Waited 75 minutes for a luke warm dinner

Andy, please review the recipe for the black pepper beef box. As other reviews have stated, it tastes BLAND. It has also lost all trace of spice like it used to have. Requests to make it extra hot are ignored. Please look into this.

I did not receive my order. Called the restaurant… no answer. Called the just eat phone number the email told me to call… no option to do anything.

What an absolutely disgusting service that we received from Chews Noodle Bar. Being returning customers it was even more of a disappointment. We placed an order on their app and got told the food would be with us in 45mins, 2 noodle dishes a special fried rice and some spring rolls, after 1 hour and a half We phoned them to ask if they knew how long are order would be, we didn't complain at this time as we understand it can be busy, the girl on the phone told us that it has just left with the driver and wouldn't be long, we said thank you and that was that. We then phoned back half an hour after we spoke to them and asked again if they knew where our food was, again not in a complaining manner, the member of staff on the phone said " well we have been really busy and there is nothing I can do it should be with you soon" we then said we called 30mins ago and have been waiting 2 hours now, she then said "there is nothing I can do it left when you called last time" the girls attitude was disgusting towards us and not one apology got said for how late the food was, the food had been with the delivery person for 30mins, who had to drop off another 7 orders along with our order (this was the number of deliveries that the girl told us there was out being delivered along side ours) we then said so our food has been sat for 30mins so surely its not going to be warm when we get it! Again extremely rude attitude from the girl, and again, no apology!! I would definitely not recommend this place. The food was cold and soggy by the time it got to us, 2 HOURS LATE!!! There is no need for the rudness of the girl on the phone and especially without an apology.

Used to go here all the time then stopped as the food wasny the same. Reminded of why we stopped last night the blackbean beef used so be so tasty with a spicy kick. Not anymore was bland and no spice proper disappointment considering the price

Tried this evening for the first time. Have already recommended to all my family. Absolutely delicious, clean and fresh ingredients. Very friendly staff. Perfect!

Fantastic meal. Thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the salt and pepper calamari , it was amazing!!!

Wasn’t as good as usual. Chips were soggy. Black pepper box what states spicy had no spice to all.

Great but I felt bad that I couldn't tip. Usually you can tip through the app but I couldn't this time for some reason? Like a lot of people I don't have cash on me these days so I wasn't able to tip in person.

Curry noodles tasted burnt . Same last order. whiskey prawns not good quality big let down as I have ordered here a few times. Sorry but an honest opinion 😞

Ordered a Hainanese Chicken Rice Box each, for me and my son. It arrived in no time at all and was piping hot. Mine was gone in minutes and my son also finished his in no time. Was delicious and will be ordering it again.

Although the food was nice it was also very very cold when it arrived.

I often order takeaway here but today was really disappointed, pork bites were not very crisp and duck spring rolls were awful, soft, tasteless filling. The black pepper noodles had no flavour, even though labelled spicy.will not order from here again.

Horrific customer service the person I spoke to on the phone lied to me that the driver was enroute with my food and still 30 mins later no food rang them back an my order is still with the driver being delivered so i am expecting frozen food now told restaurant to cancel order would never use this place again an would never recommend the place

Nice little place for noodles, This was my second time visiting this place, as I am a chef myself I would say the dishes are nice and tasty but a bit less spices and more oily and soy sauce. The staff are friendly, and the service was quick, and I found food was above average but not excellent cause my expectations are higher being a chef.

Just never arrives. 3rd time. the food is great if you can ever get it. just wish they would stop orders if it's too busy 😒

Had an excellent take out from Chews: Chicken and Curry Rice Box and Crispy Chicken Nuggets in Honey Sauce. The chicken is crispy outside and tender inside. The sauces are full of favourites. Service is friendly and prompt. Highly recommended.

Delivery was nearly a hour late . Food is really nice , crackers a bit overpriced and portion size for salt n pepper chicken quite small. Nice food overall

I placed an order here last night 23rd march through Uber eats unknowingly my husband placed another order when we realised we cancelled the later order by phoning the restaurant and they said it was fine only to realise today they have taken payment for both orders when only received one, when getting in touch with Uber they said it was down to the restaurant so got in touch with them at opening time today for them to say they are not prepared to do anything as the food was prepared and then distributed out to the staff, customer service was shocking and as a frequent customer I expected more from them, I will sadly not be using there service again as up until yesterday I’ve never had any complaints

Salt n pepper noodle box was watery and soggy and chicken burger was pink and fatty - from time of ordering to food being ready for collection was 13 minutes

Quantity and quality excellent as usual. One of our definite "go to" outlets for home delivery.

Normally love the food here but just paid £4+ for what was meant to be salt and pepper chips only to be delivered frozen chips with 3 slices of onion at the bottom! Hasn’t even tried!

Ordered their stir fry veg last week and thought not bad, ordered it again last night and a box of noodles turned up with a scatter of veg.. I feel ripped off its was £9.00 for what was half a box of noodles... management need to take a look into what's going on

The reason this is so low is i ordered their small box of stir vegetables only a few days ago and thought not bad , ordered another and they had filled it full of noodles with a scatter of veg. I feel scammed as i paid the veg price not the plain noodle price,

Lovely tasting food delivered hot and in less time than advertised.

Ordered because of the advertised swift delivery time which was then extended by 30mins at the time it was meant to be delivered (making total expected delivery an hour). This time passed with no delivery called the restaurant who said it was sent out with the driver 20min ago. Waited a further 40 mins for it to be delivered.

Order was nice and early and the food arrived hot. It was also very nice so I’ll definitely be ordering again, however, I did find the portion size small for the price given.

Good portion sizes and arrived early. But needed more flavour, and the Katsu curry sauce needs to arrive separately and not covering the meal as the chicken was soggy not crispy.

They sent the wrong item. Ordered duck rolls but got spring rolls. Food nice but basic. Mainly just rice and chicken with sauce on top and a few slices of cucumber. Not worth £9:50.

Never ate from here but wow have I been missing out!! At first thought it was small BUT it is the perfect amount just ALOT packed into a smaller container that helps keep the food hot! The food was so tasty so I ordered it again for tonight 😀
