Starbucks in Flintshire

This is a great place to meet up or just chill. It is a convenient location and has plenty of parking. The coffee is good and there is a good selection of food available. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Nice people but the drive through trumps walks ins. Really really really (as in cold cheese toasty) slow to get a black americano. One person doing drinks the other three busy doing something else.....

17th April - I prefer filter coffee at Starbucks and also it is usually cheaper. Not today! Ordered grande filter at drive-thru, asked if wanted milk, confirmed I did and drove ro payment window. Presented with cup and then the cost, £3.60 for a filter coffee! Queried it and received a surly reply from the chap, that's right, he said. So incensed, wanted to stop and go in but on a tight time today so drive off. Reached for my coffee about a mile away and no milk had been added. Appreciate this is not a first world issue Starbucks, but £3.60 for a filter coffee (I am sure that's the charge for an Americano)? Cannot get the order right and then surly when I questioned it (I was very polite btw). I won't be returning any time soon - I'm sure you won't miss me - but anyone reading this, beware. Not a great experience.

Very slow service, no snacks available, wanted a caramel Frappuccino without cream, came with cream, offered to take it off or make a new one but it had already taken too long. Table and indeed the whole place a bit grubby.

As it's my local starbucks, I pop there quite often but no more. Had enough of paying for rubbish. If this is what Starbucks call quality coffee, they are sadly mistaken. My last 2 visits have been awful, totally inadequate drinks on both occasions. I spend about £30 a week there but I shall be spending my money at Costa from now on. They obviously can't cope when it's busy, so if you see a big queue, chances are they will churn any old crap out.

Staff were friendly, and clearly working hard we went in on a Saturday and they were very busy but staff were still attentive and happy. Our drink were lovely and plenty of food to pick from. Would 100% recommend

Fairly clean. Spacious. Distancing measures in place. Toilet in use. Nice coffee. Plenty choice. Hand sanitizer. Some parking available

Visited this Starbucks with my son and was very disappointed with our visit. We were made to wait longer than you would expect whilst the 2 members of staff working served drive thru customers. Not once did they acknowledge we were stood waiting or apologise. They were rude and unfriendly when they eventually served us. No marshmallows! We’d intended to sit in however the tables were filthy, cups and rubbish from previously customers hadn’t been cleared and every table had crumbs on so we decided to drink our drinks in the car. Whilst in the car we could see in to where we had originally intended to sit and still no member of staff had cleaned the table between use! Terrible cleanliness but even more so during COVID. Will be avoiding in future!

Staff are always friendly and as far as any Starbucks go it's fine. Parking ok though for the drive through which recently reopened it idiotic drivers were queuing onto the roundabout causing disruption.

Poor service. Low stock. Did comply with covid 19 guidelines. Contactless. Friendly female on the intercom.

This is not the first time I have visited this starbucks to be told they have ran out of teabags! 🙃 Also on this occassion the toilet facilities were disgusting! I think I will give up on popping to this Starbucks..

Mitten in der Stadt ist die Kaffeepause gedeckt mit gutem Kaffee und Snacks, größere Erwartungen habe ich nicht.
