The best restaurants serving American food in Wales

went in for breakfast and was met with mixed feelings. my girlfriend ordered the salmon, egg and guacamole bagel to which they received their egg cold. i ordered the sweet chili chicken melt and there was way too much chicken to the point you could not even taste anything else. in my opinion, they could have added less chicken with more sauce and perhaps some fillings could have been added, such as salad or tomatoes. i personally didn’t like the fixed options, i think it would have been more fun to mix and match whatever you wanted inside your bagel but to each there own. overall, the food was good!! just wish there could have been more flexible options

Wetherspoon pub. Golpe en el cantón medio. Muy popular entre los lugareños. Ni siquiera intente ir allí cuando Cardiff ciudad jugando. Es una locura. Pero por otro lado popular entre todos. Tardes muy ocupadas con los lugareños y los compradores. Todo un pub comunitario. Tesco a la vuelta de la esquina, así como otros pubs. Un gran pub para ir a ver el mundo pasar y ppl ver. Como con todos los pubs Wetherspoon la comida está bien y la cerveza buena y barata. Un pub con carácter. ¡He mencionado que tiene muchos personajes que beben allí! Definitivamente vale la pena una visita. El personal trabaja duro y es amable.

We ordered our food online and collected it . There are not enough words to describe how inedible the meals were . We ordered four burgers and one portion of onion rings. The only thing our whole family ate was the portion of onion rings . The beef burger was so overcooked that I was able to snap it in half . The chips were revolting bits of over fried chip remnants. The four boxes of food costing over £50 went in the bin uneaten . I contacted the owner who initially told me to retrieve the boxes and bring them to the take away the following Friday ….7 days later !! She was not available until then . I then received a subsequent text to tell me not to retrieve the boxes as they were now ‘contaminated’ . I was offered one free meal the following week . No thank you . Don’t waste your time, money or effort . Disgusting food and dreadful customer service .

I’ve ordered here probably 7 or 8 times in the past and it’s hit n miss. One order will be bang on the next missing toppings or desserts or cold even. some reason we still sometimes order. They did do great create your own style burgers which is now not available on the new menu. You also can’t buy add ons which is a let down not even extra bacon or cheese sauce... The menu is pretty basic and underwhelming really. The latest disappointment was going to order at 7.45 and being told they aren’t taking no more orders. This has happened a few times I’ve attempted to order. Doubt I’ll bother again.

Me and my partner use to be regular customers at this bar, we went almost every weekend just for a nice drink as we live a 10 minute walk away & the staff always recognised us. One Saturday evening we went over, we sat down for a few hours having a few drinks, then Noah came up to us with more drinks and said that these had been brought for us (partners friend). To be honest at this point yes, we were tipsy but we were still able to remain responsible and sensible. My partner left to go to the toilet then once he came back, a bar staff member came up to us and told us we should leave after these drinks, we then left. A few weeks later we returned and upon arrival the owner Noah watched us walk past him up to the bar, where one of the bar staff told us he can’t serve us as we were barred? We left really confused and a bit disheartened considering this was our local and they gave us no explanation as to why we had been barred. Cut again to a few weeks later, we have been told by a friend that bumped into a bar staff member there that we had been banned because my partner was ‘throwing up all over the bar area, and continued to do so until we left’. This DID NOT HAPPEN AT ALL! Not once was any of us sick, and if this was the case, wouldn’t the staff there be more bothered at the time instead of just telling us we need to leave after we finish our drinks?? We think it’s EXTREMELY disgusting that Noah and also his own staff feel the need to make up lies about their regular customers just because by some shocking suprise, people actually tend to get tipsy in a pub that serves alcohol!! Also none of them had no issue taking money of our friend who brought us a round, if my partner was ‘throwing up all over the place’ as they say, shouldn’t they have refused to serve us that last drink? Disgusting behaviour from all of them.

Stumbled across here and glad I did. Not only was it great service but was really pleased as a vegetarian that we were catered for and not just vegans. The burger were lovely too and not that pretend meat style which I don't like. The sides were banging and the guy who served even suggested to put the chilli's on the side for me which was a nice touch. Thank you for some lovely food.

Had a order delivered The bags of chips weren’t even half full Feeling very ripped off…

The delivery guy came late and didn’t come with all of our food and got lost around the back of the house and had attitude when he phoned me and I tried to explain to him to come to the front of the house

The sands chippy is better than the chipshops in Barmouth 100percent better chip's than the mermaid, and loved the kebab with hot chili sauce 😋

Delivery time kept changing to later. Chips were cold and delivered a BBQ Fillet Tower instead of a standard one

Really disappointed with my visit this time, been here before and the service was great but this time it took a bit of time for someone to seat us despite there being only 1 other person in the diner. Then there were no staff at all, pressed buzzer on table and no one came out. Just ended up leaving in the end, emailed to complain but no answer after 2 attempts from the diner.

Seating and food is great. Disappointed that when you select 4 starters which my wife and i enjoy we only get one salad bowl between us. Even though our total bill was over £50.00 (with wine and dessert included).

Great food, whether it's pizza, a great burger or a fab kebab, Grillhaus has you covered. It's our guilty pleasure once a month.

The food was good but the person who served us was quite non understanding of the covid rules where as when one of us weren’t wearing a mask they told us we had to bring a lanyard showing that were exempt and they sanitize their pens but you have to get your own drink out of the fridge.
