The staff are kind, tapioca is nice. However the drink was really watery.

My kids love it here. But the drinks are foul. One kid out of 2 drinks it. 3 drinks expensive.

Just been for the first time and had a brown tiger sugar boba tea. Best I've had in ages. Owners were friendly and the tea was served quickly. Will be returning.

Me and my boyfriend have been getting our bubble teas from here for the past 2 years and we have never been disappointed! The flavour choices are amazing and I’m sure everyone will find something that they like. We have been to many bubble tea places across the UK and other countries and since we started going to Hing Kee nothing ever compared. The owner is always nice and helpful with recommendations which keeps us coming back.

I've been a few times and have tried most of the specialty drinks and so far I've enjoyed all of them, they're also really nice and helpful if you're not sure what you want to drink and hot pobble drinks are a revelation to me this winter! Really fun and a lovely mid week treat!

Food is overly priced, I had the karage chicken, it cost £12.50 for a small portiob and didnt taste like anything special. Boba is ok

Litteraly been going here for years the staff are so nice even though I'm a introvert. I love going in there it is such a friendly environment and I love the coffee vanilla with coffee jelly bubble tea its so good. I also love the one piece wall paper it's so great.

I'd never had bubble tea before, and then I tried some here - wow!! It's now a regular for me and my husband. The staff are so friendly and always make your drinks so fast, there's hardly any waiting around. They are also really helpful if you don't know anything about bubble tea and need some help! The menu is massive, they also do food and gifts. Recommend it to anyone!

Amazing place, best bubble tea in Nottingham by far - shame it's not near city centre but worth the long tram ride! Really friendly staff and a vastly superior selection compared to any of the other bubble tea stores in Nottingham. Will definitely come again :))

I go to this place quite a lot, and the experience is always fantastic. The guy who serves seems to be the same guy every time, and he is wonderfully sweet and friendly. I get rather nervous when ordering, but I have never had a problem here. I normally have a black tea with 50% sweetness/Ice, and Boba. I also love the Apple/Blueberry Fruity drinks, and the Tiger Milk Boba. I have also had some really nice desserts from here. Usually, it only takes 1-2 mins to order and get the drink. They have almond milk, and coconut milk. You can order via Facebook if the value is over £15 (Beeston/chilwell/lenton/Dunkirk) , but I have never tried this so I can't comment.

Lovely! Lots of options and a really good price

Really friendly staff customer service is 5/5 but the quality of the tea has gone down..the flavour of the tea is too weak. The first time I tried it I was pleased but every other time I have been let down. If you are used to authentic bubble tea and have bubble tea often from different places I think you will be disappointed. I hope they improve because staff are lovely.

Really great bubble tea, and though I've not tried any yet what seems like a huge selection of yummy hot snacks! Really friendly staff and very helpful if you need help deciding what flavour! (I had taro today and loved it, and guava a previous time) Very quick service too and reasonable price 😊

Recently visited the shop and was greeted by a mixture of J and K-Pop which makes a nice change on a suburban Nottingham high-street. This is also my primary reason for giving this spot 4-stars. I'd gone for the Spicy Toppoki and Baby Octopus rice-bowl and couldn't really taste much more than the spice, and I would say the rice to topping ratio was a bit off. But these things can be improved - maybe by using better quality of rice and vegetables. Otherwise, the variety of options at Hing Kee, the bubble tea and service really are great! Need more "different" options such as this in Beeston town centre.

Love this place. Friendly staff, nice indoor decoration and a lot of other things you can buy too. The price is reasonable, literally my place to go for bubble tea in Nottingham now.

The bubble tea is good with loads of choices and the staff are so friendly! They have loyalty cards too which are great

The food here was discusting. I ordered Japanese fried chicken rice bowl and chicken gyozos. The gyozos were soggy but edable. The fried chicken was rank soggy mistery meat that didnt look like it was chicken had to put it in the bin. Gross food and all for £14!

The drinks were very cheap but I enjoyed them immensely! There's a lot of cute trinkets as well and snack food options. Cozy environment and the workers were so kind and friendly, would highly recommend.

I love this place! The food is good and the person running the shop is an amazing man! Highly recommended.

HK-style waffles were very good, and a decent value. Bubble tea again very well priced, with a wide range of options. No complaints! Didn’t try any of the savoury foodstuffs. They also have a small stock of imported toys and snacks, from Lego to Matcha KitKats! (Though they were a bit dearer than expected)

Its like a small cafe. Lots of variety of bubble teas (the main reason we went there) but also ended up trying the Waffle which was nice. They also offer some main course dishes.

They have a *massive* menu for the size of the cafe. Great for lunch or coffee break or even dinner. They're really friendly, and the good and boba is really good! I especially recommend the creme tart thingies, they're 20x better than they look

Love it will be coming here again, such lovely polite people that run/own it too.......!!! What a gem..... I now take my god daughter here as she loves Korean culture..... Especially BTS ...!!!!☺️☺️

Cheaper bubble tea. Bonus as it also serves hot Japanese snacks. Though I didn't enjoy the one I bought some months ago. Pretty sure it was just put into a microwave. Bubble tea is much cheaper here compared to Chatime in the city centre though you have no control over the sugar level. I find the drinks slightly watery but the pearls good. Lovely staff though.

Popped in here on a whim last weekend. My partner has never had bubble tea. This was enjoyed although hygiene didnt appear to be has high as its competitor i usually visit if in town. Cost was a little high at £3.00 more suited at £2.50

By far the best asian street food in Nottingham, their Korean style Bulgogi was excellent, full of flavour, value for money and amazing use of their house made sauces. Their drinks were also very authentic Taiwanese bubble tea with lots of variety and are all custom made to order. The owners were very friendly and attentive to detail. We have a Japanese Takoyaki (octopus balls) and Spicy prawn tempura as starters, both were perfectly done. We have a korean bulgogi (Beef) and a Japanese style Chicken Karaage, which were full of flavour and the rice was very wells seasoned. Finished off with some of their homemade oriental ice cream. They have Durinan ice cream and Matcha. Will be back to try their other food. Top Find

Friendly owners, seem like really nice people... But I have to rate the place on the food - which is what I went in for. The Gyoza 🥟 were just awful. Absolutely nothing like they were in Japan. The story is exactly the same with the Bulgogi. Very disappointing, especially as it was considerably more expensive than other places that are far nicer. Won't be back again. Would rather go to Man's Restaurant in Nottingham centre.

I must admit we hadn’t been before but was always intrigued about bubble tea. We won a competition for a waffle so that spurred us to go. The food and tea were lovely. We were made to feel very welcome and will be back again to try the rest of the menu.

I've been a customer here for several years now, ever since the shop opened. The couple who run the shop are lovely, always looking after their customers and the products they make are delicious. Bubble teas, mochi, takoyaki - they've got a wide selection to choose from. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in the Beeston area. Definitely recommend a visit to Beeston just so you can visit here!
