to take my custom elsewhere, will not come back.

Excellent service. Excellent food. Lots of meat in the dish and delicious taste. Good size portions too. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Will return.

Whilst I payed a premium price of 8 pounds, their Taro Sundae was delightful and beyond flavourful. It was filled with bits of many different kinds of treats that kept you going which, for a sundae, I found very pleasant. Little bits of chocolate, brownie (I think) and more. Well worth spending for a special treat occasionally.

2hrs 30 minutes late. Couldn’t cancel they declined the request and couldn’t get refund they declined that too! Terrible customer service won’t be coming back.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the restaurant. Despite placing my order promptly, I had to wait over 40 minutes for my dishes to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. However I have been offered complimentary drink, which was nice, but I didn’t take it at the end. When I asked the staff about the discount and gift card from booking table, counter and waiter, they all confirmed I could use both together. When came to payment, they were not only unhelpful but also unfriendly and dismissive. One staff member was so rude and place the blame on me and said I should have read the team and condition. He provided misleading information about my order, adding to the frustration. I was met with rude responses and a complete failure to take responsibility. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns to the manager who kept changing the topics. I suggested he feed back some of my suggestions to his staff. This dinning experience was highly unpleasant especially for special occasions and will not be returning although I have been a royal customer for many years!

Ordered via app for collection later the same day. Easy to do and pay online. All food was ready on time, with a couple of extras thrown in! We ordered one of the meals for 2 and one meal for one. You can chose any starter and main, and then get poppadoms, 3 dips, rice and a naan bread each. The chicken pakora was delicious, as was my prawn dupiza. We were having meal for 5 adults but 3 meals was enough. Great value for money. Very pleasant staff too. Will be back.

1 star I was going to a rugby match and it came an hour late it was aufull the kickoff was 8 I had to be the at 6:30 it was so long!

Both me & my partner have raved about this place in the past especially as an eat In restaurant. However the last 2x takeaways have lacked in quality. Both recent curries we’re very watery, lacking in meat & arrived cold (we live less than 10 mins away) Food wise the food as always been of an higher standard, it’s just the last two curries didn’t hit the standard bar already set by this place. Hopefully it’s been down to Covid & possibly a stand in chef? Maybe who knows. Shall review again in 2022.

The nan was just soo soft yet had a crunch as well.. enjoyed having a fresh kobeda with the salad and sauces they give. The prices are decent as well, easy access and parking right in front. The service was quick, and easy to speak to them if you needed anything else. Upstairs has a TV and a range of seating spaces. Separate toilets for use and tbh it was quite clean to use.. I would have liked the open balcony to be opened as it did get really hot inside. Child seats available.
