Roka Mayfair in City of London, Westminster

Lovely setting in Mayfair and decent Japanese food. You do have to order a lot to fill up the belly but every dish had its own burst of flavours which I appreciated. The sashimi was really good - it’s fresh and you can taste it as it melts in the bite. The tartares are worth trying! Again, freshness in seafood is important and Roka nailed the brief. We are off the booze currently so ordered the kombucha spritz which paired well with the meal!

Not the best sushi for the price

Roka’s food is very good. No doubt about it. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the customer service. It was my birthday and they took 45 mins to bring the food. If you are spending £300+ this is not the type of service that you should receive. They then told us that we needed to leave because they had another booking. They kicked us out basically. On my special day. I was honestly so shocked. The staff who was also making the food catcalled me when I went to walk to the restroom. I felt so uncomfortable and I will not be returning. Do not come here if it’s your birthday, you will not be receiving princess treatment!!

Food was average, sushi was a joke 4 pieces for 15 pounds with average taste.

In terms of food, absolutely banging, wagyu is good, appetizers are solid and robatas as well. The dessert however, that’s what got my mouth watery, this caramel fondue style with ice cream was absolutely insane, had to have seconds straight away as I was sharing. Vibes are nice, but as usual, you want premium, you pay premium, and you get premium.

Fantastic spot for our early evening dinner after a day at the British museum. Lots of options for fish, veg and meat lovers. Family of 4 with our 2 yound teenagers, felt welcoming and relaxed with something everyone would eat on the menu.

Standards have really dropped. Been going to Roka for a while and today was the worst. The service was terrible. They brought me undercooked chicken. It was very disappointing for a Mayfair establishment. However her atmosphere was nice and cool. But food was sub standard and the service was very rushed. They couldn’t answer any questions and was very rushed. Have to find another local restaurant now. Unfortunate.

I’ve been here several times, it’s fine, good quality sushi and all the usual favourites. It’s expensive but you’re in Mayfair, order in a considered way and you can get more bang for your buck

Absolute peace outside and a hive of activity inside. A chef station in middle of room means you see so much of the action. Lovely cocktails. Good bar staff. Lush pudding for two was perfect size just for me 😉

Went for my daughter's birthday. We love the food in Roka anyway and usually go to the one in Charlotte Street. But this was really suave n buzzing for a Monday night!

We tried the tasting menu (£85 per person). Everyting on this menu was delicious. Service was great. Crew was really nice, attentive and kind. I wouldn’t hasitate to go back to it

Rude staff, very slow food service, certain foods ordered did not arrive- no apology given by the staff or the manager. Will not be returning.

My one-star rating is because this restaurant doesn't allow for single diners to make a reservation here. I tried to make an online reservation for one person, and as you can see from the screenshot, there was no availability on any date, at any time, at any of their restaurants. However, when I made the same booking for two people as shown in the screenshot, I was given various options both on the counter and on a table. Tell us, ROKA: why do you not want single diners in your restaurant? Why do you hate us so much that you cannot even spare a counter seat for us to eat? It's appalling in this day and age to discriminate against those of us who dine alone.

Nice set-up with open kitchen and great food! However, once the order was made service seemed more interested in getting us out within the time we had.. still 4 stars for food and drinks 👍🏻

The service here was shocking, we went on a Monday night and were constantly having to remind the waiters of things they had forgotten in terms of orders, taking things off the table and topping up our wine (it wasn’t on the table). We were there for a friends birthday, we had pre planned a birthday desert which they said would come out when we ordered desert, but nothing came out so we had to remind them again. We then paid the bill and went to leave getting our coats and the host started to become rude because we didn’t have a coat ticket, which we were never given. They then couldn’t find one of the coats and continued being incredibly rude on multiple occasions, we were absolutely shocked at how anyone in the customer service industry would behave like that with a customer. Anyway turns out the coat was stuffed at the bottom of the cupboard. You couldn’t pay me to eat here again.

Horrible lighting couldn’t even see my mother sat across from me. Food was mediocre at best and far too overpriced.

Above average fare, stuck in the back part of the restaurant with zero atmosphere (presumably as with family) service just about over average, this place has lost its wow factor unfortunately but perhaps just an off night on a very busy night…. Rushed off the table after 90mins despite a 2 hour booking because a big party arriving… a big no no for me…. But will give another try in the future …

We are regular customers at this venue. The service is very mixed as the waiters are changing all the time. Food is generally very good and the atmosphere is nice, prefer counter-seating away from main entrance where it can be very chilly. Experience was better before.

