Been a customer for over 35 years never had a bad meal, what else can I say except this is the Indian takeaway to go to for value for money, quick speedy delivery and great tasting piping hot food. Well done Mughal Tandoori keep it up.

Ordered a takeout tonight and it is amazing!! They never disappoint and always deliver their best. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an Indian!! The flavours are incredible and always on point !

Been a customer since the 80s. Was always consistent - until recently. Was great with good service. Something has gone wrong. Food is bland. Prices have gone up. 10% web discount has gone. Will be swapping. Shame.

Always order from here had our normal order tonight ...not the best pretty dissapointed again time to spend money elsewhere. They've stopped offering discount for ordering online and despite charging £3 for delivery and a 50p service charge are now asking if you want to add a tip????

Best takeaway Indian for miles around

This is an excellent takeaway which has provided a very good menu for many years. The only item which could be better is chapati.

Our go-to for Indian food. I get the korma and it's very sweet, plenty of quality chicken in it. The poppadoms, naans and rice are also top-notch.

Been a customer for over 40 years. Have tried all the other Stapleford takeaways (that have come and some of them gone). This is still the best. Always lovely food, always reliable never too expensive. Can't praise them high enough. Try them.

Ordered 2 curries,rice,chips and nan...to be honest the nan was okay,,the chips tasted good but they were more like bits rather than chips,,,the curries were edible but not great,,,,and then the rice.....oily texture and a very strange taste to it...would I order again No...but thats just my opinion

First time order and very impressed overall but the burger shaped item in the mixed kebab starter was a bit weird, prawns in the puri were a bit fishy, lamb phall and chicken tikka naga achuri were beautiful, meat well cooked and spices and flavours were immense. Not oily at all and very good level of heat in the spice. Would order again

Been going to Mughal for best part of 20 years for a reason. It's the best Indian takeaway around this region. Good quality food, reasonable price, and always delivered on time or early. The set meal for one is a bargain and includes a starter, curry, pilau rice, naan bread and a poppadum. Tried a few other takeaways recently but will always come back to the Mughal.

I have had a meal from here this evening and must say I am very disappointed I ordered online and once payment made I realized a curry was missing. A delivery charge of £3 was charged. Straight away I rang them to say the curry wasn't on the order £7. I paid for the delivery charge and the £7 for the missing Curry Now I would think they would give back the £3 delivery charge Not impressed

Arrived very early which is always nice and food was hot. Majority of it was good but the butter chicken special was not very nice at all and quite bland. The madras was decent but wouldn't order again sorry

I’ve personally not tried this place before, but read the reviews and thought I would give it a go. Food was hot, portions great and quality brilliant will definitely be going back to them.

Our only complaint was that the mango chutney and yellow yoghurt dip were both very watery, they’d definitely been watered down. Curries were delicious tho

One of the best chicken korma's I have ever eaten. The coconut flavour was incredible. Slight issue was resolved, when chips were forgotten. But going back to the korma.... Incredible.......... But I ordered butter chicken... Which I imagine would have been as good

Arrived early which was good because we were hungry. Driver was really friendly and the food was hot. They forgot part of our order but the restaurant were quick to send out the missing food item, so everything was fine and it was with us within 15 mins

Appreciate all restaurants are busy through lockdown but it feels that loads if orders are going out in one delivery and therefore arriving cold ! On top of that the food is practically all masala sauces and onions and hardly any meat . Shame to report this but at the end of the day I am a paying customer and it's not cheap.

Always really enjoy the food from here. Lovely chunks of chicken, tender and well cooked, my husband has a bhuna and never has any complaints. Rice is packed in and nan are soft and fresh. Would recommend

We had a set menu for 1. Everything was fantastic, but the Rogan Josh was a bit bland to be honest. Onion Bajis were to die for, genuinely the best we’ve had. For the naan we asked if we could have the garlic naan instead but got ignored which was a shame. I would’ve understood if they ask for us to pay slightly more but they just ignored the question! I’ll order again but probably go direct.

Honestly didn’t expect much of a New Year’s Eve order but it was 10 mins early, delivered with a smile and a lovely curry. Thanks guys so much!

Best onion bhaji's I've had in a long time! Curry is lovely, had the veg bhuna and korma here now and both were excellent. Warning though: Huge portion sizes! (not necessarily a bad thing...)

Food arrived on time and was piping hot. I always enjoy ordering from here because I know they put good sized portions in and the food tastes excellent.

Ordered at 6.10pm for 7.30pm. Got a message just before 7.30pm saying it was going to be 8.30pm. Arrived at 8.45pm and not even a sorry from the delivery man. The chicken in two of the curry's were dry and hard. It came to 70 quid and they have given me 4 quid off my next order lolololol. Keep it

I ordered the set meal for 1 which is easily enough for 2 people, really nice korma, will order again.

We have been ordering from here for ages and its always been brilliant but I have to write this to mention the honesty and kindness of the delivery driver, we ordered last Saturday and my partner had given him 2 20 pound notes without realising. When he finished his delivery's he called back to give it back to us. We didn't have a clue we had given too much. I thought it very honest of him. Well done that man

I have been buying my chicken tikka masala from here for 32 years and it is still the same, still excellent. Rather spookily the guy behind the counter is still the same to although he looks a lot older.

Hi. We use Mughal regularly but I am not impressed by a £3 delivery fee when it is 2 mins down the road from us! Not sure we will continue to use them as I dont think that is acceptable. :-(

Ordered dozens of times over past few years and never had any issues until today, the restaurant rang me up for no particular reason and was so rude, food took an hour to come. been a loyal customer and now i feel like going elsewhere, such bad service

We used Steve and Ali as our takeaway Indian for 22 years before we moved to Spain 12 years ago. We cannot get an Indian meal like you get from the Mughal Tandoori in Spain. Ordered a meal tonight for the family. It was fantastic just as we remembered. Full of flavour and the right spice and heat. Yummy Yummy, Mum was drooling oh how we have missed this. Our family has moved away from Nottingham so we never had a chance to return although we did pop back a few years ago and had a meal but tonight was only the second visit in 12 years so we really enjoyed it. If you’ve never been, recommend you try it like over 90% of his customers who are regular returning customers. They must be doing something right as they have been in business for 37 years. Wish we could export you to Spain as lots of our friends love Indian meals. Cheers Steve we enjoyed your food it just as we remember it.

The food this evening was very poor, both portion of chips were bits and mast got chucked away, I ordered a cheese and mushroom nan bread - no cheese, ordered a mint sauce which we did not receive
