The best restaurants serving American food in Wales

Had a lovely time! The food was amazing and such good customer service. Staff were very welcoming especially that girl Dora! Went with my parents and we will all definitely be returning!

Visited today. Quick, efficient service. The man serving me was friendly, happy and helpful. Caramel latte was perfect and I was persuaded to try the chocolate twist and it was delicious. The store was clean and I noticed staff cleaning the tables when people left. I've been before but only though the drive through and will definitely call in store more often now.

Popped in for a drink and a bite to eat with my mum yesterday, we both had the mozzarella and tomato panini, it was alright, not fantastic but not terrible, it tasted very bland but it was edible, however we think it should contain pesto, my mum ordered a latte witch I believed she liked, i had a Spanish lemonade, they didn't have any fizzy drinks at all, they only had 3 to 4 cold drink options and my lemonade was bitter and sour, the tables were dirty and so was the floor, the rolls and paninis choices weren't massive, but at least they had some choice, very friendly staff but quite expensive, 6/10 experience

Tried to order using touchscreen that told me order not accepted. Customers waiting for food and staff talking behind counter. Went to the other food outlet at the services instead.

Stopped to use the toilets so can't comment on food or drink. Two weeks earlier I had asked staff if they had a cleaner as toilets are always filthy & walls covered in dust with cobwebs in almost every corner. Was told serving staff have to do the cleaning & that it's done first thing & last thing (which in itself is a bit daft as why clean first thing when it was done before closing the previous day?) On calling in this time it was exactly the same, with the same massive cobweb stretching across the walls over the sink recess that had been there two weeks ago! Toilets themselves were in the same disgusting state. I didn't bother to complain this time as it's obvious that the staff either don't have time to be cleaners as well as servers or that they do, but just don't bother apart from re-stocking the toilet rolls.

This is a great place to meet up or just chill. It is a convenient location and has plenty of parking. The coffee is good and there is a good selection of food available. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Went here for lunch hungry, ordered on the little screens and decided to pay with cash. Sat down and realised our order wasnt on the screen but just thought we got the wrong number. Sat there for 25 mins waiting then tried to order again. Waited there for another 5-10 mins then went to ask and apparently we had to pay at the desk before they prepared it when we thought we payed when we got the food. No insturctions at all, hope they will chamge it. Food was nice but employes annoyed and non sympathetic

The place itself had a strange odour, As if a dirty floor mop had been used ,if that makes sense. A dustbin sour odour. 4 staff members , working at a snails pace. Burger was just warm , very mean on the add ons .eg, onions /lettuce etc. Chips had been kept warm. Milkshake was ok. Used the toilet , which appeared clean to the eye ,, but had a strong smell of wee . The whole place needs a good clean . It was empty , so I know why now.

Found a hair in the batter of my hotwing, which ended up in my mouth.

Disgusting service don’t bother Placed an order for deliver for 3.30 turned up at 4.30 freezing cold Rang 2 times ist time at 3.45 it’s on his way. Staff not a clue what they talking about took 20 mins to answer the phone blames it on the drivers. If the drivers are a problem why are you using them!!! Didn’t even know if it’s been picked up worse £86 I’ve spent.

I ordered a nice original recipe meal. You would expect a selection of cuts. 3 greasy drum sticks with about 10 chips. What a waste of money. I ordered in house. I had a 20 minute wait for food. Think I will go next door to subway next time !

Grate serve amazing staff the are nice and you can relax they are so kind thank you to the staff and they are so helpful and friendly I will come again

Had 2 x boneless banquets, chips were undercooked, chicken was dry and limp, gravy no good, first KFC I've been to and will never ever go again, don't give you any heart to visit KFC again

Me and my partner and daughter came here after watching fireworks and we all then have come down with food poisoning, we will never be going back again
