Great food, quick service good vibe inside.

Nice atmosphere. Decent customer service. Menu with choices. Food could have a little more flavor. Didn’t really follow up with water and had to wait then ask for the bill. I’d return. Prices not bad.

We went there at happy hour. Good and service are all good.

Disappointing service, poured sauce to my friend’s shirts and trousers and still charged a service fee to the bill…… deducted the cheapest dish on the bill as apology. Absolutely the most disturbing dining experience ever, ruined the trip.

Decent Chinese chain with all the common dishes from dumplings, noodles, bao etc. Service was excellent, the waitress was witty, attentive and happy to recommend dishes. Highlight was the beef tataki, chicken skewers, charsiu buns and the chilli dip sauce condiment

I recently dined at Ping Pong and, while the staff were polite, the food experience fell short of what was experienced, I ordered two mains—Char Siu Roast Pork and Sichuan Crispy Aubergine—from the Year of the Snake menu, but they arrived 15 minutes apart when they should have come together. So I ate one dish and had to ask when the second was arriving. The roast had a flavourful sauce but was not a roast at all, seemed steamed and the aubergine, though crispy, didn’t deliver the bold Sichuan flavours that Sichuan dishes usually do. It was edible but not filling which it’s should have been for £20+, so I requested that the discretionary charge be removed from the bill. The atmosphere was nice but I went at a quiet time of day.

Don’t plan to eat here past 9pm. Made our way to this location arriving at 935pm and staff looked like they were closing up. When we asked if they were closing because their website stated the location was open until 1030pm and were told “we just took our last order”. Totally fine to have these policies so long as customers are made aware in advance - To management - please update Google and website info.

We were served by Siddhi and she was amazing. Constantly keeping an eye on our table and being very friendly and approachable, making sure she picks up on the tiniest of details. She explained really well the portion sizes and provided us with some really good suggestions. The food was as per usual really good with quality portion sizes. The only downside of the venue is that it gets a bit noisy when it fills up. But that's a general issue with all venues of this type and not a specific jab and Ping Pong.

Cannot recommend this Ping Pong enough. The staff are always very friendly and the service always very quick. The food is fantastic and come out piping hot. They give you a long strip of paper with all the dishes on and you tick which dishes you would like. They are mainly small plates with 3-4 prices each, but they also have sharing options with rice and noodles for the table. The restaurant itself is lovely and the bathrooms are beautiful. Very lovely restaurant, definitely recommend.

My colleagues and I recently attended our Christmas meal at this establishment, and I was struck by its cool, eclectic vibe. The low lighting created a cozy ambiance, though it prompted me to use my cane. The decor was an intriguing blend of traditional Asian elements and modern touches, and there was even a robot serving customers, which added a unique and futuristic twist to the experience. For my meal, I ordered the Honey Chilli Chicken rice bowl and the pork bao buns. The Honey Chilli Chicken was delicious, but I found it leaned more towards sweetness than spiciness. A touch more heat would have elevated the dish to another level. In contrast, the pork bao buns were absolutely delightful—precisely what I had hoped for in both flavor and texture. The service was impressively quick and efficient, aided by the use of paper menus for ordering. Prices were reasonable, especially considering the location near St. Paul’s Cathedral. I would gladly return, this time with my wife, as I’m eager to try their chicken and black truffle gyozas, which, unfortunately, were unavailable during our visit. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience that I look forward to revisiting.

Went in for lunch with the work team. Great decor and inviting staff. Service was quick and attentive. Food was good but I cannot comment on authenticity. Good experience and will visit again.

Want to have Chinese style lunch at this area, found this dim sum restaurant which nearby the cathedral! But the food not so nice and portion pretty small, dumpling also normal only! Personally will not recommend.

We were regulars at this place until today. Ordered happy hour cocktails that came with almost 0 spirit in them. On top of that waitress (blond at the bar) was very rude when I was just trying to give constructive feedback. Shame to have such a beautiful restaurant in an amazing location with poor staffing.

The staff were really friendly and quick in addressing our requests, but the food here is way too pricey and lacks authenticity. The prawn dumplings were mushy and not very fresh, while the others were incredibly small portion. It’s a good place to sit and have a drink, but not for a proper meal.

A great family friendly dining experience. We were made to feel really welcome, the guy serving us was fantastic (didn't catch his name) he was really lovely to our kids and made sure they got to experience the robot waiters!

