Coconut milk was way too much, almost like eating palmas coco moisturizer, very sweet and no debt in taste

Mixed fish starter for two really nice. The rest of the food was also good.

Casual yet smart. Delicious food, in particular, I liked the Parsi dish with a pleasant fruity twist.

Really disappointed with starters would not order again

Paid £12.50 for chicken tikka marsala - was so watery and lacking in flavour. Very disappointing.

Every thing ok I wouldn't go back as they add on a service charge which I should have challenged as it was not advertised. We would have left a tip any way but to add it on bill no good .

The food here is absolutely the freshest, tastiest in Harrogate if not the world 😂 yum! Excellent service excellent food.

Wow can I just say my food and the restaurant was so lovely and the rest of my tables food all looked amazing too. But above all the staff were just next level one server in particular was very good and patient with me while I was ordering my food. I have a stutter so it can be a struggle to say my order properly but he was very nice and made me feel at ease will definitely be coming here again next time I’m in Harrogate :)

Large modern venue. This was our third choice for an Indian meal. The first one was shutting 2 hours early, the second one was empty, so we thought we would give it a try. The staff were very polite and attentive. The food was good. Would definitely recommend eating here.

We booked here on New Year’s Eve fairly last minute which was a really good decision, trying to avoid the expensive set menus elsewhere. Despite being clearly busy and popular, we were acknowledged immediately, seated quickly and drinks order taken. Throughout the night service was quick and attentive despite the restaurant being almost full, and we really felt like they valued us being there. Food was delicious. The atmosphere was lively and fun without being too noisy. It’s also really good value for money. Would definitely return.

Myself and my sister had a wonderful dining experience at Jinnah on Christmas Day! Restaurant was full and a great atmosphere. Beautifully decorated. My Chicken maselander was superb and the dips with poppadoms were first class. As was the Naan bread.. only wish this was my local Indian restaurant. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Booked a table 6.45…… ordered 6.55 didn’t get our starters till 7.40 and we had to ask where they were…..apologies but that’s not really acceptable. Food was very nice when it arrived but the wait has definitely put us off coming again….. Very busy place so I think we just got over looked.

didn't deliver it, was rude on the phone then hung up. he rang me saying the address was wrong. it was correct on order and he was saying the right address but kept saying he was 3 miles away and I was in the wrong then just hung up and didn't show up

Nice environment , busy on a Saturday night but food only average at best and quite expensive for what you get. The chicken jalfrezi lacked flavour and the small amount of sauce was extremely hot (vindaloo strength ) Some of the chicken pieces were tough and had a rubbery texture ! We ate our meals but would not go there again based on our experience this time.

My friend and I went to this place because from outside looked pretty nice . We made a booking the same afternoon and we had our table at 9 pm . We were placed on the side in a good place and the food came on time and the attention from the workers was really polite. Food was really good too and the quality and amount really worth it . It was worth it for sure !!

We were originally given a time of 25-40 mins but it took over an hour, that’s ok as I know Saturdays are busy so we order in plenty of time and the app kept us updated on our delivery time. The food is delicious and piping hot on arrival , the only reason we don’t order more often is the price, £38 for 2 curries, 3 sides

Spot on once again we was a large group and opted for the the banquet Option to share the pickle tray is the best we have had followed by sizzling appetisers which contained juicy lamb chops chicken tikka seek kebabs and my favourite masala fish the mains again all full of flavour and nice big portions we struggled to finish them all the owner was very helpful and adapted the meals to suit our requirements as always the staff really looked after our party and nothing was too much trouble (we are a fussy bunch 🤣) make sure you book especially on a weekend can get very busy

Without fail we've enjoyed every meal we ordered. In particular, they have fantastic chicken Afghani and desi chicken karahi. The menu is vast, so there is plenty for everyone in the family to choose from. Lastly, their staff and their customer service is one of the best in the area. Highly recommended ❤️💯

It was Sunday night and we felt like Indian food and the top rated Indians in Harrogate were closed. The reviews for Jinnah were okay and Indian food is always pretty much the same everywhere so we thought we’d give it a go. We were shown to our table and asked if we wanted a drink before we’d even got a chance to sit down and been given a menu, let alone look at it. The menu is a mess and clearly designed by somebody without eyes! The waiter shortly returned to see if we wanted drinks and started calling my husband “boss” which was weird and creepy but at least we were being spoken to. That waiter then moved to another part of the restaurant and our food was delivered by multiple different staff. One friendly and efficient and all the others either refusing to speak or surly! The food was your average Indian fare. It was hot and tasty except for the Tikka King Prawns which were completely overcooked and therefore like rubber. The pickle tray was excellent though with the best selection I’ve ever seen. We had to work really hard to get the attention of a passing waiter to get more drinks and nobody checked we were okay. The same happened with asking for the bill. It took 37 minutes to get somebody to make eye contact just to ask for the bill. I wouldn’t bother coming here again as it wasn’t bad but certainly wasn’t amazing either. Typical chain restaurant I suppose…

Jinnah restaurant is absolutely excellent place to eat go every so often with my wife it's an absolutely a pleasure to go to great atmosphere great friendly staff & the food is spot on great restaurant throughly recommended to anybody be back very soon top place.

