The best restaurants serving American food in Swansea South Wales

Mi pareja y yo fuimos ayer con la intención de comer. Como sin gluten debido a la enfermedad celíaca y este restaurante solía ser absolutamente increíble por ofrecer alternativas sin gluten a casi todos sus platos. El restaurante ha sido tomado por los nuevos propietarios y claramente no tienen la misma comprensión que el anterior. Al reservar pregunté si todavía tenían un menú sin gluten debido al cambio de propietario y me aseguraron que no habría problemas. Al llegar pedí el menú sin gluten y me mostraron el menú vegano en el menú principal. Reiteré que necesitaba el menú sin gluten y me dijeron que podían ofrecer un plato de pasta y un plato de pizza. Espantoso. La camarera parecía despistada. El chef se acercó a discutir conmigo y no me dio fe en que estaría segura para comer en este restaurante. Seguía redirigiendo la conversación de vuelta al menú vegano, preguntando si alguno de nosotros era vegano y parecía tener muy poca comprensión cuando se hablaba de enfermedad celíaca o comida sin gluten. En general, un servicio terrible y una falta masiva de comprensión cuando se trata de comer sin gluten y ofrecer alternativas de alimentos sin gluten. Es una pena enorme ya que este restaurante solía ser increíble cuando se trataba de cenar sin gluten. Nunca lo volveré a visitar.

We had a large table 16 people this was no problem for them our waiting staff ( female) was brilliant my fillet was cooked to perfection 👌 gotta go back . I was a frequent visit 30 years ago yes I'm that old when Mr Mann owed sreak by Night 🌙 it's still fabulous.

This place is great! Every time I go here the service and coffee is fab! It is small, but that’s what I like, it’s a perfect place to have a chilled catch up with a mate or to work on an assignment

I visited today and i tell them that i will give review on restaurant…Food is really mouth watering. Staff is very friendly. I really enjoyed dinning. I will give reference to every one of this restaurant. One an only restaurant in Swansea. To be honest chef made food really delicious. Ambiance of restaurant is really mesmerising… The-am of restaurant is black horse and show piece of horse over their is very nice. Good Dining offers an exceptional culinary experience, combining a warm ambiance, attentive service, and a diverse menu that caters to various tastes. The dishes are beautifully presented, rich in flavor, and made with high-quality ingredients, whether you opt for a perfectly cooked steak, fresh seafood, or a plant-based delight. Watching a hotel die slowly ...

Food was good everything wasbgoing ok until I ordered a second drknk on the app to my table as I was on my own I did not want to go up tonthe bar and leave my stuff or lose the seatvthat I had but the drink never came I would have complained but the staff already seemed stressed out

Top Tier bar, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Aaron working security especially made us feel welcome and provided us with great service. Big up bookshop x

Ordered a bun less burger (on a diet) they didn’t mix everything together, the burgers were soggy and didn’t give me any sauce

Nothing but positive things to say about the beefeater, friendly and welcoming staff, lovely food cooked and served well. Great environment, good energy, we really enjoyed our visit. Staff are very accommodating, positive and smiley. Big shout out to ‘Shez’ they didn’t stop on both our visits, genuine lovely person, big personality, friendly, helpful and so kind to our son, remembered us during our visit to Swansea and really made our experience pleasant. They are a credit to the team. Will be back next time in Swansea

I would highly recommend going to this restaurant, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left the service was faultless. The restaurant is beautiful and it is very clean too . The food was delicious! There is also a lovely seating area ousting with a beautiful view.

No me impresionó en absoluto. Mal servicio, mala limpieza y mala calidad en general y sobreprecio por lo que uno obtiene. No volveremos bajo ninguna circunstancia

Very sorry to read today that the TGIF in Swansea will be closing. While visiting the city on three occasions, I ate at the restaurant and always had a good meal with excellent service. I wish the staff there all the best for the future.

The steak was good, tender and tasty. The rest of the food and extras were average only. There were no vegetables offered as side dishes and it was expensive for what you got.
