Unfamiliar with the area, but popped in to the Swan and Bottle on the off chance of getting a decent Sunday Lunch. From the minute we entered the premises I was struck by the attentive, friendly nature of the manager and staff. The pub had a good homely traditional feel with a decent selection of beers and wine. The Sunday lunch was excellent (we both had rib of beef), very tasty and decent quantities. We also had cauliflower cheese as a side. We will be back in the area in a couple of weeks and hope to make a return visit.

Absolutely loved my experience at Rosa’s Thai! The portions are generous and the food is so delicious—you definitely get your money’s worth. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic and delicious Thai food!

Given it 3 stars, as overall rating. The food was AMAZING! Quite pricey but really lovely food. The service was questionable as waiter never check up/came over for drinks order when arrived and or when we finished drinks, they never came to ask if we needed more so had to call waiter over every time we needed more drinks.

We came here for dinner and we had an amazing experience. The restaurant is really lovely, the food was yummy and to top it off we were placed in an igloo overlooking a beautiful view of st martins church. The service we got from Adam was incredible, he was so kind and thoughtful which made our experience here 1000x nicer. Would definitely recommend!

Warm hospitality greeted us - even though we were 30 mins early and even though we were a 2 we got a booth. Its a lovely historic building and nicely decorated with the trademark pink and green from Giggling squid. All staff were warm and welcoming. The food was great - a sharing platter and we had 2 of the special dishes. I had crispy chicken - having to add sides does make it pricey. My mojito was nice, but rather short. Overall a lovely warm wecome, tasty food, a little on the pricey side but a lovely treat. thank you

Decent but could be better – 3 stars I recently visited this Wok place and had mixed feelings about the experience. The food was okay overall — the noodles were well-cooked, and the portion sizes were generous, which was nice. The vegetables were fresh and still had a bit of crunch, which I appreciated. I also liked that they offer a decent variety of sauces and add-ons, so you can customize your meal quite a bit. However, the flavors felt a bit flat. The sauce I picked (teriyaki) was a little too salty and lacked depth, and the meat (chicken) was slightly overcooked and dry. I was expecting a bit more richness or balance in the taste. Nothing was bad — just not memorable. The atmosphere was fine — clean tables and a casual vibe, but nothing that really stood out. Staff were polite, but not particularly friendly or engaging. Service was quick, which is always appreciated. Overall, it’s an okay spot if you’re craving something fast and filling, but not a place I’d go out of my way for. Solid 3 stars — some good elements, but still room for improvement, especially in flavor and presentation.

We stayed overnight here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog). The room was great - having a separate living space meant the kids could sleep in their own space which was a luxury! We enjoyed time in the garden with the play area, then had a lovely evening meal. Very kid and dog friendly. The breakfast was also great - and the hot chocolate for the kids a real treat at the start to our holiday. It's right by the harbour so lovely to walk around the wetlands, and extremely close to the Lymington ferry to IOW for an early(ish) morning start.
