Delicious dinner, we had chilli squid, beef green curry and sticky chicken. Our waitress Abby was professional and courteous, service was fast. The atmosphere in the restaurant was beautiful - really interesting decoration with plenty of seating. Definitely recommended.

Called in without a reservation on a busy Saturday evening and they kindly accommodated us. Staff were very friendly and the ambience and the food were terrific. The Panang beef was one of the tastiest I’ve ever had. Really well priced as well. Thank you for an excellent night.

A wonderful experience at the giggling squid. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The staff were really nice, welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing and I definitely recommend getting the white chocolate matcha cheesecake for dessert as it was incredible.

Disappointing first visit. After reading the online reviews and seeing they were opening a branch in Leeds city centre we had high hopes for our first visit to the harrogate restaurant. The restaurant was very busy and decorated lovely but unfortunately things got off to an auspicious start after being seated at the far side of the restaurant near the accessible toilet. Our table backed on to the kitchen/glasswashing area, albeit separated by some trellising but still felt strange sat within arms length of the sinks and dishwasher. Service was slow at best, a good 15 minutes before being asked for drinks order. Once they came (first time, not what was ordered) they were rather thrown down on the table. Starters were adequate but certainly worlds away from other thai restaurants we have visited. My partners main course was OK but lacking any decent amount of chicken, unfortunately the sauce whilst tasty was far too spicy to be enjoyable. I ordered the Sticky chicken and to be honest tasted like chicken I would cook in the oven for the kids at home. Certainly didn't warrant the £15 price tag and wouldn't recommend. The sticky rice was OK. The egg fried rice was completely tasteless, was more like a plain basmati if anything. Total bill including 2 x beers and 1 x wine was £73 + 7.5% discretionary service charge. In a rush to catch our train home so didn't bother trying to have the service charge removed but certainly didn't feel it was deserved. Overall for the price they charge and what they actually deliver it's well below par and certainly more style over substance. Wouldn't recommend and there are certainly much better Thai restaurants that offer better food and value

This is a lovely and picturesque place with soft ambiance and lovely decor. I've been twice and ordered multiple appetizers from the menu and everything was top-notch and flavorful. The presentation of the dishes were smashing. I had the Soft Shell Prawnee Prawns, Carmalised Pork Belly, the Giggling Wings, and the Pork Dumplings.

You can eat very delicious Thai curry. The attentiveness of the staff was also wonderful.

We went here for my dad's 70th there was a large group of us (11) at lunchtime (1pm) the food was AMAZING, the service was great (they even got a little free dessert for my dad), beautiful decor and good for me who has a dairy allergy. Will deffo be back!

We had a lovely meal at the giggling squid for my partners birthday, I was slightly concerned to what the quality would be like as it’s a chain restaurant but I honestly was blown away by the food- the best Thai food I’ve ever had. I will be back!

I went on a Sunday and it was very quiet. We were offered a choice of table and were seated quickly. We ordered cocktails, which took a while to come. We had 2 of the lunch tapas meals, prawn crackers, and some pork dumplings. The food was very good but there was too much rice for the size of the curry. The meals came on a plate that was sectioned off into 4, but one section was for the rice for the curry, so to me, it was 3 things, not 4. All the food was very tasty, I loved the dumplings. The cocktails were good. I would of liked side plates with the crackers so you could have a few with some dip on your plate instead of dipping in the middle and trying to avoid the drips. Also a bowl so the rice and curry could be eaten together would of been nice. I would come here again.

First time here, absolutely beautiful. Consumed a sharing starter & 2 mains along with a few pints. Came out like a proper fat bastard, would recommend & would return. Excellent.

A Thursday night in late November, the restaurant wasn't busy, but the staff seemed to struggle with the few tables that were occupied. Maye it was one of those nights. The food was fine, obviously cooked fresh, but slow to arrive and two of our party got the wrong meals. We were also charged for things we didn't order (easily sorted). I'd go back as I'm sure the errors weren't repeatable.

We came back a year later and we all had the same thing. Still excellent and extremely great, fast service. A lovely welcome too. Thank you!!

A very pleasant restaurant with great decor, nice staff and brilliant food. The menu has all the Thai classics plus a few other more unique dishes, without being overbearing in size. Service time is quick and the portion sizes good for the price. There’s a good atmosphere too and next time I’m looking for Thai in the area I’ll be considering here again!

Absolutely beautiful restaurant, long neck changs on the menu is always a plus. Starters were a good size not like you get in some places , asked for extra chilli in my jungle curry and they delivered. Food was out outstanding. Plenty of vegetarian options.

Met up with a friend here just before New Year. The food was lovely, it could have been a bit spicier the chilli and basil dish I had as a main but this was a very minor quibble. the starters were perfect and coconut rice was delicious.

🥩 The food was full of flavour and a variety of spices, the steak was a little tough, but everything else was good. ☕️ Also, there was no coconut milk for the coffee, which was surprising for a place with this type of cuisine.

Do not walk past, great atmosphere and food..

As always a wonderful place to eat with family with superbly tasting food! The sea bass main was delightful which I shared with my son. Imogen, who served us, was super-attentive and very kind recommending dishes if we were unsure.

