missing food spice chips and food was cold I had to reheat especially the pizza

Unfortunately both kebabs weren't what we ordered but they were still lovely, had already driven back to harrogate so wasn't worth coming back!

1st visit curry tasted very powdery ,so too much in the dish! Spoilt it as too overpowering as though not cooked through and only form of flavouring , chips were okay had to throw half way through so disappointed

The food was awful , no taste , no spice. Am shocked that this restaurant has a 4.7/5 rating

New share meal box for 2 was everything we wanted and enjoyed! chicken combo box... the nuggets defo a cheap brand compared to the other chicken products. but the donner, chicken tenders, burgers and chips = happy family takeaway treat!

Ordered a mixed kebab, Lamb doner and chicken doner, received lamb doner and normal chicken with hard bits in it... They took like 10 minutes and the guy serving the food licked his finger every time he put an item into a bag , not to mention rubbing his head. This wouldn't be an issue until a couple of hours later when my bottom let go and this is the only food I've had... Shame as the reviews got my hopes up.. Maybe there's a better kebab house in town. Edit, an hour after going to bed I actually soiled myself, sober so it's not that and I can smell the onions and kebab. Only wasted a pair of boxers as I caught it in time. Second time this has ever happened from a dodgy kebab place.. Please avoid.

Need to adjust salad go with green or mixed love lettuce cucumber tomatoes peppers but olives and sweetcorn NO and chipatti well tough and rubber would be a good description but as always dionner meat and chilli sauce excellent and that’s after 12 years of orders

Delivery time ok but quality of the food was appalling. Without a doubt the worst curry I have had in a long time and the most expensive takeaway I’ve ever bought. Extortionate prices, TINY portions, curry tasted like from a jar and saag aloo had about 2 potatoes- which were tinned! Plus arrived with all the container damaged so curry all over the place. Don’t waste your money, really disappointed and won’t be using again. Far better actual curry houses in the area!!

Really nice ‘spicy’ chicken tikka, and the bhajis were superb. The nan was just right too, not too soggy but not dry.

After 12 years still the best kebab and chilli sauce

Best kebabs since I left Rochester (Kent kebabs) only thing missing was the pickles/peppers! Separate sauce is the way to go as my mate doesn’t like too much garlic mayo on her kebab so thanks for that! So a 10/10 and a big + for the friendly delivery lady-a joy to deal with.

Sorry! I am fussy about where I order my takeaways, I was unable to finish both curry's due to poor quality (maybe I ordered on the wrong day) and no free poppadoms (huge negative). However, the onion bhajis was nice. I am very unlikely to make another order.

The kebab was a tad lukewarm-even though early but a quick blast in micro solved that, the side salad was really good except for the pineapple? Really good taste and sauces really good.

Not great. Ordered chicken korma but got something spicy, onion baje3s were flat and soggy

As ever, perfect burger and delivered really quickly. I've noticed the styrofoam boxes have been replaced with cardboard recently, probably better for the environment but I prefer the ones they used to use for warmer food. Not a big deal, but if they bring back the styrofoam I wouldn't complain.

Food was lovely and hot when arrived

Everything was terrible, the cashier was intimidating. I have had lots of donners and chips and this was the worst so far, nothing had any flavor, all the hot food was melted into the plastic containers, the "large garlic dips" where no more than 10ml or garlic sauce which is crazy and where 1 pound. I am never eating here again please don't get there donner.

Pizza and kebabs were banging as usual. It’s our local go to takeaway apart from Chinese. Always in time, don’t ever remember having a problem and been ordering from there for a few years now, probs about 10/11 years.👍👍

Was awful, never have I ordered food before and it taken this long and the quality so poor. Firstly the food arrived an hour later than originally expected, secondly the food I received was the worst McDonald’s I have ever had, chips cold and stale barely edible , whilst the burger was barley room temperature.

Amazing curry, superb flavor and texture, olenty of meat. Beautiful Garlic Naan too. Amazing time delivered, Saturday night and delivered 40 minutes before estimate. Thanks!!!!

Desperately trying to find a nice Indian takeaway in Harrogate, and tried Aakash after amazing reviews in Just Eat, only to be a little disappointed. When ordering, Just Eat told us the food would be ready for 5:55. At around 5:40, we were notified it was ready and we hadn't even set off yet. I did ring them and ask to keep it warm as we had issues with our front door not locking, and the man in the phone WAS super nice and said he'd keep it in a heat bag for us which was nice, and the food was still warm when we eventually got home around 6:15. Now, the starters. I ordered a chicken tikka and my boyfriend got onion bhajis. I was aware that the starters came on "a bed of onion", but it was way too much. My chicken was dry once put on my plate and tasted too much of onion and not enough tikka. My partner didn't like how fried his bhajis were and we both said we wouldn't get the same starters if we order online again. The mains were okay. The curry portions were quite small, I barely had enough sauce leftover for the next day (I always eat half and save half for the next day). The containers were small and there was too much chicken in my korma (odd complaint, I know, but I like a lot of sauce to drown my rice.), might just get korma sauce next time. My partner enjoyed his madras and he said it was very spicy which is what he wanted, but his tummy wasn't the best the next day, and he handles spicy food quite well, normally. Finally found a takeaway which has actual pilau rice with herbs and spices which was a nice surprise! I enjoyed that quite a lot, made it feel more authentic as opposed to white rice with colourful red green and yellow dyed pieces. The boiled rice was nice and reheated well the next day. The naans are big! We could have definitely just got the one to share. The garlic was subtle but strong enough. My partner said he couldn't taste the garlic, but I could, but I had a more "middle" piece. Overall, it was nice, however, I wouldn't order again. It was around £41 for just the two of us, which is the most expensive takeaway we've had (normally no more than £35 from elsewhere), and it was almost worth it. We'll deffo save next time as we'll just be getting the 1 naan and maybe not starters.

Naans are out of this world and the pickle tray is plentiful, varied and tasty. Dishes worth every penny. Best in Knaresborough and some.
