Delivery turned up an hour late. Food was terrible meat was chewy and also the pappdoms was also soft and soggy. Meal ended up in the bin. Worst meal that we have ever had

Awful delivery service, we usually have an issue with our delivery but it's normally something small like missing dips or slightly wrong curry. But we put up with it because the food is good. Tonight we had a curry missing from the delivery, we phoned up and they said they'd have it out asap. 40 mins later I rang again, yeah sorry we're just leaving with it, 30 mins later I ring again, oh yeah we're just leaving with it. No I want a refund. Oh sorry you're breaking up, what?! I can't hear you it's a bad line. Can I take your card number. Really? I won't hold my breath on that refund. Regular customer lost.

Well done to the lime leaf fusion you cooked the worst most vile biryani I've ever had the misfortune to eat rice was small and like rice pudding with vile chewy lamb yuk patia had no taste and pilau rice was just boiled yellow stoge Won't return awful rubbish

Apart from a home cooked curry on the odd occasion...this is and always has been the best take out. Not change Indian in 3 years and will not change!! I have had every single dish on the menu and it is all amazing.

Lime leaf was Recommend to us by a friend and once we’d tried it we haven’t been to another Indian since. The food is full of flavour and made fresh upon ordering. The staff create a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. It is amazing value for money. Trust me give lime leaf a try you can’t fault it.

BEST INDIAN TAKEAWAY IN WEST SUSSEX!! I travel a lot so have tried a lot of different cuisines, hands down the best Indian takeaway I’ve ever had. Staff always so welcoming and friendly, always receive a discount for in store collection and choosing to eat there on special occasions e.g. Valentines, Christmas etc… Food is top tier and freshly made as you order, doesn't disappoint. Been the go to Indian for months now and not even thinking about another takeaway :))

Lovely food, the Currys are flavourful and just the right portion. Highly recommended the dhask and Kashmiri ! My go to takeout. Also the staff are awesome, really friendly

Had a chicken apparently a hot dish I had to add chilli sauce to it to get it to the right heat! Rice bad too in fact I used a packet rice and threw theirs away! Chicken was that horrible slimy stuff the chicken you get when not properly cooked. My suggestion find somewhere else to go, save your money!

I ordered on Monday and had one of the best curries I ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection and the portion sizes are very generous, good prices too.

2nd time we ordered last time couldnt find or forgot our order won't be ordering again

Rated 1 cause I couldn’t rate 0. Ordered food at 19:00 didn’t turn up till 21:30 when it did it was missing a meal. The driver rung the place and they was gonna send a new one. It comes but not the meal we ordered something completely different. So I call them the man was extremely rude, said it’s bad because of new management this is the second week in a row this has happened. They offered no refund, said they would send the correct meal and it never turnt up. Will never use these again!!!

Ordered delivery, notification to say it would be no more than an hour. I chased still waiting for over 1hr 30mins, asked for a refund and they put the phone down on me!!!!

Ordered my food at 19:56 arrived 21:50 minus a main curry . Called establishment offers a refund. Explained that I ordered sundries for curry . Was not apologetic. Said driver would drop off £5:20 for the cost of the curry missed. Absolutely disgusting service . Will never use again. Will be visiting premises tomorrow for a refund of curry and sundries. Oh said shop closed when we called at 10:00pm 😡 Husband went to establishment was refused a refund due to this negative review. Disgusting

First time ordering and will never order again. Food was late being delivered, The Chicken Tikka Masala was so salty i could not eat it. Left a terrible after taste in my mouth, left me feeling sick. Called up to give feedback and all they said was they will give me a free one next time. I am pushing for a refund not another meal. They need to sack the chef......

I've ordered from this place for a while, usually it's 5stars but it's getting inconsistent and more regularly now. Today items were missing, slow delivery and food is only just warm, 1 star service really. I'd say order only on a quieter day

Ordered & payed online on there app new years eve, upon collection they said they had never recieved the order, despite having emails of confirmation, so had to wait even longer for it to be cooked, finally get home to eat and theres something missing from the order, so tried ringing and of course there was no answer, so had to go back to the shop to collect, when getting home the food that was already at home was partially cold so was basically ruined, quality of the food is really nice and tasty, but cant seem to do a basic food order, so will use somewhere else as our new local indian takeaway.

We ordered delivery to the Langstone Quays hotel and it came quicker thank my kids room service, in 30 mins. The food was great, had a few starters and a lamb main and vegetarian main.

I ordered from here on Deliveroo. It took 1 hour 45 minutes to come. I kept calling the restaurant and they kept lying and saying the food was on its way. It wasn’t. When it arrived the naans were so burnt and practically inedible. Would never ever order again - the food was boring and certainly not worth the wait. Avoid at all costs and go somewhere else! Service was just as bad as the wait and the food!

Ordered a Madras and it is the first time for a long time that I had a takeaway that tasted like a proper Indian curry. Would recommend it to anyone.

Over an hour late and food stone cold,rang and asked when it would be delivered and told it is on its way,when arrived it was stone cold,rang and complained and was apologized to and said they would try better next time.

