Beautiful place with a cosy atmosphere I must say one of the best chicken madras, it’s simple yet elegant, didn’t enjoy the starters though I found lamb chops dry and bland but would definitely go back for the curry.

First of all, my wife doesn't like hot spicy food,and it took me ages to convince her to go to this type of restaurant but once we we're there and we were sitting down and explained this to the memberof staff looking after us, they reassured her that they would look after her.we had the most amazing food ever and we've been back a few times since,honestly the staff are so nice,the atmosphere is brilliant and the place smells exotic.if you want that kind of a place to eat then get booked in there as you won't regret it I promise.AAAA+++++++++

I'm from Leicester, best Indian I've had in a long time. If ever you guys do open a branch in Leicester let me know as I genuinely thought the quality of the food was excellent and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family members to come and try some of the excellent choices of food that you have on offer. We were looking forward to trying this indian as the reviews are good... well, we don't understand why there are good! The food was bland... the rice, the naans, the curries, all lacked flavours! And the chicken tikka was chewy. The waiters were friendly but they kept asking if everything was ok... once should be enough! And then the price was... high. The only nice thing was the decor.

The food is delicious, full of flavour and each dish tastes different. Beautifully presented food, and the service is second to none - you really feel looked after and the overall atmosphere goes towards a wonderful evening. This restaurant has rapidly become our go to! The lamb dishes are a favourite and the home made dips are very tasty.

We live in Kimberley, been eating here for 5 years. Everything on the menu is so high quality and consistently fantastic food. It’s the best Indian food I’ve had and I’ve travelled India. We take guests all the time and it always impresses. There’s a reason it was the #1 restaurant in Nottingham on tripadvisor for several years and probably will be again. It’s because it simply is the best restaurant in Nottingham.

The food is amazing here, really good quality and not greasy. Every dish I’ve had here is so tasty and the staff can’t do enough for you. It’s our absolute favourite Indian restaurant and everyone needs to know about it!

1st time delivery from you, I rang up originally I asked if it was 17.50 for the chicken korma, the man on the phone said yes that is right. It put me off paying that much for the korma ( no rice) but when I looked again on uber eats it said it was 14.50 so we had delivery as the reviews looked amazing. The food was lovely!! But please ask the people who answer the phone to have more knowledge that could of cost you a bad review luckily I chose Togo with my gut feeling. We will definitely order again as it was a fast delivery, food lovely, warm lemon wipe to wipe hands before meal. Pickle tray lovely with 1 extra poperdom 😁

Visited a few times now for a special occasion as it quite pricey. But tonight being Valentine’s was definitely very disappointing was really looking to having a lovely evening with good food but waited one and half hours for our starter couldn’t get anyone’s attention no eye contact heads down serving tables that came in after us with no explanation why it was taking so long. When the main course arrived one was a korma and should have been a Masala and the curries we had had very little meat which isn’t usually the case. No one asked if we enjoyed our meal and had to wave hands to try and order a drink. We spent £200 for four of us and I definitely won’t do that again. The guy who is usually there when we go wasn’t there he was always very welcoming and knew how to look after his customers. We were told later that the tables that came in after us had there orders first by mistake. The couple next to us was also Neglected and we’re not happy.

Great first visit & looking forward to returning. Not busy, but it was a Sunday night at 7pm, so I would expect it to be busier on more popular nights of the week. Food was amazing from the starter to main, all full of flavour & spices, a dance party on the tongue! Although we didn't have a dessert, the selections on offer, looked very tempting and a good mix of traditional Indian & your more standard fare. If you fancy a change, in great surroundings & not in the city centre, this is a definite must for Indian lovers.

Had a lovely meal here this Sunday lunch travelled up from Leicester to see friends who booked this , we had the special Sunday lunch with some extras the food was excellent well worth the money the place is lovely and the service was great on the way out we were given a chocolate orange which was a nice touch we really enjoyed it and will certainly return would highly recommend

Attentive service from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious (the samosas were a little oily for my liking but I still ate them all) and a decent portion size. They even gave us a chocolate orange as a treat at the end!