After being let down by another restaurant they rescued our birthday celebrations and fit 13 people in for a meal even though they were extremely busy at 10 minutes notice. Very welcoming and friendly, food excellent and they couldn't do enough for us.

Absolutely amazing restaurant! Every time when we visit Harrogate for the bridal week, we come to this restaurant because the food is always outstanding and delicious. We have never been disappointed. Great selection of food. We love spicy foods and when it says it is, believe it. It will be spicy!

I love Jinnah, the food is great.. If i had to nitpick , the Chicken Tikkas are not the usual you find in other restuarants / takeaways, and the taste different.. The Keema naan is smaller than most takeaways., so not big enough to share.

Used to be fantastic - genuinely was disappointed by the food this evening. Chicken was really dry, the tikka sauce just tasted of coconut with no favour. Lamb chops which are normally 10/10 were again dry and lacked any punch. Guys you used to be amazing, please sort it out!

Great plate of chips for 27 pounds chicken tikka was burnt and the chicken pakora was the size of a small pencil what a rip off restaurant prices for back street food do not pay these prices it is a con the food was terrible and extremely expensive very very poor will not order from here again and there is not a thing you can do when it is delivered even if you complain to just eat no one cares

I visited jinnah harrogate last night, the food was delicious. Staff was so cooperative and experienced and the premises is super cool to visit with friends and family... They have outdoor sitting as well which is the best thing in this summer weather to enjoy the food.. I recommend it...10/10

We had a great time at Jinnah in Harrogate! The food was really tasty, with just the right amount of spice, and the mango lassi was super refreshing. Khaled took great care of us with his friendly and attentive service, making it easy to enjoy our meal with the kids. Definitely a spot we'd recommend!

Tonight we ordered the chicken Korma and although it was nice, it was way too spicy. Too spicy to eat. Korma should be super mild. Just a bit disappointing.

Really excellent Indian. The choice of dishes was ecellent and included Afghan and Nepalese cuisine. The spice guide was accurate, we ate two chillies rated dishes and that was about right, if a little conservative. The chappatis were super and the wine list and beer options were also excellent. A really lovely dining experince too with booths.

Far too expensive for what it was, only 1 prawn in the whole dish, nice food but well overpriced you would be better off going to your local curry house next time I will be doing that

Food was fantastic, best curry iv tested! The texture and flavour was perfectly balanced, the spices were just right. We had Lamb Jalfrezi. King from biryani Chips Kima rice , the portion was good the price fair. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves curries and Indian cuisine. The service was friendly.

We had a fantastic meal for my birthday. The food was so tasty with lots of flavour. It was a lovely restaurant with lovely staff. We sat outside withthe weather being so nice. Much better than the Indian meals where we live. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

The staff here are always super friendly and will glady chat with you even in peak hours. The food is also eaiky the beat indian in Harrogate. Portion sizes are pretty good for the price. The building is an old schookl house and from the outside it still retains its victorian astetics as for the inside it has been well decorated and nicely refurbished to become a restaurant and the staff do a great job at keeping it looking as good as it was when it was first put in

Visited recently with my friend on a busy Saturday night and we enjoyed a lot, the staff was very helpful as it was my first time eating Kashmiri cuisine and the guy taking our order suggested me some stuff and they were delicious I had the fish masala and we also got a family garlic naan bread and enjoyed both,we will definitely be back to try some more of the menu.

Had an amazing meal at Jinnah Harrogate, the premises look spectacular, couldn't believe how nice the inside was when I went in. The new seating outside is perfect for the summer to grab and drink and enjoy some lovely food. Would recommend 10/10

Simply the best Indian in yorkshire!!! I had the pickle tray and popadoms, the best, as ever!! Then the lamb chops!! I’ve had them here before, about 30 times, but these were mind blowing!! Absolutely the best ever!! My main was lemon chicken curry with a garlic naan, which was excellent too! Forget the rest, this is the best!!!

Great food, good recommendations on food by staff

Normally a very good restaurant, I used to order it regularly. Today the food cans 45 minutes later tab estimated and was Very overcooked. Won't be ordering from here again.

