Great curry, and great service!

Food and service were on point, nice friendly staff, food was lovely and all served in good time once ordered.

Fantastic Quality Indian restaurant that is a pleasure to experience. Such friendly staff and Kay made us especially welcome. It’s small and cosy plus you can take your own alcoholic drinks. The food is exceptional and piping hot. I could not fault any of it!!

Be careful tried to rob us of £75 what thay overcharged us for, yes £124 for 2 chicken tikka masala, 1 mushroom pila rice, 1 egg fried rice, , 4 popadoms, 1 chips, 1 garlic nann, 4 small cokes and charged £124 good job I checked wife’s card receipt over charged us £75 and took them ages to work out terrible service check your payments was nearly a very expensive meal, Replying to your answer looks like your math still not very good as there were not 20 of us at all there were 15 people so you still clearly can’t count, it took 4 of you to try and work it out then you had to make a phone call in total took around 20 minutes to sort out then when you finally said you sorted it and refunded us £75 you then said you got it wrong and charged us another £20 on top of that which again was wrong so you did rob from us clearly you have no idea how to try and work out your mistakes clearly untrustworthy

Pleasant little restaurant, lovely and welcoming. Staff are very attentive and always at hand. The starters was great but the balti was just ok .. all in all a good visit.

Will always be our favourite Indian restaurant!

Absolutely fabulous setting, delicious food, and very friendly staff. It was one of the best meals I've had for a long time. Just over £85 for 4 adults, we all had poppadoms to start, a main each and a side of rice or naan. We took our own alcoholic drinks. Will definitely return!

We’ve been visiting this establishment for over 10 years. Never had a bad meal. The staff are very friendly, always making you feel welcome and remembering your name. Kay provides fantastic, always asking how you are etc. all staff make the effort with you and go the extra mile ❤️

Mirchi is easily the best Indian restaurant around, the staff are so friendly and attentive and nothing is to much. The restaurant is small but not to small, it's cosy! The food is amazing and you pay for what you get! I am gluten free, they always remember who I am and always talk me through things, I don't trust many people but I trust these guys! Couldnt recommend this restaurant anymore than I do! You will not be disappointed if you come here!

I recently dined at Merchi, and it was an outstanding experience. The inviting ambiance and vibrant decor set the perfect tone for an authentic Indian meal. We started with poppadoms and for the main well-seasoned salmon and fresh naan bread. The Merchi is a must-visit for anyone craving genuine Indian cuisine. Great prices too. I can't wait to return!

Visited Mirchi after we hadn't been for a while due to a house move. It was even better than i last remembered and i give it 5 stars across the board. Food was lovely, the service was personal, relaxing and professional. The guys provide a service which they should be proud of.

We have takeaway only from here and always been nice. However the chips are never great, they taste like they have been kept under heat for a long time. It would be nice if they cooked the chips last of all so they are fresh and ready to go or package them differently so they don't get delivered dried out. I have the chips to dip into my curry but on their own not great. Also food took 1hr and 20mins last time which is ridiculous. Meat in curry always nice other than our last order where the chicken was overcooked and the lamb was overcooked and very fatty but hope this is a one off. Overall nice food but please improve your chips.

Never had a bad meal service is always spot on takeaways are also excellent

2nd visit and was disappointed. Popadoms were stale and one member had a steak which was like a piece of leather. Generally the rest of the food was decent but I won’t be returning

Very nice food from a varied menu which is quite rare these days! The prices were very good too, for four of us it was about £23 each. I would recommend booking too. You can take your own alcohol, there's a coop a few units down.

Lovely little restaurant, friendly staff, and excellent food. Definitely return as so welcoming. I didn't finish all the food but packed it up for me to take home, which I was grateful for. It's worth a visit.

We had a terrible experience when ordering a take away!!! We ordered the take away at 20.10 last night and wanted to know how long the order would take to arrive as we had driven back from Cornwall that same day and was tired. We were quoted an hour which we agreed to hoping it was not going to be any longer. At 21.45 we had still not received our order 90 mins from placing it and called the company who I was met with a hostile reception asking me what my problemwas Mel. When I explained they kept repeating the driver was on his way and they had no way of getting in touch with him. I again advised them I wanted to cancel the order as I wanted to go to bed. They then got very aggressive with me and told me not to order from them again which believe me I have no intention of!!! There was no apology for the late delivery and defiantly no customer service. Beware !!!!

First time ordering a takeaway and definitely won't be the last. The food was excellent and plenty of it too, delivered hot . What more could you want.