We ate here on New Year’s Eve traveling home and it was such a lovely experience. The staff were absolutely excellent, very kind to our 5 year old, and we loved the food so much. Would very happily return!

We booked here for a last minute treat and it was my first time at the restaurant. The greeting was warm and friendly and we were seated promptly. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere and we didn't feel rushed into ordering however we didn't have to wait too long either. When the food came it looked and smelled delicious and we wasn't disappointed, all of the food was well presented and very tasty. All of the staff were friendly and checked if we needed more drinks. When we got the bill we noticed there was a few drinks on there that we hadn't had however when we mentioned it the bill was quickly amended and with genuine sincere apologies (everyone makes mistakes so it wasn't a problem) We will definately be going back again.

Booked a takeaway online, was ready on time and piping hot. Without doubt the best Indian food we have ever had, its criminal we took so long to find this place. Will be going for a proper sit down meal very soon, already looking forward to it.

Been here 3 times, food has always met up to a high standard. Food is on the more expensive side however worth every penny as it is delicious. This is my favourite Indian restaurant that I highly recommend visiting. I visited here tonight to celebrate my graduation. After one of the staff asked what the occasion was, the boss surprised me and my guest with gifts of chocolate.

We have been going here for YEARS!!! We introduced one of our friends the other evening,as she always comments on our pics on Facebook and wanted to try there, well she WAS NOT Disappointed as we knew she wouldn't be! Me and my girlfriend came here last Saturday evening and we were so happy with our choice of restaurant. We’re new to the area and we wanted to find a nice Indian restaurant and this place was perfect. The staff were lovely. Food tasted amazing. We had the Chicken and Vegetable Rogan Josh. Good portions. Nice and clean. Really professional. Would definitely come again.

Perfect masala/curry (kaalimirchi) and lamb was perfectly, super tender, and flavoursome. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. Naans, poppadoms, desserts, chutneys all divine, perfection. It's a bit of a small place but delightfully quaint. Very pleasant. Very relaxing. Portions might be a little small for most tastes (on starters only), and prices may be little higher, but I felt truly satisfied and happy with no complaints at all. Would gladly eat here again and order delivery from. No hesitation. Thank you very much.

We have been there today for the Sunday 3 course meal and the place was faultless, it was clean, the staff were funny and friendly (but not over friendly) the food was amazing (you must try the lamb) and I even got a cheeky gift as I was leaving. Thanks guys for a great afternoon, see you soon.

I've been to a few Indians. The restaurant and decor are nice But the food didn't live up to expectations. Looking at the prices was eye-watering compared to others. Unfortunately, the food didn't match. Everything seems pre-prepared, and nothing was cooked fresh to order. When charging high prices, you expect better.

We found this lovely little independent restaurant on Google & trip advisor, and stopped for an evening meal at short notice whilst driving through. It more than lived up-to the expectations after reading the reviews; proper homemade food, great caring service, they coped with the children well and even shot out to return my (favourite) pair of sunglasses as we were driving off! Wholeheartedly recommend, and if we come back through Nottingham again, we will definitely be returning!

A few days ago, having seen excellent reviews, I ordered a takeaway via UberEats. I was disappointed with it and gave feedback to the restaurant about my order. The manager rang me the next day, very personable and keen to listen about my experience, he offered to have the same meal prepared a further time (at no charge). The restaurant staff were attentive when I called in to collect the replacement order. Sadly, I still did not enjoy the food, though it was much better presented than the original order. I can only be highly complimentary of the wonderful level of customer care which is to be applauded. The manager called me a further time for feedback. This restaurant is keen to get it right and for guests to be happy with their service ... and for that alone they deserve credit.

Staff were very friendly, decor was nice, starters were pleasant, I usually like my curry to come with a warning sign and I’m not normally satisfied unless my nose is running, I ordered the hottest thing on the menu which was the madras, I didn’t find it very hot but it was hands down the tastiest curry I’ve ever eaten, I scooped every last bit of sauce up with my nan bread…… the lovely waitress looking after us said they would have made it hotter if I’d asked but it was so delicious I left thinking maybe if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it Highly recommend and will definitely come again
