It isn’t my usual type of drinks but was glad i gave it a go lots to choose and the screens were handy

Never will order here anymore. Terrible service, misleading the customer, advertising on the screem it say: but any of the tea and another a free ice tea. However, after pay for the oder they told you they run out the free tea. The girl was really rude with the bad service. Totolly not recommend this place.

The staff has poor customer service The girl in the scarf has no manners and customer service skills doesn’t know how to speak to customers she was very angry we asked for nhs discount showed our digital cards she said we need to show a physical card but due to COVID 19 we can’t carry them as we have to use them in hospital this is cross contamination there for the service was appalling and this needs to looked in to I think the staff could do with learning and development on how to speak to customers in order to set a good example

The staff advised me on which tea I can take as I prefer the fresh brewed tea with less sweetness. Despite long queues and the relative complexity in preparing bubble tea (in particular during a pandemic) the queue was fast moving. The tea itself is not just on a syrup basis and the tea they brew is of a high quality. The toppings are also carefully prepared. There is a wide selection covering most people's particular preferences.

I would like to give compliments to Ms Jones from Singapore Marina Square outlet for always being consistent at preparing excellent quality Pearl Milk Tea. After Mr Yong Heng (ex employee of Gong Cha Singapore Marina Square: extremely hardworking great customer service) left Gong Cha Singapore, it was very hard to find quality milk tea at Gong Cha outlets, she is the only reason for keeping us as a loyal customer of Gong Cha. The North Point, Plaza Singapura and 313 outlets are very lousy at preparing good quality Pearl milk tea that makes us lose confidence in the Gong Cha brand. We tried to give feedback several times but the Gong Cha Singapore management isn't responsive thus no corrective actions were taken or implemented. We sincerely hope our compliments for Ms Jones can be reached and conveyed to her, to motivate her to continue her great work for providing the best for Gong Cha customers. We hope her efforts can be recognised and rewarded by the Singapore Gong Cha management. We believe with your effective management, Ms Jones can progress to greater heights with the brand of Gong Cha and the quality standards of Gong Cha Singapore can be further improved and restored back to its original brand standard.
