Simply the best Chinese takeaway in Dunstable hands down ! Very busy takeaway that serves only best fresh ingredients for there customers Yea it’s hard to get through to them on certain evenings due to there high demand but that’s a Good thing as you know its going to be good quality!! Also note there’s only one person working on phone & order counter so she’s under pressure but always excellent with taking food orders & very calm & polite Delivery is usually 45 mins to 1 hour & food is always delivered piping hot & from friendly delivery staff Big thanks to staff at Hoi wan Me & my family always look forward to our Friday night from Hoi wan 5 stars 🌟

Absolutely wonderful food amazing

A hidden gem. Don't be fooled by the location. We had to double back on our journey from Hayle back to Torpoint, and it was a revelation. Although we only had an early evening pitstop of mixed starters a salad and stir fry. It was all really fresh and tasty. Washed down of course with Singha... We will be back for a more detailed review. Thank you

Reply to owner... it would be nice if I could remember. This rating was 4 years ago. Not sure what the issue was but I've been back plenty times since so upped the rating making it fair and more upto date. I usually have a pathia or similar dish, always good 👍

Delicious food. Quite a bit above average and the service was very good indeed. Pity we're just visiting on holiday, otherwise we'd go back.

A constant in a world of change. Always a fantastic curry, with friendly staff and really really reasonably priced. It's often very quiet eating inside, but the staff do a good job of making you feel at home. It's that good, once a month my mates come from all around Manchester to have a curry here. High praise indeed!

Lovely food and a friendly waiter, we had 3 courses and enjoyed all of them. We thought the price was reasonable, room between the tables was big enough for even me!

Some of the tastiest Thai food I've ever had. Everything in the mixed starter was delicious, as was the pad thai. My boyfriend had the massaman, which was really aromatic and not too spicy. Wonderful service too 😊

The food here was very average and clearly microwaved as our starters were soggy and arrived within a few minutes of ordering. We ordered a massaman curry and asked 3 times if we could please have the curry spicy, quite hot and when it arrived it was bland just as listed on the menu. The waitress clearly took no notice of what we asked for. The atmosphere was rather odd. Tables very close to one another and as much as I’m an animal lover the table next to us had a dog with them which was crying and whimpering the whole time. Overall for the £70 spent the food was very average and not made fresh. We were quite disappointed as we went there on recommendation. I’m not sure if this is standard however too and service charge was already added automatically to the bill which I also found odd as this should be at the discretion of the customer. Also no option if draught beers instead overpriced bottled beers were the only option.

Anwar is simply the best host. I’ve been visiting this restaurant for 30 years and it never fails to deliver!! Service is unrivalled, food is superb. Not the most athletically pleasing restaurant but you’re there for the food, service and overall experience. 5* recommended.

Firstly I was unsure about here only due to not having a cosy feel..but on arrival all staff were friendly and could t do enough for us, but wow the food was amazing, we had mixed grills for starters, sagwala, house biryani, Balti, chicken tikka wrap and naga for main, with lots of different sides and nanns, the nanns were cooked to perfection.! Well tbh all of it was..it was that amazing, we have booked for Christmas Day..first year ever not having the traditional turkey but after eating here we know we will have an amazing Christmas Day dinner.! Thanks guys