Highly recommend I will say the heaven on earth the most delicious Japanese food ever Me and my mate tried out many fine dining’s around the area like porchester gardens and Eaton Square . But Roka is a hidden gem inside the heart of mayfair . Exceptional service Magnificent decor and efficient staffs whose very attentive towards their customers Will visit again

Went with my friend for dinner. The overall vibe of the place was nice, food was delicious and the service was great.

Just lovely and always good standards. The Chardonnay was light and delicious. We had chops; black cod; sweet potatoes and broccoli. Just 100 percentage. Great staff and ambience. Just peachy. (We are neighbours so is like our local pub). It is expensive! (C£44 main course)

I visited Roka Mayfair for a special occasion, arriving 10 minutes early and waiting at the bar. Despite having a reservation, our evening took an unexpected turn when a manager seated a newly arrived group of guests at our table. This prioritization of walk-in patrons over reserved guests was not only unprofessional but also significantly dampened our dining experience. Although Roka Mayfair is known for its excellent cuisine, this lapse in service etiquette overshadowed the overall quality of our visit. Such an oversight in guest management is surprising and disappointing for a restaurant of Roka's caliber.

Everything was great! The environment, the service, the food amazing!! We tried everything sushi, fish fillet, pork, vegetables, the quality is non-negotiable!! Well done!! We will go again at the first opportunity!!

This place doesn’t only serve food but true pieces of art. Definitely go for one of their menus. It’s the better deal (otherwise it can get quite expensive) + it gives you the opportunity to try a lot of different dishes and flavours that you probably wouldn’t choose otherwise. Quite centrally located in Mayfair

The waiters were so slow and they ignore us when we want to order. we waited 15 min until they took our order.

We didn’t have a reservation because all restaurants were busy, but they found a seat for us even if was late. Very kind staff and superb cuisine. Very helpful and friendly the Italian lady. We’ll come back.

As per my star ratings. The service received during my visit was poor to say the least. Water had to be requested for 8 times a long with other drinks, ordered items were never served up, the mochi desert had melted and was inedible. To top it off we had a waitress had a lot of attitude along with eye rolling every time anyone of us tried to order anything with her. It's a real shame because the food and drinks (when it finally arrived) was to a high standard. The atmosphere was really nice too. The manager did remove the items not served and the inedible mochi off the bill but didn't apologize for the inconvenience and substandard service received on the night. Will not be returning to the Mayfair branch.

Food was lovely bar the steak. Baby chicken and eel was fantastic. but service was poor. They didn't ask for our wine order and when we requested they did t bring enough glasses. We had to ask to order as well as ask for someone to bring a card machine. Very slow and disorganised.

The security outside gave me a warm welcome, but as soon as I entered, the hostest didn't. She seemed upset with me but I had no idea why. The food was pretty good, but the service recently has been a bit off. Off in the way where everytime you try to raise your hand, they are trying not to look untill you call out loud. Very weird 😬 The good thing in terms of the service was the Filipino waiter, he was chill 🤙🏽 Unfortunately after this trip I don't think I will be coming back to this brach :(

A conflicting review, I'll try to be as honest as possible. The food was really nice, the sushi was as good as you can get in London and the cooked meats were pretty top tier. The drinks were a mixture - the matcha drink whilst made with natural matcha I can't help but felt very bland, the sweet sake was brilliant though specifically the yuzu one. The desert was brilliant - sticky toffee pudding with ice-cream was done well, with no complaints. The service brings the score down, this restaurant was expensive, very upper class but the wait time between dishes was pretty crazy, upwards of 25mins, the staff did come over to apologise a few times as they mentioned it was a busy night etc so that was nice. A good atmosphere to the restaurant, not much to say. Personally I wouldn't come again, if I was going to spend a lot of money on food I'd go across the road to ivy Asia, however for a one off it was worth the experience, just be prepared to drop £200+ and leave hungry as it's small portions

