Kfc Drive Thru in Gwynedd

The stuff was extremely rude and arrogant after the food was missing once I explained the situation and the guy was extremely toxic to us changing the menu of our food without alas mixing everything up half of the items are missing refusing to sort the problem out. toilets were absolutely filthy bins were overflown, no toilet papers in the toilet and Staff spoke to my daughter awfully

If there ever was a taste for Body odour, I would give them a 10/10. Gravy taste like as* And the hot wings were minuscule and dry

Went through the drive through this evening. Ordered and paid. At pick up told we would have to go to waiting area. Waited 10 minutes and no one came. Went to kiosk three times in all. A further 10 minutes went by. They had completely forgotten about us. I had to stand in the drive through to get any attention! Food eventually arrived, approximately 25 minutes later. Why did they not say when we were ordering that they did not have any chicken wings! We were offered nothing for the fact we waited so long. It was utterly chaotic in the kitchen. Never again will I bother going there. We should have had our money back.

Stay away from this one if possible. So many times i get home and the order is missing something. This time it was even worse. Sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes. No Q, but no service. Drove out and went in. Staff couldnt care less. All very young and leaderless. Thrn got home and paid for items missing again. On a big order its hard to check everything. And surely we should be able to trust? Truly rubbish

Food was ok not very hot if the music was not so loud they could hear you better when you order but the worst thing was the attitude of the lady server looked me up and down because I asked for the disabled key to the toilet I have an invisible disability her her attitude was disgusting she came to the table shouting we had taken the wrong meal when the meal was brought to us this is the worst service I've had

I’m not sure why we returned here other than it had been a busy Friday after work so just wanted to grab something quick and easy… Well, we should have known better. This is by far THE worst KFC ever, customer service is horrific.. they staff act like they are super busy, frantic almost when in reality there were two cars in front of us and a couple of diners in the restaurant. It is really incredibly disorganised , each visit we have been it’s always the same and I always say NEVER AGAIN! Tonight wasn’t too busy, but the meal for us all cost over £30, large fries were missing 3/4 of them and the popcorn chicken was just thrown into the bag, the box wasn’t even sealed.. when giving your order it’s stressful via the intercom.. “Hi, welcome to KFC can can I take your order’ Yes, can I have XYZ “Yes, anything else” Yes, can I have ABC “Yes, anything else” Yes bare with me I’ll let you know when my order is complete.. can I have DEF “Yes, anything else” Oh my gawd….. Then they read it back and half of it is wrong in what you’ve ordered.. I swear they’re not actually listening when taking orders.. You then Go to the collection window… wait for around 15th tues for your order and you’re then handed someone else’s order.. It’s madness! The management need to actually look at the systems in place within this restaurant, retrain the staff and actually teach some listening skills, communication skills and how to follow a basic order! Don’t order more than one meal - you’ll confuse the hell out of them.

We waited 15 min for our food and when it came it was cold, one member of staff was really apologetic but the other one a female she had a face on her as she really didn't want to be there i asked for a fork she huffed and got the fork her face said it all 😡

Went here for lunch today. Saw there was many people waiting but we gathered it was just busy. We ordered and sat by a table. We noticed after sitting down that the tables were dirty. After about 35 minutes we were called to the counter and was told there was no gravy ready and that it wouldn’t be long. We waited a further 25 minutes for our meals. When our order was ready we had to wait extra for the drinks as they weren’t ready, we opened the box and the chips and popcorn chicken were cold. Didn’t bother taking it back we just left. Worst customer service i’ve ever seen. Wouldn’t recommend this KFC to anyone.

We called in and saw there was queue of people ahead of us, just thought it was popular so ordered on the screens. Very soon it became apparent that people had been waiting a long time for their food. I waited ten mins and no one had any food, so told my husband I would go to Tesco next door and do a shop.... I did this, I queued to pay in Tesco and still got back to KFC before our order was completed. Not sure if it was something wrong with equipment or what, but almost 40 mins for fast food in not great. Staff very polite though.

Asked for a 10 piece bargain bucket- with 2 fries, 1 corn and 1 beans......... not a problem !! Got home to open bag (which they charge 5p for a paper bag) to find 10 pieces of chicken 2 corn and a large coleslaw! unable to get phone answered to complain .. We will not be visiting again!
