I ordered Pepsi 2.99+ large box 8.99 + Westfield discount which is around £1 and instead of paying 10-11 , I paid 12.48… when I asked why? They said we sell as a mill and they give me spring rolls… which I didn’t want to! Without asking, they just charge me more for the food I didn’t ordered!and the receipt didn’t have any information about it…just the amount…🤯😤

I went there thinking about Panda Express in the US, but it was so bad that I threw away half of the food. British food is expensive, so I thought it would be a waste to eat it, but I couldn't eat it. Even though the chicken was fried, it had a musty smell. Anyway, it was a mess. I went there after seeing the Google reviews, but it was really not delicious.

I took a large box,Food was good but its not worth for £12. The toppings served were very less. Don’t get scammed by taking large box.

AVOID THIS CHOPSTICK AT ALL COST! This employee was extremely rude. I was just simply trying to order but the employee was insulting me at every line. I didn’t speak back because i understood it would be a waste of time there because he would just embarrass us customers more. So here i am writing the review, if u see this man, avoid purchasing from chopstick. His working shift- monday 2pm ( he is an old guy)

We went to Stratford shopping centre branch, although the food quality was ok the blonde lady in the counter couldn't speak English well and was rude. Will never go there again.

Visited the store yesterday Wednesday 11th September , during lunch time and I could give 6 Star's. Superb service and food. Well done Chopstix Westfield.

My sister had a meal from them but after a few hours she was unwell it spoilt her birthday break away very annoying.

Crap service, lady was miserable and was rushing us to buy food. She was unhappy to work and was just rude.

I accidentally left my shopping bag there and they kept it safe for me until I came back to get it, great service.

Food was delicious but one of the worst service I have ever seen in my life. No Greetings and Rude behaviour from cashier Lady with my husband. So I had a dinner with my husband at chopsticks in around 9.30 pm. We were really tired and hungry due to shoping so in rushed my husband order some food and at the end cashier gave us only one fork then we politely asked for one more fork and she was treating like teacher and rudely saying say please, please.What kind of manner she has, i really don't understand. She was very arrogant so I am not satisfied anymore.

Yesterday I had a dinner at chopstix, Food was very good but cashier was behaving very rude. She didn't understand customer need. So in terms of service I am not satisfied.

I love the food here, vegetable chow mein with teriyaki beef. Smallest box still plenty of food for a 6"2 guy with a good appetite. Spring rolls very tasty, wouldn't get the prawn crackers again, but the rest was a pretty good price for the location and filled me up. It's definitely not a healthy choice, but a good one if you're not counting the calories! Good rewards app too, with free spring rolls when you first download it!

We had a lovely lunch at this restaurant. The food was tasty. We paid £25 for 2 people to eat. The service was quick and staff friendly. I had a tummy pain after a few hours.

I ordered off of Ubereats so didn't get the full experience so to speak, but the food quality was horrible. Came lukewarm. Sweet and sour chicken had burnt bits and stodgy sauce. The "egg fried rice" was just brown rice with sad, small egg bits strewn about in it. It very clearly wasn't fried nor seasoned with soy sauce. Never ordering again.

I’ve been a regular at this place for a couple years now and I come here every time I’m in Westfield because the food is actually nice. Today I came here with my sister and gave her the money to go and line up as there was a queue whilst I went to the toilet. When I returned back my sister was about to pay when I came next to her and I told the girl at the till to add a student discount whilst showing her my student ID. She went on saying how I wasn’t the one paying/buying, I explained to her that my sister is 15 and that I gave her the money. We go back and forth and she says that we’re strict about the student discount and that my sister was the one that had the money to pay not me. I again told her I gave her the money to pay and shes just not understanding. At the end I told her that if you’re acting like this over a 10% discount which is equal to around £1.50ish then I have no words for you. She was the manager and is called Rebecca. I’m never going back there again because of the way I was treated even when I explained the situation. Moving stingy over a 10% discount while they waste tonnes of food everyday that’s left over. You’ve just lost yourself a loyal customer.

Just visited this branch an hour or so ago and what a rude member of staff Saif was. Firstly, he didn't listen that I asked for egg fried rice, then he asked what toppings I wanted and I can choose 3, I told him my 3 and then he passed it over to a colleague who asked me what my 4th topping was, I said I ordered the large box and it's 3 toppings which I've already told your colleague about. He looked at me and said no you only told me 2 and I said I told you 3 as you was asking me what I wanted, if you didn't hear that not my issue then he starts to laugh and smirk at me and tell his colleague I am stupid. Wow, is this the type of people you have working there? When I asked to speak to a manager a man next to him jokingly said he is new I will speak to him with a smile in his face! What type of a manager is this? Anyway I got to the till and spoke to a nice young lady who listened to me and agreed it was not acceptable and that she would have a word with him. I asked to speak to the manager again as I wanted head office details but she told me she was also a manager. She reassured me that he would be spoken to. To talk to customer the way he did and the other manager is absolutely ridiculous. I want to speak to someone about this so please send me details of head office or a area manager. The attitude of staff needs to improve here totally and Saif to be frank needs sacking.