Interior design is amazing, food quality is great. But…. If not a waiter from Kyrgyzstan, so sorry cannot remember his name; our evening would be ruined completely. First of all we were a group of 6, when leaving our coats nobody asked us if it was ok - they started putting all our coats on top of each other. Thats ok, but… they should ask. Then we were offered to get to the bar counter before our table was ready, which is also fine, but 2 of us decided to have a cigarette on the terrace and we were told would be ok as there were some heaters etc. Asked another host for the ash-tray and was told that we “actually should not be smoking there at all” and “they have no ash trays at all, as we should go out in a street to have a cigarette…” shocking! Checked with another host lady and she got us an ash-tray in a second. Drinks order was chaotic resulting 3 of us staying with no drink for a while. At the table, finally managed to order food and drinks - all good, but when asked our food waiter to help with some extra drinks the response was “no, I am just a food waiter, you have to ask wine waiter, when she comes back…” No marinated ginger was on any of the plates, when asked were ignored…. And then a young waiter originally from Kyrgyzstan arrived and took a leading role serving us. We got everything we needed and were adequately served since then. Still I was extremely disappointed that I failed to impress our quests. I tried to Contact and discuss the issue further. The General Manager Jose Becerill offered to book a table and promised to demonstrate this time they know how to treat their customers. During our email exchange, he managed to confuse me even more with his awkward attitude by offering "good will gestures" and his overal tone of comms was more like mocking. The overal experience (our visit and sunsequent email communication) prooved that they do not care much and not interested in keeping their regular customers. The verdict is - stay away. Go to Roka Fitzrovia or Sushi Samba.

The food, wine and cocktails here were absolutely fantastic but I was hugely disappointed by the service - they kept forgetting our requests and interrupting us whilst we were in conversation, I ended up in the waitresses armpit several times as they kept leaning over me to reach guests on the other side of the table. They also hurried us as we ate, asking whilst we were still eating what was on the table whether we would be ordering dessert, and then returning again a few minutes later to tell us that they wanted the table back and that we would need to order dessert then and there if we wanted it (which we did). Not what is expected of a relatively upmarket restaurant and would discourage me from returning.

Unbelievable place to dine in, yes very very expensive, but you get what you pay for, have to say I was taken there, and I didn't have to pay the bill, happy days, I am not a fish or sushi guy, but there is plenty of options for people, had lots of different meats, it was so so delicious, I have never tasted food like it, if you can experience it once, it won't disappoint, enjoy

My experience at Roka Mayfair is a blend of highs and lows. While the service feels a bit rushed, the standout wagyu sushi remains a compelling reason to return. The inconsistency on the robata menu persists, with some dishes drowning in teriyaki sauce. Fine-tuning both service and consistency could elevate Roka to a top spot for Japanese fusion enthusiasts.

Wonderful restaurant for any type of occasion. It is especially lovely for a date night! Every location is high on quality!

Literally terrible from start till the end. Firstly the waitresses are impudent and checky. I asked whether they are seeving parmagiano on top of asparagus and the tall guy said this is Japanese restaurant, definitely no parmagiano😂. Are you serious? Isnt parmagiano allowed ??? Funny joke but I didnt laugh. Also dishes are small and high price. Being based in Mayfair doesnt mean that you can sell bad dishes with this high price. Not a good place to go. Do not recommend !!!.

The food was of good quality and the restaurant has a nice open kitchen, but the service wasn’t anything to write home about unfortunately. We had to wait for more than 20 minutes without sitting down, because there was no room at the barcounter. The staff barely acknowledged us, almost to the point of it being rude. The music was also very loud and the atmosphere didn’t really capture a Japanese setting, but you can decide if that is something you like or not. All in all pretty decent, but the experience was not proportionate to the price level.

Host/hostess are condescending and rude, but the bartenders are absolutely phenomenal.

One person getting coats and taking bookings means the queue is always slow. Waited 25mins to be seated because they were faffing over people leaving coats. Wouldn't use this branch again

Loved the food, ambiance and excellent service!

If you want your special occasion ruined book with them, absolutely horrendous. Average food, horrible service. You want to keep the wine by the station make sure you top up the glasses then, the worst part was the hostess who despite an empty table available insisted on seating us at the worst counter seat of the restaurant and when asked why she would not give us the available table she said it is reserved ( I had a reservation btw) and that we could wait by the bar for 10 min while another table becomes available so ended up standing in the middle of the restaurant for 10 min before we could get seated to the table that we had booked and was available when we came in. I mentioned it on the booking that is was an anniversary celebration but they come up with a birthday candle instead even though they called me to confirm my booking and told me that if I ordered i dessert they would add happy anniversary on the plate they still managed to get it wrong.

