This afternoon I went to Westfield Chopsticks. An employee named Sakila is very nice and smiling. Her attention to detail and genuine care for customers enhance the dining experience, making every visit to chopstick memorable and enjoyable.

I am so happy with the customer service that I received from the worker Shammi because during the busy hours she had a smile on her face at all times and she was calm and very polite. I will definitely come dine at chopsticks again. :) Thank you Shammi!!

This experience at Chopstix has ruined the entire reputation we had of Chopstix. Rude arrogant customer service by Rebecca. Ruined our meal and experience altogether. Very dissapointed.

I wasn’t able to buy large box with just a three topping without the noodles or rice. I have explained that I’m happy to pay full price I and just have the toppings why waste the noodles which I end up throwing away. Will not return staff not concerned about customers needs. The guy with glasses extremely rude

The food is nice but the manger is really rude he is the big fat white man and he took away food from my plate when i ordered and didn’t even say anything to me, some of the staff are alright but the white fat man is very rude.

It very much depends on whose serving that day. Sometimes the topping portions are so small you wonder why you bothered to spend your money there. Other times it's a decent amount. It's almost like they're saving the food to take home themselves. The food is nice but sometimes I think twice about it because of the service. Some of the girls who work there are nice tho.

The portions are not right at this branch. For £8 you get just 6 lumps of chicken and hardly any sauce. I won't be using this branch again.

Food was good but the person (a healthy with glass called CARLOS) didn’t saw his name batch,who was preparing food for us; he was such a rude and arrogant person. Not good for the business. On the other side Food and The cashier both was good.