Best service and cuzza I've had in ages and nothing was a problem for the waiters. The booze wasn't overpriced and the heaters and blankets for the older members of the team were a nice touch.

Mains were nicely cooked with my chicken was tender and melted in your mouth. Poppadoms and pickle tray is one of the best. Mushroom rice and naan let it down otherwise it would have been a five. Staff were spot on and service was good.

Pre booked this restaurant before our arrival, based on food reviews, and the food was really really nice couldn’t fault it at all, the thing that let the experience down was the service, it was very rushed, no friendliness at all very abrupt so whilst the food was nice we won’t be returning just felt we was rushed and wasn’t a nice dining atmosphere at all

Food was good quality and very enjoyable. Delivery time was changed three times after placing the order, finally arriving an hour later than originally expected. Not the fault of the restaurant as I understand the food was prepared promptly. Being unable to contact Just Eat while an order is in progress is a major weakness of the app. When it works, it’s fine but if something goes wrong, you Just Wait.

Fantastic food, service and atmosphere. Khalid was a great waiter bringing food, drinks and the bill promptly and efficiently. First visit to Harrogate for an extended weekend and visited Jinnah twice both times excellent. Would highly recommend.

A regular to Jinnah, a change in menu and wine list. Chose the special starter consisting of fish, meat and veg. The fish was cooked to perfection with a wonderful light crispy batter. And the samosa filled with tasty meat in a filo pastry. Mains, standard issue lamb with spinach. Melt in the mouth meat and perfectly spiced. A great change in the wine menu. I was allowed to taste a wonderful French Provence rose and a Viognier. A wonderful addition to the list and exceptional value for money. Under £30.

Visited early and during the week ,but over busier nights, booking maybe essential ,didn't know what to expect with reading reviews ,but food was fresh ,tasty wasnt disappointed, wasn't waiting long from ordering to it been brought to the table ,naan breads so fresh and tasty ,definitely go if you are in the area .

I visitedthis restaurant with my wife on Saturday evening 13th April . As we having a short break I harrogate. I think I had a dodgy curry because about four hours later I became seriously ill.with sickness and severe stomach pains I have never felt so ill.

We had a return visit recently and glad to report it is still as good as ever. They have a decent pickle tray with your poppadoms, mains and rice lovely. I had a vegetable curry as I don't agree with the cruel halal killing and it was lovely with a nice mix of vegetables. One small criticism, a couple of the waiters jackets were badly stained and it was early in the evening, it's not a good look.

Absolutely superb I can't understand why it's not got 5 stars. The curry's was perfect, The staff lovely and the ambiance was spot on. I will be back! Good price aswell :)

Attending a conference, so we looked for a restaurant that would suit our party. Jinnah were very accommodating for everyone's tastes and needs. The mixed starter was delicious. The restaurant had some nice Kashmiri dishes. The Tajine was perfect. Good service.

I went with a group of colleagues to the restaurant to dine after a day at a conference. How can I put it? The whole experience was superb! Drinks are not overpriced, the service was faultless (staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble) and the food! It was the best Indian meal I have had in years. From poppadoms with a varied selection of pickles, to a mixed grill starter that was tasty and spicy without being overpowering, and in to main courses that showed variety and flavour and had obviously been cooked with care. It was fab! A wonderful way to celebrate the end of a break in Harrogate

Excellent service and food, papad and variety of pickles followed by sizzling starter. Main course was six different dishes veg and non-veg, rice and big nan.

Needing some food quickly before an event I walked past Jinnah a couple of times before the aromas lured me in. Very quiet evening for them, but they were super-attentive and the food was absolutely delicious and so quickly delivered. When I’m next in Harrogate I shall definitely make a point of coming here - and you should too. Many thanks.

Welcomed on arrival. No wait. Staff very attentive. Food choices very good. Food arrived promptly. Good sized portions and fab tasting food. Atmosphere really nice. Busy but could still hear ourselves talk. Warm inside and very comfortable tables. Great place to eat. Would definitely recommend.

Second time I’ve dropped by here after a long day and just wanting a quiet booth to sit in and a couple of starters and a glass of nice wine. On both occasions, most recently tonight, I haven’t been disappointed in the slightest- Professional, promt and personal service and even though I was ordering just light duos from the starter menu, the service and attention made me feel like I was at a banquet for many. Very well managed and with excellent service, aside the food which came in very close proximity to the overall ambiance. Excellent all round, bravo!

Prices in Harrogate have rocketed in the last couple of years. In 2020 I recond this was great value, today it is expensive. Thankfully the food is good.

We tuned up at 9.30 and asked for a table for four; we were told we’d have to order quick as the kitchen was about to close. We ordered our food and also a pickle tray which was brought out very quickly. Less than 10...