Made the mistake of trying somewhere new last time. The tikka massala from here is amazing spicy and sweet. Quality every time and they deliver all the way to Cosham, keep up the good work team and I'll keep coming!

3 hours late. Told for the last hour its on its way, it's just left, any minute now. And even when it turned up he delivered to 73 not 66. They handed it back I went down said 66. He said no 56. This happened 3 times until I said you are limeleaf and I've waited 3 hours. Absolute idiots. NEVER AGAIN.

Have ordered twice now both times the food has been delicious hot and not too long a wait. So nice too have great tasting food delivered to your door without it swimming in grease. Just wish we had found you sooner thank you.

Ordered online for 1905, delivered at 1910, so pretty good so far. Jinga Garlic - good Garlic chilli scallops- good Flame fusion very hot as as I wanted - very tasty Other meals very good also. Free popadoms but they forgot the chutney. The guy that delivered was very friendly Would use again as different tastes to the usual curries.

They will not honour the free curry offer for Monday to Thursday but still have the leaflets on the tables in there take away restaurant total rip off will not use them again.

A garlic chili naan arrived instead of garlic chili lamb masala. Rung up but wouldn't send the correct order and insisted I ordered it (don't eat naan so known for sure I didn't order it) very difficult to understand on the phone. Wont be using again.

Due to the current lockdown, we ordered a takeaway from the website. The site said 65 minutes for delivery, but arrived 10 minutes earlier. The food was fantastic, very hot and fresh. Previous people have mentioned small portions - I have no idea why, as there is enough for tomorrow as well, and we are both big eaters! Slightly pricey, but worth every penny

The food here is outstanding the customer service and delivery is the worst I have know tonight as a write this we have waited 2 hours for our food to arrive. We called up after 1 hour to be told the driver will be leaving in 5 minutes. I have just called up again to be hung up on finally got through again to be told hes now only just left it's a shame the foods great and really 2 hours of waiting the food should be free. I strongly advise dont go here. If you want your food that evening absolutely shocking.

When you specifically order a non-creamy curry to take away (due to lactose intolerence) you dont expect a layer of cream on top when you get it home.

We would normally order from another indian takeaway in Havant at least once a week. Due to a recent bad experience with the former, we ordered from LLF and we were far from disappointed. Absolutely amazing food. Waited a little while for delivery but nothing out of the ordinary for a Saturday night. The food we could not fault. I think the previous supplier of our takeaways is now redundant as this has by far taken over the stakes

Ordered a Biriani from here last Saturday eve. Actually ordered it at 730pm for 830pm delivery. When it hadn't arrived by 845pm I rang them. They were very vague but said it was on its way. It didn't actually arrive til gone 9pm. I'd ordered an xtra vegetable curry sauce which wasn't in bag and it was all cold, so had to put it in oven to heat up. I was going to ring and complain but we were so hungry by then we couldn't be bothered. Won't be ordering from them again.

Am always a little cautious when trying a different take away but this was absolutely excellent. It was easy to use their online menu and delivery was quicker than expected. The 2 curries we ordered were really good and not swimming in ghee. The portion of rice was great unlike Darbar in Emsworth. Will definitely be using Lime Leaf Fusion again and really recommend it.

Menu says "free home delivery within 4 mile radius". We're 3 miles (as you drive, about 2.5 mile radius) but the website adds on a £2 delivery fee and 40p "service charge". Cancelled order and gone elsewhere.

Ordered food via on line st 18:10 to be delivered at 19:25 No food arrived called several times to have the phone put down on me. Food eventually arrived at 20:40 , no naan , no salad or mint sauce. Absolutely disgusting customer care.

We cannot say enough good things about this takeaway. Although not regulars we probably order a curry 4 or 5 times a year and this is the only place we would use. Orders are always correct and delivered on time. Food is great and they are so good at accommodating 'fussy' eaters...! Friendly and good value. Highly recommended.

Ordered via the online system, appreciated the discount for doing so, well worth it. Unfortunately the food arrived late, all dishes were just about warm, certainly not hot. The bhindi was over soft and mushy, the mains were quite oily and lacked the fresh taste from previous take aways. I understand it was a busy night for them so will have another go in the future but I was disappointed as I've recommended this place to many friends and tonight it was below par.

Ordered a delivery today. When the man arrived, he wouldn’t get his finger off the buzzer - even AFTER we buzzed him up and said ‘hello?’ on the intercom, didn’t even apologise for the lack of common decency.

Been fantastic for months and now utter garbage due to change of chef. Latest order was horrendous and attitude of manager even more so when we complained. Never again!

Ordered usual meals which for months had been outstanding but what arrived today was complete garbage. They have changed chef who has no idea and when asked for refund on bad part of order was offered 10% Off next order. Manager we spoke to not interested, rude and argumentative despite being told he was going to lose long standing customer. Bye bye never again!