The food was very average—was definitely expecting some better quality delicious dishes. However, the service is what was truly appalling. For some reason, our server really didn’t want to be bothered by us. Was given an attitude for something simple, such as the WiFi password, as there is bad phone service in there. There were utensil items that one person received but the other didn’t—there was no care for that mistake as well. Also, just complete disregard for our table. Truly disappointing. Guess there’s no trying the other venues or coming back to Roka again.

Food was amazing, service was unbelievably quick and waiter gave some great recommendations. That being said, was very expensive and they charged us for the table water and constantly trying to get us to order more drinks. Would defo recommend just be careful of the bill catching up on you.

The speed of serving food is much higher than the speed of serving drinks. As a result, we had to wait 10-15 minutes for drinks, and essentially eat food without drinks. I had to remind the waiters 3-4 times before they brought me the drinks I ordered. Food was tasty, but the portions are not impressive. So I think the small portions and long wait for drinks were not worth the £350. The restaurant is quite noisy and it is difficult to carry on a conversation at your table. I'm unlikely to choose this restaurant for the second time.

Booked over 3 weeks in advance, and on the day of our reservation rang to check since they did not contact me, to be told my booking had been cancelled, and then they said ok we will fit you in.Bad start, they put us just by the entrance door so we had the flow of cold air every time it was open!! One of my friends was very keen to try this place out so we made a reservation in advance to come here for dinner on a Saturday night. It got filled up pretty quickly after 7pm so always make sure to make a booking instead of walking in. Honestly I had no expectation for the food to taste extremely well given how it brands itself as a premium Japanese place when in reality sushi quality in London is very inconsistent. It's safe to say that this was definitely not the best sushi I had, and there are so many places elsewhere serving better quality of food with half of the price. So just to make it clear that you come here not for the food solely, it's also the experience and feeling rich for once. Between my friend and me we ordered a 3 sashimi selection to share and it's £43 per person for 12 pieces of sashimi (octopus, tuna and yellowtail) and then 2 pieces of eel sushi, as well as some tuna tartare with caviar. Sashimi was fresh, but I couldn't really taste anything from the caviar. I then also ordered the soft shell crab roll which came in 5 pieces for the price of £16. It was okay, not outstanding or anything. My friends tried other stuff like California rolls, the signature yellowtail kampachi salad with yuzu-truffle dressing and some prawn tempura. We all agreed that it wasn't the best sushi we have tried so far. The grand total for my own order came to £68. Service was okay overall, one waiter did annoy us a lot because he kept coming around every 5 mins to check in whenever we were in the middle of a conversation and we didn't want to be disrupted. They were also very quick to take our plates away and came checking every 5 mins to see if we had finished our food - definitely felt like we were being rushed out of the restaurant which was an extremely big minus point for me. Although after checking we didn't want dessert they didn't try to rush us further which kind of compensated the bad experience previously. Vibe was good, modern and chill and I liked how you could see the chefs grilling the skewers. But personally I wasn't a big fan of this place and wouldn't be interested in coming back anytime soon.

We started off well with the sashimi kanpachi served at 830pm. Guess what? We were still waiting for our dessert at 1030pm. The last 2nd dish, cod fish arrived at 929pm and we had to wait till 10pm for the Wagyu Beef Fillet. When there is a big gap between dishes, the momentum is lost and the stomach ended up feeling bloated, the appetite is lost and the craving is gone. The Wagyu beef, being the highlight of the tasting menu, doesn’t taste as good as it should have been. What a shame! My daughter ordered the ala carte. Tuna Sushi, Ikura Sushi & Gyoza were served followed by white steamed rice. The rice eventually turned cold, bcos the spicy beef was served 40mins later. Manager was kind enough to offer a fresh bowl of rice. However the damage was done, she did not enjoy the beef and only finished half of the portion. I guessed more attention has to be paid on the serving of dishes, and not leaving big gaps between dishes. When we asked the service staff, reply was the food is on the way. But the wait was more than 20 mins from the time of reply. After all, the charge of 105 pounds per head for the Premium Tasting Menu is not that cheap. We do applaud the restaurant on the decor. Timber strips lined the ceiling, with warm light giving the restaurant a cozy feel.

