The best restaurants serving Asian food in England

Quick service amazing food great place.

I am not one for writing reviews, however I just felt that I had to for this fabulous restaurant. The waiting staff (Ben and Lily) were so lovely and so engaging. The food was the best Indian food I have ever tasted. It looked so simple but, wow what a great depth of flavour and taste. We will be making this our come to Indian restaurant even though it is about 20 miles away. Thanks for a great atmosphere and pleasurable evening.

Had a night's stop over on a Sunday night in Alnwick. After a quick search this lovely restaurant stood out to us. We arrived 20 mins before opening but this was not a problem we were invited in to sit and wait until opening time. We were shown to our table upstairs the restaurant is extremely stylish and immaculately clean. All the staff were excellent and the owner came over between course's for a chat which was a fantastic touch all the food was exceptional as was the service. If this restaurant was near me in London I would visit every week Alnwick has an absolute gem and I look forward to visiting again when I'm back in lovely Northumberland in June

As its name suggests, this is another Bangladeshi curry house, masquerading as “Indian”. The walls had prints of India travel ads to provide the ambience. The usual serving of poppodums with hot lime pickle, chopped onions and yogurt-based raitha came to the table first. We ordered the Goan lamb xacuti and chicken Madras with nan and boiled plain rice. For sides we had onion bhaji and brinjal bhaji. The mains were both quite hot and a few pieces of lamb and chicken respectively were so smothered in spicy, thick gravy so as to obtund any suggestion of aroma and flavour. The onion bhaji came as a flat pattie with added egg to bind. The aubergine was delicious. A bit disappointed.

A dreadful restaurant. We ordered and within 5 minutes our meal arrived which is not a good sign. The beef in the beef massaman was tough, they obviously have bought a cheap joint of beef, roasted it. Then just sliced it up. It was so tough it was inedible. A beef massiman should be tender marinated beef not this abomination. The Chicken pad Thai was similar, noodles with some dried up chicken tossed in it. Finally the duck and ginger - inedible. The place is staffed with very nice children . When I gently said I was not happy with the meal the server simply said ‘that makes me sad’ Avoid this sham of a ‘restaurant’

The food was well cooked and it was an an enjoyable experience that I would be happy to have again. I definitely recommend this restaurant for family outings.

We called in at short notice and the staff were able to fit us in. The staff were all very friendly and service excellent. The restaurant was busy and had a good atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend the restraint.

Savoury Vietnamese food, I just ordered bun mam ( grilled pork and spring roll) for a quick lunch. Will come back to try other dishes next time.

The staff are so helpful and friendly and the halal options are excellent, I love coming back here to eat

I’ve been told by many people to try Chutney Jacks but always lived in Aylesbury and we are spoilt for Indian restaurants. Now I live in Whitchurch il closer to Chutney Jacks, so we has a takeaway last night and my god we certainly weren’t disappointed I would go far to say that it was probably one of the nicest Indians I’ve ever had the flavours were on point the nan bread was massive and soft and the onion bhajis were to die for and it wasn’t greasy in the slightest. Highly recommend 5 star thank you guys

Delicious food, nice and hot despite small delay.

Delicious pad thai and the slow cooked pork shoulder melts in your mouth. Had a seafood curry as well and it tasted so fresh and refreshing, csnt wait to go back! The staff are super friendly and fast. I felt like I'd visited Thailand again. There were some aunties selling thai deserts and other meals for takeaways as well which I got as well and was amazing! Not sure if they are going to be there everytime but really hope they will be next time! The pandan and coconut milk steamed cake was incredible and really hope i can get more next time.

Very nice Nepalese restaurant. We usually have take away but the service is good when eating in as well. The food is excellent.

Delicious dinner, we had chilli squid, beef green curry and sticky chicken. Our waitress Abby was professional and courteous, service was fast. The atmosphere in the restaurant was beautiful - really interesting decoration with plenty of seating. Definitely recommended.

Have been eating at Mirchi since it initially opened and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad meal . Food is superb and the mix of spices is 100%. Another excellent meal tonight . Thank you.