Excellent service, good atmosphere. Slightly feminine decor for my taste but well executed. Shared the salt and chili squid (not very flavourful), duck spring rolls (good but vegetable flavour overpowered duck) and pork belly (very good flavour and melt in the mouth, recommended). For main had the drunken ribs. The sauce was delicious and paired well with the coconut rice, however sticky rice would probably go better. Pork ribs were not very good, lacked flavour.

Restaurant nearly empty for a Sunday evening so seated quickly. Golden money bags for starters were tastless other than the accompanying chilli sauce. The Pad Kee Mao Chicken had minimal chicken and veg, mainly noodles. I see you're opening a branch in Leeds...good luck with that as there are some great less expensive authentic Thai restaurants out there.

We had Booked a table for 7pm for an anniversary meal. Arrived and we were sat at a table next to the door which when opened let in a cold draft. We asked to be moved to then be sat next to the toilet door and next to a table of very loud, almost shouting ladies, despite there being a free table the other side of the door away from the cold air! We walked out as we are not willing to spend in excess of £100+ and feel like that Very let down

Great lunch option, we all opted for the lunch tapas sets, the scrummy set and salt and pepper set, all delicious. Good option for a quick lunch in Harrogate centre. Came to round £20 per head including soft drinks and a tip.

This was our first visit to the Harrogate restaurant and we were very pleasantly surprised. We had not looked at reviews prior to going we simply called in. We will simply call in again to sample something else off the very nice and varied menu. Staff were great, especially Bagdi :-)

Well presented, staff leave you to it once ordered, and some dishes ok. Overall however I wasn't wowed and considering the price a bit disappointed. It's worth a visit to try. Main restaurant bit can get a little stuffy too as it captures the sun all day.

The food was so quick to arrive and it was absolutely delicious. We booked online and although the only option was to book a table outside the restaurant, the staff arranged an indoor table for us with no problem. Great vegetarian options, really friendly and helpful staff, what more could you want? 😉

A lively restaurant, with a short wait to get outside table as we had dog with us. Tried a variety of the tapas style dishes and enjoyed them all . The pork dumplings and salmon bites being the stand outs . Reasonable prices and good service.

The caramelised pork was top notch, tender and full of flavour. Panang, the sauce wasn't really a panang, tasted more like an Indian curry. The beef was very tender though. Beef massaman, the beef was again tender and juicy, potatoes cooked properly (many places are under cooked) they used cashew nuts instead of peanuts, not detrimental. The sauce was thinner and not quite as tasty as I would have liked, although it DID taste like a true massaman.

We were the last customers to book online on Sunday bank holiday. When we arrived the restaurant was empty, and even though they were starting to clean down for the night the chef honoured our late online booking. The service was obviously impeccable and the food was exceptional. My husband is a new Thai food convert. Thank you for feeding us!

Came here as a trio.The menu pricing is higher then one would perhaphs expect so prepare for that. The food was tasty, smaller in size than i was expecting for the price and sadly the cheesecake was a let down. Another thing that confused me was to purchase rice seperately to go with the curries, I would have thought with the pricing that it was a no brainer to include rice with a curry dish. The bill came with a service charge but because we were so well looked after by particularly one staff member, we were happy to pay. In conclusion, slightly pricey, good selection and atmosphere, tasty food/drink (barring dessert), attentitive staff, shame about the rice which should be complimentary. Thank you for providing a nice Saturday evening for us.

The place was beautiful and all the dishes were presented wonderfully. 3* for food because it wasn't mindblowing and whilst it was tasty, I could have this food anywhere + the sui mai was not home made

I wanted to eat here because there was loads of gluten free vegan choice which is pretty rare. I'm so pleased I went because the food was amazing, extremely tasty and was served really quickly. The decor is pretty and although it was busy it wasn't too loud. Definitely try here if you are gluten free, all the noodles are rice and the soy sauce doesn't contain wheat! (You can see all the ingredients of all the dishes on the allergen menu)

Not what we were expecting when we quickly googled nearby places to eat. Loud music. Upscale. A bit frou-frou. Not us. I was looking a bit rumpled after traveling all day. I was wearing capris and a nice-ish shirt and I felt underdressed. The food was pretty average for the cost. Service was kind of slow. It took ages to get a two scoop serving of ice cream while waitresses were putting away clean dishes.

Very beautiful restaurant , with an amazing atmosphere and food! The service was great with our waiter and waitress ; Sathuik and Jigeesha treating us with utmost kindness and attentiveness. Amazing food, with very strong Thai flavors , will definitely be visiting again when in harrogate !

Nice place but food was average. Mains so so, rice not included with mains but is £3.65 per portion. Rice was like microwave rubbish all glooped together. Waitress said she could get a new portion but I said it will only be the same and she said yes. I said don't bother. They had the cheek to put on a £3,80 service charge. Don't bother going here.

Brilliant food and good service. Accessibility: There is plenty of room to get a wheelchair into the dining space. The toilets, however, are up some very steep stairs, so there is no access to those unless you are fully mobile.

Easily one of the best restaurants in Harrogate. Get some sharing platters for the table to start. All of the mains are delicious.