When you go to London (especially if you're staying in the Mayfair area), Roka is a name that comes up if you're looking for a Sushi restaurant recommendation. I too once really enjoyed Roka (years ago). On my most recent trip to London however, I went to Roka (was just in London a few days ago) and I was completely disappointed and unimpressed with the food. Their sushi and sashimi servings are mediocre at best and certainly not worth the price point. This restaurant is overblown, over hyped and a HUGE disappointment. If you are willing to pay the price points you have to pay for restaurants like this, you're far better off spending it some place else (like Sushi Samba)!

We were unfortunately late for our reservation because the roads closed unexpectedly due to a protest happening. When we arrived and explained our situation they were understanding but also let us know we had lost our table. Luckily they had a last minute cancellation in the next 30 minutes so they let us wait at the bar. The service while we waited was unmatched. The blonde lady and the red haired lady were particularly helpful. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The food was outstanding but we knew it would be before we even tasted it. This is the perfect place for a birthday meal or a celebration. Thank you!

I eat out a lot and never write reviews but had to for this one because was one of the worst dining experiences ive had! Very small restaurant. Every table is a small circle which cannot accommodate big groups unless you want dishes hanging off the table. I found the food to be really bad. Sushi was very average. No soy sauce and the fish on the nigiri was not even cold and you can imagine how warm fish/sushi tastes... Waiter told me I ordered something very confidently which I did not order. I told him i did not order the eggplant salad (YUP) and he kept saying I did when I know exactly what i ordered. everyone on the table ate at different time zones. What I mean by that is nobody had their plates given at the same or a reasonable time frame causing half the table to be finished eating before the other half even got any food. Realize i did not comment on the prices for this place but you're looking at roughly £80 for three drinks but regardless, the place is just not it. Could be the branch, who knows. Just avoid this very branch. Yes its Mayfair but it is NOT IT!

Excellent grilled fish sea bass!

I don't understand what the hype is about. Personally, I think this is the most average sushi I have had. I ordered the california and ebi rolls, they were average. The steak was good. Portions are so small, and it is VERY overpriced. Service was slow, not enough staff, everyone seemed to aimlessly roam around. Taking orders took a long while. Not worth it.. at all.

I went to this restaurant today. The toilet was not cleaned and after dinner, a stain was found on the suit that I gave it for safekeeping, which unfortunately I cannot wash. I liked the food and service.

Was hosted at the tasting dinner at Roka Mayfair to celebrate The House of Suntory and the release of the limited-edition bottle design of Hibiki. The food was robatayaki cuisine along with Japanese cocktails, sake, wine and a special tasting of the different components of Hibiki. The food was really exceptional. Fantastic restaurant. We visited this ROKA for the third time and we had another flawless experience. It is expensive but you get what you pay for so we save this as a treat at bigger occasions and are always looking forward to it! Must visit.

There are not many restaurants that offer the perfect bar-side experience, but for couples, the bar seats are the ideal choice. The menu has numerous exceptional dishes, yet the ribs and black cod, in particular, are truly outstanding. The staff consistently provides superb service, professionalism and attentiveness.

Turned up for a booking at 10pm. We sat down and within 1 minute of being handed our menus a waiter came over and demanded our orders, because the kitchen was closing soon. We asked for a few minutes to decide. A few minutes later, we were ready and tried to get someone’s attention. After a further 20 minutes the waiter arrives back. We asked for the tasting menu. We’re told we can’t order it because the kitchen closes soon. Why weren’t we told this sooner? At this point we decided it wasn’t worth paying to put up with any longer and left.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I love Roka but Roka Mayfair is a complete joke. We’ve had the worst experience when we went there before theater show. 45min after we gave our order only 1 dish arrived and no waitress was in sight. I had to go find a manager and he told me they are experiencing “issues with order machine”. After that food suddenly started coming in. We then asked to get the bill as we were in a rush, but the bill arrived with much more expensive wine than what we ordered. We asked to correct, the waitress disappears again, I had to go find her again, she gives a new bill, it’s still wrong as it shows more wine than what we’ve ordered, she then reissues the bill again which is finally correct but then she still overcharges me putting the initial wrong amount on the card machine which I only noticed weeks later by accident!!! They are literally scammers, I’ve now heard some terrible stories from a couple of friends as well, so avoid at all costs!

