Ping Pong in City of London, Westminster

Such a great experience at Ping Pong, went with my girlfriend for our anniversary and everything was 10/10. Kind service straight from the get go, all staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious, it arrived quickly and was the perfect amount of food. Was even given a free dessert for our anniversary which was a nice surprise. Thank you to every one of the Ping Pong team who gave us a wonderful night, definitely coming back soon!

Really great food, nice small plates selection , great IPA on draught as well. Super friendly and efficient staff, we were waited on by Betsy, highly recommended

Enjoyed the ribs! Not so much the honey chilli chicken rice bowl, think I expected it it to be sweeter. Lovely atmosphere and excellent service from friendly staff.

This place is amazing! The food, the staff and the vibe is all top-notch! I highly recommend it to everyone! If you are into Chinese and Asian food, this is the spot for you!The staff is lovely especially Marina, Norbi and Ben!

I went for lunch here with my friend and it was really busy, which was nice to see, although I can imagine that in the evening it's a nicer atmosphere as the interior and furniture lends itself well to the evening. Food and service were good and it was good value for money. The Dragon cocktails were delicious!

Everyday is less food and more expensive, i would say the only this super worth it is the black prawn dumpling

The food was sooo tasty, specially the pork & prawn siu mai dumpling, one of the best things I’ve ever tried in my life! Betsy was so kind, humble and sweet with us. Also Siddhi offered a really good service!

We went for a quick dinner on Thursday night, restaurant was not too busy. Food was served quickly, nice and hot. They served some unique Dim Sum choices too. Staff are very attentive and helpful. They mentioned all the dish name when they served the food. Definitely a very pleasant visit.

Quite quiet in the restaurant on a Friday and the service was a little slow. Also offered prawn crackers but failed to mention that it is an additional cost.

The benefit of a chain is it's uniform so you know what you're going to get. I'm a big fan of Pi g Pong restaurants and this one is no exception. Great tasting menu, it's enough food and their lunch time special means it's very reasonable. This branch is well located for St Paul's Cathedral and cannon street station.

Food is very nice. Bao zi is authentic flavor and oolong tea is just my cup of tea. Highly recommend

Amazing food. Fabulous service. Great prices… what more could you ask for! Had a handful of small sharing style plates and a couple drinks each (wine and cocktails). Prices are very reasonable and they have a great happy hour 3-5 Monday to Friday!

Super recommended, great prices and incredible food. To ping pong - why did you stop with the Chicken cashew dumplings 😞😞😞 they were your best best ever dish. Obviously restaurant is still amazing but I’m so sad it made me eat there less as I was addicted to these ones 😞 In any case super great quality of service and food.

Ashley truly delivered an outstanding and immensely enjoyable service, complete with delightful banter! What made the evening even more enjoyable was the perfectly balanced volume of the music, which allowed for clear and uninterrupted conversations with my date.

Small portions and not very tasty. The food didn't seem fresh. The restaurant also had a weird detergent smell.

We visited this restaurant on 23.09.2023 to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary. I left a note stating this when making the booking and we were very pleasantly surprised. The manager Norbi is absolutely amazing. He made sure that our visit was perfect and his attention to detail is second to none. Nothing was too much. I even got a different chair as my back was hurting. Our waitress Amidat, was lovely. She was very helpful and polite throughout the afternoon. Food was great and my son loved the black tea with ginger. Wanted to take the pot home. My wife has been to othe Ping Pongs and she said that the ambience and service was so much better than others. Thanks again for making our lunch special. Can't wait to return.

Been going here for two year now, The happy Hour Menu has been changed all the good dishes no longer are on the Happy Hour Deal also the house White and Red Wine are also not on the Deal .Only wine that is cost £40.00 a bottle . So not so Happy Hour as before .Please rename to Unhappy Hour.

This place is amazing!!! The Location was amazing, Beautifully decorated, the staff are lovely, the food was 10/10! Would highly recommend :)!!!

I have mixed feelings after visiting this restaurant. The portions were small, so you would need to be very wealthy to order enough food to fill you up. The ordering process was also a bit confusing. You had to choose a few dishes and mark them on a piece of paper, but the food arrived randomly, not in a way that was easy to eat together dining companions. I think this restaurant is best suited for large groups who are willing to share all dishes. And... food is very tasty.

Ingredients of poor quality- just shows through. Too expensive for portion size. Most of the dumplings ar premade and re heated as the skins are leathery. Just th eprime location is helping them sell their food really. Staff is average. won't go againunless just have to if other places are full.

We ended up ordering two meals each because the quantity of food we received was appallingly little for what we paid. The 'set menu' was about 8 pieces of very small Dim Sum costing about 15 pounds. Also, when the bill arrived, there was a 12% service charge included. We spoke to the manager who offered to take it off, but our complaint wasn't against the staff serving us, it was about getting ripped off. The food itself was good quality (hence 2 stars, not one) but I'm afraid with such poor VFM, I can't see this place being open for much longer. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Excellent service from Ben C, who was very friendly and genuine. A much better experience than I get in the Soho branch. Food is always delicious, it's a shame some of the older items have been taken off the menu - edamame potato cake! - but this actually led us to try some new dishes and loved them. Definitely recommend the griddled beef gyoza and chicken xiao long bao. Also enjoyed the new addition of the robot food server.

My friend and I decided to come here for a quick meal after being out all day. They had the happy hour deal where certain drinks and food is all half price, honestly in london you won’t get any better value. It’s also later in the day so you miss the lunchtime rush which is pleasant. We were mainly served by Ben who was incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for him! He struck the perfect balance between being attentive and chatty but also not too intrusive. Will definitely be back if looking for a quick value meal in the city.

Had the BEST time here. The food was delicious but the best bit was the service. Ben C, our waiter, couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. He explained everything perfectly as it was our first time visiting the restaurant, and made sure we were comfortable and got everything we asked for. Would come back here purely for how good the service was. Could not recommend this location more! Thanks Ben 🫶🏼

Visited on a busy Tuesday for lunch and was unimpressed with the extremely small portion/size of every dish and overall unauthentic taste. We had duck spring rolls, long stem broccoli, padron peppers, chicken rice and a number of dumplings. I would only recommend the peppers.