I went with my kids (12/17/22) at around 4.15 for a late afternoon snack during the Happy Hour. We bought one or 2 plates of most of the half price things, and a couple of full price plates also. Dumplings come in 3s, which is tricky to share but we made a fair go at it. We still managed to spend £60+ and I wouldn't have said we were full like after a full meal. The service wasn't exactly attentive or friendly - we definitely felt that the staff didn't think we belonged there - and the place was not at all busy. The manager at the bar, Ben, was the only person I really felt understood the concept of customer service and was welcoming and friendly. We were served by Betsy and Norbert. Betsy was resolutely unsmiling, Norbert was just aloof and wore way too much cologne for a food based environment. The food was lovely though and the drinks were special. I'd recommend this place for a date if you are young and lithe and a beautiful something in the city, but not if you are a frumpy mum with family. Maybe the other branches are less judgey. Also don't expect the half price dumplings to actually work out as a cheap meal.

We went during happy hour (1/2 off dim sum, M-F!!!) and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was great, they have robots that pick up dirty dishes and drop off food, the place is huge (good for singles , couples and groups) and the food… Dim sum of all types (veggie and meat), fresh and hot, perfect sauces, the appetizers and the bao buns, and the mini desserts (we tried them all!!)-> everything we had was great! We talked about this place the rest of the weekend!! We would definitely go back.

We held a corporate social event here for 100 people. Thank you so much to you and your team for a splendid evening. We received so many comments about how fantastic the venue, staff and food were. It really was a wonderful setting having both the indoor and outdoor area to ourselves. The staff could not have been more helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you also to Delfina, who we were liaising with in the build up to the event, we have been so impressed with how efficient the communication has been with her, she made everything so easy which is extremely appreciated.

We enjoyed our late lunch dim sum at Ping pong . The manager was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was nice and calm. Food was good value; I enjoyed the meaty dim sum more than the Veggy ones. Wonton veggies soup was very nice. Drinks are nice too. Thank you again!

Let's just start with the punchline: I highly recommend this place. We were just casually walking around enjoying the after work pub environment that tends to spill out onto the streets. After grabbing a beer, we decided to walk around and see what other pubs and restaurants were in the area. We tend to enjoy the "small plate" meals during our work trips to London because it gives us a chance to enjoy a variety of foods. Ping Pong Bow did not disappoint. We selected several items, and they came out in sequence, allowing us to enjoy a few things at a time with the table not being overrun with dishes. Everything we selected was great, and we were only disappointed because we were full and have to wait to come back to try more items. This place is best enjoyed with a small group, which will just increase the variety of options you can try.

There is no service here. I've been sitting waiting for 25 minutes. The waiter has already seen and ignored me 10 times. Never experienced such outrageous behavior in a restaurant. I'm now sitting next door in a restaurant where friendliness and service exist.

Came in on a Tuesday and it was quiet which was well needed. Euan helped us pick some great options. Food arrived quickly and was consistent as always The cat robot was extremely novel and stole the heart of my dinner guest.

Thank you to the Columbian queen hosting us. Informed us of all the specialties, what’s good and drinks. Prices are great, food is excellent, there is a lot of choice. Big range of veg, meat and halal dishes.

The taste is okay, not bad, although Peking duck is different from what I've eaten in Asia. But it's not bad. It's a new experience that's okay. Personally, the dim sum is ok, very good, but the rice menu is not very tasty.

Great place. I love ping pong. Staff is super nice. Food is prompt and delicious. And you feel looked after always. The only worrying bit is that it feels a bit empty. And I worry that they might close it down. But it feels like they could have more clients. Not their fault but is the only thing that affects the atmosphere at the moment

Such a great experience at Ping Pong, went with my girlfriend for our anniversary and everything was 10/10. Kind service straight from the get go, all staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious, it arrived quickly and was the perfect amount of food. Was even given a free dessert for our anniversary which was a nice surprise. Thank you to every one of the Ping Pong team who gave us a wonderful night, definitely coming back soon!

I went for lunch here with my friend and it was really busy, which was nice to see, although I can imagine that in the evening it's a nicer atmosphere as the interior and furniture lends itself well to the evening. Food and service were good and it was good value for money. The Dragon cocktails were delicious!

Everyday is less food and more expensive, i would say the only this super worth it is the black prawn dumpling