Absolutely awful, food turned up 45 minutes late with no apology and the food turned up warmish the chicken was as dry as my nans toenails,also they forgot my samosas and the popadoms where as burnt as my dads ashes , felt sorry for the delivery driver as they didn't tell him how much it was, then I had to ring while he waited they kept me waiting longer and when someone came back on the phone they just kept saying hello, hello , hello, have you ordered they asked and then they quoted a dearer price then the original and obviously refused to pay the extra fee they randomly added, this was singlehanded the most frustrating so called take away I've dealt with...so frustrating I won't be ordering for here again 1st time and the last 😡

Working shift work my colleagues and I regularly order takeaway.

We have had take aways from here on several occasions and every time the food has been superb. Each dish is well prepared and cooked to perfection. The portion sizes are always very generous. Upon collections we are always welcomed and the employees are friendly and polite. Sometimes the waits can seem a little excessive, but take in to consideration a Saturday night at 7PM, so to be expected. Certainly would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good take away and great service

Family ordered 2 weeks ago and found chicken and meet portions very poor for all of us. Felt like about half the average portion sizes of other takeaways. Rashmi Kebab very nice but have to pay extra for side salad. This should come as standard. Staff said "just because other places have salad at no extra cost doesn't mean we do". Sister tried this place as well and felt over priced for small portions. Will not be ordering again from here.

Ordered a prawn cocktail for £3.30 , it turnt up very warm so could not eat it, maybe consider not putting cold food in with the hot during delivery! Also asked if the shish kebab was lamb, was told it was but when it turnt up it definitely was not lamb.

Love this takeaway! Food is divine and so tasty! We have never had a bad take away from them and a bonus is that they deliver to Hayling island if you ring them directly. Sometimes on a Friday or Saturday there is a bit of a wait - however it's well worth waiting for!!!!!!

Ordered two take aways in two weeks from here. Food OK. Preferred Indian by two family members. Takes a long time to arrive. Over 1.5 hours. We should collect as on the doorstep. Forgot my onion chutney which was annoying as I'd only ordered that and poppadoms for myself but not the end of the world. Nice to see some different dishes.

Definitely the best takeaway indian in Waterlooville/Havant area, probably further. We've tried every one which delivers and find this the nicest by a good deal. Some lovely special dishes and always seems freshly made. Recommended.

This is a stunning Bangladeshi restaurant. One of the best Indian meals that I have eaten in along time. The flavours, the spices, the preparation were all first class. I am very discerning when it comes to Indian food- this is first class food.

Ordered though Just Eat - our second occasion of using this service after a successful first time. I really feel I need to put a warning out to others, about what to expect when ordering from Lime Leaf Fusion. After working a 16 hour day, we really couldn't be bothered to cook, so decided to order a takeaway as a last resort. Our laziness didn't pay off and we were better off cooking last minute beans on toast...if only we'd known the outcome at 9:10pm when we ordered - we all could have been better off from an early start... After accepting the order, we were advised of an hour wait time for delivery - which was then extended by a further 20 minutes and an expected ETA of 10:30pm. OK, we said, we still hungry, due to not eating all day, we were extremely ravenous. We kept the blinds to the front bay open and were keeping an regular eye out for the delivery. At 10.30pm, I received an email to say our food hadn't been delivered and they couldn't contact me (coincidence that that was the eta for delivery?!!) I called the takeaway to be met with abuse at my anger that they were saying that they'd attempted delivery when then clearly hadn't. If you can't fulfil orders, why take them? This has totally compromised the customer experience and as a consequence we will never use Lime Leaf Fusion again. Based on the way your 'managers' have spoken to us tonight, you all need a lesson in customer service - there is no way that your business will thrive based on this type of treatment. Fingers crossed you'll shape up or ship out...

After a menu came through the door, my wife and I decided after seeing the great reviews a try.

This new takeaway is a gem, diffrent to the standard indian food, the food here is much tastier and is has great value for your money. The food is packed with mouth watering flavour and i would recommend any of the signature dishes. The meat and chicken are of high quality not like the flakey stuff you get. No more shapla or havant tandoori for me anymore.

Often use this place. It's the only Indian one family member will eat in. Food tastes less oily and slightly healthier. Like the lime fusion bhuna. Nice and clean premises. Friendly staff

This is my third time eating from here and it's been great every time. The chicken tikka masala is amazing! I am slowly working through the signature dishes, each one I have had has been really tasty. It's good value food, ordering on the website is so easy to navigate, you can even pick the time you want to collect or have delivered. The guys on the front counter are always friendly and polite. It's a shame there's no eat in option as it's so good takeaway that to eat the food straight from the kitchen would be phenomenal. Try, you won't be disappointed.

Having recently moved to Bedhampton, and with two tweenage children, there comes a time when energy is sapped and a takeaway is the only option - despite the nagging voice that says you should really make the effort for good home cooking.

Looked at reviews and thought would give ago ....was half hour late pilau rice and keema naan missing everything fried (onion badji poppadoms chips)all tasted like been cooked in burnt fat and curry's were all very bland . We did tell them when ordering first time trying and we're trying on review ,won't be trying again won't be spending another £35 in here .. back to shapla for us
