The best restaurants serving Asian food in England

This is my second visit. The first, only half of us received our meal, so we had to wait for the other meals to arrive which was three quarters of an hour. We went last Sunday. The food was ok and when the bill arrived I told our waitress that we both had Blue Light cards which gives you discount. I produced the card and my credit card and my daughter did the same. The waitress put our cards through and we noticed she hadn't applied the discount. We told her and she replied she hadn't seen one before. She went to the manager and he refused to do anything about it as it had gone through. We weren't happy and felt the manager should have come over. It's very unlikely that we will visit again

Food was excellent and plenty of it, arrived earlier than expected was hot and the driver was very polite we will definitely be ordering again

Good Thai food, lovely place at affordable price 6-7 mins walk from the city centre gran arcade’s location.

I have been coming to this restaurant whilst working in the area for a number months. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are friendly & welcoming. Each dish I have had has been flavourful and delicious. It is nice whilst working away to come to a restaurant that provides great service and quality food. Highly recommend

I had a very enjoyable meal with friends here. Good efficient service and reasonable prices. Enjoyed the light naan bread with chicken korma and pilau rice. Good atmosphere and decent portion sizes. Recommended

We have just got in from a night out with our older children for a family members birthday. Our evening started here at Lee Garden. I'd heard it was amazing. I have to say that from the moment we walked in I felt a little judged wine glasses taken off table as they assumed and even said no wine for you. We were seated, and with in minutes asked what we were drinking. We asked for some more time and with in 30 seconds another waiter was asking the same question. Which then we felt okay just order the drinks. We were asked several times about food by several staff and not really given time to think. We have neuro-diverse children and sometimes decisions don't come easy. Our food was out within 10 minutes, which may seem amazing but made me feel that a lot was prepared. They then assumed we didn't want chopsticks and started to remove them, when in fact we did want to chopsticks. I found whilst we ate I couldn't relax as between 5 to 6 staff would come over and look at us eating, check our plates, then start taking things off the table. We felt rushed. It felt rude, even though the staff appeared to be friendly and jokey. I would have just liked more time to chat. We had sat, been severed and eaten in 45 mins. With 7 of us feeling like we couldn't pace ourselves and enjoy our food. The food was okay. It wouldn't say amazing. As I said it felt very prepared. They also took the prawn crackers away which we hadnt finished eating, when we would have liked time to graze and chat. The restaurant was getting busier by the end and we did order desert to be delivered 2 solid frozen cheesecakes, and one peach melba which was just ice cream and 4 pieces of tinned peaches. Very disappointed. Would we go back? No most probably not. It was okay, but such a let down.

They asked us to pay before eating which is something very weird for us, coming from London. Food was pathetic. I am certain that the reviews are fake and paid ones. Please don’t waste your time and experience. Go somewhere else.

Great food, amazing Customer service. We ordered the wrong butter chicken and the brother went out of his way to get it replaced. Highly recommend!

We had excellent Korean-style BBQ here. The BBQ set is just under £20, which is great value. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere, and the food was great 😋

Delicious food and Friday prayer place.

I ordered a carvery from here for delivery, I did NOT receive the meats I had chosen, the food came cold and had very little of everything Asif I just had what was left to which I payed £17 pound all together with delivery. I also emailed the manager to which I still have had no reply from them not even a apology for the experience I’ve had with them the food was freezing cold I would of liked a refund for the food I didn’t even eat! NOT worth wasting your money AT ALL!!!

I fell in love with this place during my first visit. It's beautifully decorated, and I really like the vibe it gives off; it felt clean and bright. Our group tried three starters, four main dishes, and two desserts, and every plate returned to the kitchen completely empty. Where do I even start? The food was beautifully presented, the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the sauce tied everything together perfectly. The desserts were amazing as well. Overall, this was an incredible experience, and it definitely won't be my last visit. It was excellent!