I went to ROKA Mayfair for the second time and it was an absolute disappointment. I have been to 2 other ROKA restaurants in other countries and they were phenomenal. Today we ordered 3 sushi rolls, and 2 of them we could not eat because it tasted like the seafood has gone off. The service was incredibly slow, with the wagyu steak taking over 40 minutes, and 15 minutes for a beer. We also asked for an outside table and they said it was full. For the 1 hour we were there for, there from 2 to 6 available tables at any given time and it felt as if the staff just don't care. Definitely do not recommend, and will not be coming again.

It was a beautiful experience and deserves thanks and praise for the kind workers, the very delicious food, and the sight of the chef preparing the food with skill and love. It was very delicious. As a nutritionist and food safety assessor, the workers have a high rating for cleanliness.

I recommend the tempura maki, sea bream, black cod, lamp cutlets, and mochi. Service is excellent!

Stylish, modern and trendy, Roka Mayfair is the new star of Japanese cuisine you must visit, when in Central London. The food is bursting with flavour, bold fusions keep your taste buds occupied. The waiting stuff is very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. A prime example of great serving staff. The interior is modern with the traditional for Roka massive bar top made of one piece wood. Amazing and very impressive. We tried the tasting menu, which I highly recommend, especially if you feel a bit overwhelmed after reading the menu. A great night out worth remembering. Highly recommended!!!

Poor service. We got a table at the window. The server did not understand my question about the sashimi on the menu. As a result, instead of the 3 sashimi selection for £25, we got charged for each individual sashimi piece. When I asked, he felt uneasy and was not professional about it. As we pay, another item came out that we didn’t remember ordering, so the waiter didn’t even know if all the food has come out when giving us the bill. When I asked to cancel since we are paying the meal already. He was not unhappy about it and said that food can’t come in at once. We ordered 8 items plus and the tempura which is one of the appetizers didn’t even come till we pay the bill. Tempura isn’t a dish that comes out last. Very bad service, tip is being charged regardless of how the service goes. The server was very rude. Not recommended!

I had to send this letter three times and still have not had a reply. Dear Mr Bardot, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent dining experience at your establishment on Saturday, 2nd September, for my sister’s 40th birthday celebration. Firstly, I commend the person who booked the venue for their effort in providing all the dietary requirements, including my vegan preference. However, my visit took an unfortunate turn when I arrived at the restaurant and reiterated that I was the individual on the booking with vegan dietary restrictions. Throughout the evening, I diligently confirmed the vegan nature of each course, especially those with sauces. However, when it came to dessert, I was served a mixed platter with a crème brûlée. As a long-term vegan of over ten years, I immediately recognised that crème brûlée contains eggs and milk, which are not compatible with my dietary choices. To ensure there was no mistake, I called the waitress over to clarify, and she assured me that the dish was vegan. Regrettably, after consuming a couple of mouthfuls, it became evident that the dessert was not vegan. This oversight led to an unfortunate stomach discomfort, as my body is no longer accustomed to dairy consumption. Daniella, whom I believe is a manager, approached me and apologised for the incident. She also admitted that the individual responsible for desserts needed to have an understanding of the distinction between vegan and vegetarian options. I was disheartened that I had to request the removal of the dessert from my bill, as this should have been a gesture of goodwill from your establishment without my prompting. My meal was removed for the bill. My previous experience at ROKA Canary Wharf on Mother's Day had left me with a very favourable impression of your brand, particularly the outstanding service I received. However, this recent incident at ROKA Mayfair has left me with reservations about returning to any ROKA establishment. Restaurants need to take their customers' dietary requirements seriously, primarily when they have been provided in advance. The oversight in this case was disappointing and potentially harmful to my health. I kindly request that you take this matter seriously and consider implementing additional staff training to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. "Service is lacking at this restaurant - although a sister restaurant to zuma - it’s clearly a step behind. Food is nice but again, nothing compared to Zuma. We asked for water which they forgot about and didn’t bring and when reminded, didn’t apologise. didn’t clear plates in time so we had many empty on the table and the whole service was so rushed I felt like we were forced to be quick with our meal. Food itself - some dishes were not complementing, with weird choices put together. For this money - best to go to zuma. Much better quality and the staff are a lot nicer.

Looking at some of the recent reviews. Which could be better. But for me I have to give a great shout out to this restaurant. From entering the restaurant to leaving. The staff was just great to me and my wife. We had some great dishes washed down my a great bottle of wine. For us this was a great experience and we are planning to revisit next month.

Excellent option. We went for the tasting menu, as it's a safe option to taste several flavors. All dishes were great and very well explained. We will be back.
