My god, best Thai food I've had the pleasure of eating in London!

The food is tasty, but youthful and not very authentic. On the plus side, it's a spacious place with plenty of room and an interesting menu, but on the downside, they don't serve meals together, it's first come first served, so in practice each of the four of us ate separately.

Soup wasn’t as tasty as normal lacked the usual substance

As me and my party were visiting from the south of the country and not knowing the area, we took a chance on this restaurant. As regular diners at Indian restaurants, it was a very pleasant surprise to find it was the best Indian restaurant each of us had visited in years. The food was amazing, with generous portions. The staff were incredibly hospitable, the service excellent. I would absolutely recommend a visit and, if I lived in the area, would make this my local for a meal out or takeaway.

I cant even explain how delicious the food is here. It as absolutely amazing and the prices are not even high. Me and my family would always come out stuffed. This restaurant has a very special place in my heart and i am looking forward to coming back again.

Where do I start? It's all going downhill. Business practices are so stingy. Food prices have gone up to insane levels, while food quality has markedly gone down and is insanely salty and flavourless. We were given a menu with cheaper prices which apparently was a mistake. They were then swapped for a menu with more expensive prices. I asked for only 2 ice cubes in my drink to avoid a tasteless watered down drink but of course my request was completely ignored just so they could fill my glass with ice cubes of frozen tap water and charge a premium for that. What a scam. Tap water is also charged now. This used to be a nice place, but it's now a money scam. We paid over £80 for 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 drinks. The bill should have been no more than £45 for the low quality of the food, drinks and service. Avoid.

Some of the dishes are exceptional and very close to the original in Thailand (taking into account Ingredients might be different). The starter snacks are super. Larb Gai tort (minty chicken balls), pik Gai tort (deep fried split wings marinated in fish sauce) and DIY noodles were amazing!!! The Khao Soy (northern style curried noodles) was delicious!!!! The Krapow was okay (yet to find a good one in London) but still tasty. The service is excellent. Worth a visit!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Wagamama in Ealing Broadway, thanks in large part to Juliet, the fantastic team member who served me. She was incredibly helpful and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my meal. I was unsure about the spice level of a dish I wanted to order, and Juliet kindly offered to bring a small sample for me to try—a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture that made a big difference. She guided me through the menu, drinks, and even checked for allergies, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. The food arrived quickly, and the starters, particularly the beef bao buns, were absolutely delicious. Although the chicken curry I chose wasn't to my personal taste, the exceptional service and overall experience easily made up for it. A huge thank you to Juliet for making this dining experience so enjoyable. Five stars well-deserved for her excellent service and the team's efficiency. Highly recommend!

Visited Wagamama today, and I must say the manager was incredibly supportive with our family order and very accommodating. The food wasn't quite up to par today, but the service made up for it.

Kimchi jjigae was delicious and had lots of filling! Came with rice and was a huge portion so I would say it’s good for the £13 👍🏼 Only thing I will say is that the pork dumplings were a bit tough and sauce spoke in the bag.. put still nice and good portions!!!!
