The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Asian food

Delicious food and lovely helpful young staff. Ordered chips on top but not needed as portions were good. Had a really nice time there.

I am a regular customer, but for the last two years the quality of food has not been the same. The food almost feels like a pre-heated meal left over at night. But still due the locality of it it’s convenient for after work meal. But today felt totally disrespectful. As we entered we were shown the table and were interrupted to place our order. Few minutes later we receiving our drinks we had a waitress then come and ask us to move so that a group of people can sit where we were sat, so they can offer them a high chair for their baby. With all due respect, I did not see them offer the family a high chair, but rather it would appear they just wanted space for the family pram, when this could’ve been folded away and put to the side. The most embarrassing moment was when she was talking to us at the top of her voice, so that other people were aware. While all the time I was looking at others thinking ‘I can’t believe you’re doing this?’ We agreed to relocate out of embarrassment. She came to give us a bowl of prawn crackers thinking that would resolve and still talking at the top of her voice as though something that cost 99p would make me happy. I have spent previously £1000 upstairs for a function. So 99p crackers mean nothing to me. We will not be coming back again! Highly disappointed.

Ate here a few years ago and boy, how standards have slipped! We booked a table ahead of time and when we arrived, we were left standing at the entrance for what felt like at least 5 minutes. There was a member of staff that repeatedly walked past us but actively avoided looking at or acknowledging us. Eventually, another member of staff did show us to our table. The food is mediocre at best now, what you will find is that the balance is 80% rice or noodles, whatever meat you order will definitely be countable, with the odd bit of vegetables thrown in to tick the box. Their profile photo needs a serious update as that is paramount to false advertising. Unsurprisingly, getting the bill also took considerable time as that very same female member of staff continued with her antics. What was more annoying was when we paid. Not only do they charge a default 12.5% "service charge" whilst offering nothing of the sort, but as we paid in cash, they proceeded to short change us - as if charging once for non-existent service was not enough! Simply put, never again - plenty of better Asian or Japanese places in the immediate area. Even going hungry and fasting a little would be better than visiting this place...

Went here with friends, food was excellent and very tasty. Service was good. Take your own drink which makes it a cheaper evening.

Just goes to show if you shop around in London you can get a good meal for cheap two toppings with rice or noodles inside for £9 is fantastic value Leicester Square area across from the Hippodrome Casino

We recently visited Balti House in Keighley for a large work party, and the experience was excellent. The restaurant handled our sizable group efficiently, with friendly and attentive service throughout the evening. The menu had something for everyone, from classic Balti dishes to vegetarian options, and the food arrived hot, well-spiced, and full of flavor. Despite the large number of orders, everything was served promptly and accurately. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, making it a fantastic choice for group dining. Highly recommended for team gatherings!

Fabuloso nuevo chef en Nam Long - siempre fue muy divertido para los cócteles después de la cena, pero ahora podemos disfrutar de la cena, así como la después de la diversión! Es una chef a la que hay que mirar -los sabores se derriten en la boca-, mi consejo es reservar una mesa para la cena antes de que se corra la voz y no puedas entrar! El personal era encantador y eficiente y los precios muy razonables - gracias por una fabulosa noche de diversión! ¡También puedo recomendar sus cócteles!

Was thinking why is everybody at the place next door.and not here. I KNOW.WHY.NOW. CHARGED US £38 FOR 2 SMALL CURRIES 3 ROTIS AND 2 DRINKS LOL. IT said £8 a curry. Should have been £24 max if chapatis nd 2.drinks cost 8 pound even..THE MAN WAS CONSTANTLY ASKIMG AND YOU WANT MORE.FOOD ASWEL. Very bad honestly

I got a takeaway from this place when my usual takeaway (Tian TIan) was closed. The food was terrible. The chicken was not cooked and was tasteless. It smelt as though it was off and I ate one piece before throwing it in the bin I woke up during the night with terrible stomach ache and spent some time on the loo in great discomfort. I must say it was the worst take away I have had in a long time Disgusting food

Puzzlingly empty place that seemed to have a confused identity as a combined cafe/bar/restaurant. The food was actually very good; one of the best starters I've had in ages (Japanese tempura veg), and served promptly. Being a bar, it had my favourite drink, Crabbies, which you hardly ever find in restaurants, so that was a bonus. However the bored waitress seemed to think having no customers meant turning the radio up to 11 (some kind of horrific Saturday night jungle/drum n bass banging and shouting noise), which wasn't my idea of dining background music. With a bit of staff training and a marketing revamp, I'm sure the good food could bring some repeat business.

Delivery turned up an hour late. Food was terrible meat was chewy and also the pappdoms was also soft and soggy. Meal ended up in the bin. Worst meal that we have ever had

Had a take away from here while stay at a self catering flat in Stornoway. Very good food, helpful staff as I am gluten free. Lots of gluten free choice.

I get you’re not supposed to review for too good to go on here. As it’s probably not meant for it. But the sushi is bomb even for that. 4 quid for 14£ worth of sushi I got. Don’t listen to the 1 star reviews trashing this place for it. Those reviews should get removed because they don’t get how the app works. The sushi was amazing. reckon I’ll come here and try it properly. The katsu curry was only 7.50 not including student discount. Haven’t seen that any other place. Wish this place all the best 👌🏻
