The chips were very mushy...inside bag for too long before delivery. I could not eat any!

Love their food. But 4 times they've declined my order now on 4 separate occasions. Get more drivers for delivery.

My food was still hot and not warm.

I'm struggling to figure out why I've been changed 20.25 p for a a 17.75 order in which it states free delivery not impressed I've had countless problems with this company

Food took 2 hours to arrive and most of it was stone cold.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE Where do I start? First of all the delivery time was changed by 50 minutes. I then rang the store feeling rather baffled as to why the change. An incredibly rude member of staff answered the phone without a greeting just saying "yes" this member of staff then told me my food would be with me in 30 minutes. I was happy to wait longer but he assured me. 30 minutes later I then ring up and ask if my food had left the store as my pregnant girlfriend needed to eat. The same member of staff then said something in a language that seems to be from the Asain origin that obviously I wasn't familiar with living in London. He then carried on working while on the phone to me. Another 20 minutes pass and I am told my food hadn't even been started. I then got asked if I could come and pick my food up. I did this and asked for refund. After spending 25 minutes on the phone to customer services we agreed half a refund. I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

We need to be refunded some money as it was a meal short plus waited over 2 hours for the order

This Morleys is on the very next road to me I ordered at 19:20 and the food arrived at 21:20....need I say more? .....Poor.

Your wings are WAY too spicy! And that was a regular wing meal NOT hot wings! Easy with the pepper. Even the BBQ wings were too hot!

Food was fine but I ordered it at 19:30 and was given a delivery time of 21:15. I wasn't even given that straight away I was given 20:30 initially and only found out they had added another 45 minutes when my food hadn't arrived by then. It would have bothered me less if they had just said 21:15 right off the bat

We waited well over a hour chicken was dry and popcorn chicken overcooked

Every time I order from here, they always forget something. Never put cheese on the burgers, burger buns was hard, and chip was soggy & cold.

One burger was missing a hash brown and had no cheese. The bbq wings were too spicy to be enjoyed. The chicken pieces were slimy. The chips were hard and cold. Just not a good meal.

Chips very chewy! Chicken was nice, could do with being crispier! Took a long time to arrive! Nothing was hot, but chicken did have a nice taste.

The food was nice and they gave us extra however they were an hour late and when we called them the customer service was abrupt prior to hanging up, very rude. Just a shame about the service, the food was good.

I HAVE ONLY PUT 6 STARS BECAUSE I'M DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE BEEN TREATED. THEY FORGOT SOME OF OUR ORDER, WHEN WE CALLED THEM THEY HUNG UP NUMEROUS TIMES AND WILL NOT BRING THE FOOD OR REFUND MY MONEY. THAT FOOD WAS FOR MY CHILDREN AND I'M UPSET THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY FROM ME AND TREATED ME THIS WAY!!!!!

Chicken burger was warm, missing a position of chips, bbq where like ice.... Customer service was disgusting... Never order guys for your own benefit.

First time iv ordered from here and i was not dissapointed at all, the food was hot and tasty and delivery was within the time stated will definately order again :)

It took more than one hour to deliver the food when you could get to the shop in 10min walking, or less, from my house. The staff probably forgot about my order and only remembered when i contacted de customer service. After the call was made i got the food in 9min or so but the food was almost cold, chips were soft and almost cold aswell.. Overall was a mess, not ordering again from that one

I was waiting for my order to be delivered for 1,5h. I can understand that sometimes it's just busy but I have not been informed about my order status.Had to call up to find out. Not a good service.

Best morleys! The chips are just tooooo tasty

Experienced terrible food from this Morleys. When we ordered out meal, we were missing wings and the bbq beans came freezing cold. They also was later than expected. When trying to call, phone has been constantly busy which leads us to believe they do not even have the one on the hatch.

Strung me along for 3 hours, telling me that my food was or was almost on it's way. They then decided to close early and by the sounds of it, left the phone off the hook, and buggered off. The food in the past was decent but the service is awful, you might want to skip this "restaurant" if you want your food to be delivered.

if i could leave no stars i would have. i waitied 1hr and 30mins for my food, only when i called i was told my food was going to be 5mins. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told no! i was then verbally abused over the phone,asked if i still wanted the order - then hung up on. Morleys still came to my house 20mins later with the food and asked me if i still wanted it. Ive informed them that I will never order from them again due to poor service. Morleys YOUR DISCUSTING!!!!!

Chips were cold chicken wings could not be ate due to too too much spice chicken was ok would not order again !!!

Burgers where burnt, requested ordered cheeseburgers with note asking for salad with burger sauce. Got phone call asking if I wanted cheese with my burgers... Also burgers where with ketchup and not burger sauce. Chips were cooked nicely.

So to start it off, my food was over an hour late. So I decide to call, and get very rude customer service! Saying my order is on my way when I never even gave my address! Food arrives mild warm! One of the order the burger bun that's meant to go on top. Was inside the burger! Then my chicken burger had BROWN lettuce! Disgusting. Would ask for my money back, however don't need the rude customer service! AVOID!

Well after having to wait an extra 35 minutes from the time that was originally stated 8.15 was when my delivery was ment to arrive ten to 9 it finally got here j rang the shop at 8.30 to be told anither ten minutes an the phone to be hung up on me tried calling back failed a number of times due to line being busy I never have problems with just eat which is why I was left veey disappointed last night especially after spending 17.00 with the takeaway the food was over half an hour late there waa no napkins salt ketchup or a fork for beans I'm very disappointed to say the least I even try contact yr customer chat live an was left waiting to long for a reply which I never got

Utterly appalling! Took and hour and a half to arrive. Rude on the phone, with very poor English. When the food arrived it clearly hadn't been freshly cook. The wings were chewy, the fillet burger was a strange grey colour and the chips weren't cooked properly. The lettuce in the burger was turning brown and appeared out of date. One plus point was that the delivery driver was very nice. Never again!

Arrived after two hours. Sent back. Useless driver. Rubbish service. Never again!

Even though I had moved to a new area and had no idea how to direct my delivery driver, he went out of his way to bring me hot, delicious food. Will use Morley ' again anytime!

Half order didn't arrive with the driver. Called person had very poor English, said the rest would be delivered in an hour!! Hour later nothing, another call, told will be here 20 mins. So nearly 3 hours to get complete order. Half of had eaten before the complete order arrived. Not impressed.

Bad chips! Chicken burger not great

Brilliant!!!, I was dubious about ordering chicken online. BUT so impressed with these guys... delivered in about 20 minutes, chicken was freshly cooked and tasty, chips were better than other chicken shop chips (they were tasty and cooked perfect) and my order came with all the condiments. Definitely recommend.

Chicken fillet burger was the best??

Chips and wings been cooked twice to keep warm. Half burnt. 1hour 15 minutes to get delivered. And one hamburger missing!!!!
