Worst kfc ever staff clueless and rude . Always missing something from the order . Who ever is running the place obviously has no control customer service is shocking Who ever is the area manager needs to do their job because this place is a embarrassment to kfc. Do your self a favour and avoid and use the one in rhyl.

Don't know where they hire the monkeys from .You have 1 job , look at the screen and make the order not bloody hard . Always mess the orders

Drive through - ordered two box meals . Asked if I wanted to go large . I said yes . I got tiny chips in box chicken burgers and a piece each 1 coleslaw & no gravy which I asked for .. after phoning they offered me another chicken gravy but I’d have to drive back - never again .. waste of money

Well we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt after the last 4 takeaways where not what we ordered , tonight being Christmas Eve I decided to drive 4 miles to kfc rhuddlan for a meal, after queuing for 40 minutes was told to park in a collection bay as they had run out of chicken, we ordered a double GRAVY box , what’s so difficult not to put the gravy in , it’s in the title , well we are finished now with the ridiculous place, happens every time and you cannot contact them by phone so they get away with it all the time, no way was I driving back 4 miles to ask for gravy , be very proud of yourself kfc staff absolutely abismal excelled again.

Pretty dire, a man in the queue said he could have laid 12 eggs in the time it took for them to take his order. I believe him.

We went last Tuesday evening, all I can say is that the staff went out of there way to be helpful, we had trouble with our ap other phone, the manager came over and sorted it out straight away without a fuss, great service many thanx

This isn’t so much a reflection of Rhuddlans KFC but a reflection of UK KFC as a whole. Its been going downhill for a number of years I think the best time UK KFC had or when it peaked was when Viennetta was included. Since then so much has changed to the point I don’t really like anything on the menu especially since this restaurant never has gravy which helps improve the taste of the nastiest of fries. Where they have gone wrong: No full sugar drinks Poor quality of chicken Horrible skin on fries Coleslaw recipe changed Twister wrap is more air with bad filling Fillet burger is now half a fillet To make it worse they now charge £10 for a box meal! This will not gain you extra customers just those who can’t remember how good it used to be or have no sense of taste!

We have just visited Kfc In Rhuddlan North Wales. Considering this is a place that sells food in its establishment, the place is diabolical, with rubbish on almost all of the tables, bins overflowing. Rubbish all over the carpark. Never seem to have gravy, or mash. It has the appeal of eating at a greasy spoon. I am dumbfounded as to how you expect people to come back. Do you not care anymore about the customer? Have you lost the ability to train people to care about their jobs. I have gotta say I will never be returning. I am really disappointed at the lack of attention to detail. There bare minimum to have a clean restaurant. I appreciate you have busy spells but why can you employ someone to clean the place like they do in McDonald's.

Tables not clean and very noisy but on positive lots of parking and right by premier inn which was handy

Lengthy wait in the drive through, then lengthy wait in waiting bay, not fast food in any way, under staffed and un prepared, always check your order before leaving as regular mistakes.

Arrived at KFC for a drive thru, about 4 cars ahead of me. Took 30 mins till we left. Congratulations on being the longest wait for a drive thru I have experienced in over 20 yrs of using various drive thris.

What a shocker this place is they should have a petrol pump at the end of the drive thru as by the time you’ve been served you’ll need to fill up. This place is shocking and if you feel down or depressed go to the kfc drive thru rhuddlan this will finish you off. Possibly the worst drive thru I’ve ever experienced the wait is hideous and by the time you worked your way around to want to order and pay you want to scream. Go and experience yourself you’ll see what I mean.

Travelling for Xmas shopping and fancied a KFC for lunch. Haven't had one for ages so was really looking forward to it. Took 20 mins from the top of the drive thru start to get to the pay/collect window. Got to the window and realised why it took so long. The staff looked like there was no urgency in getting food out to the customers and were happy to stand chatting pausing mid packing. Part of the order, I ask for two pieces no legs. I recieved the most smallest wings I have seen, certainly not value for money. I asked for no lettuce but extra mayo on the burger, states it on the reciept I got so I know it was recorded. I opened the box to find my hash brown not even on the top with the bun attached to it and no mayo but lettuce. Had to shake the lettuce off and eat the soggy chicken left after the wet lettuce had been and it was not very nice. This restaurant just continues to go down hill. I've had times where they have had no hash browns and even no buns. The service is very slow and considering this is fast food, that I also pay alot for, this is not good. Won't go there again. Can't get the order right and staff are on a permenant holiday. For the price, I would expect a lot better.

Ordered a meal cost me £18 for a £6.99 meal got it delivered by Uber eats at local hospital and burger was missing and a 1x chicken missing stay away from rhuddlan shop every time I go their something is missing read the reviews and don’t waste your money

Ordered from the drive thru yesterday (11/02/2020) while waiting to order at the box I had to listen to girl on till moaning through her microphone how she didn’t want to be there as it was too cold and that she would rather be at home in a duvet in the warmth and it was wrong to be in work in this weather. I understand people have chats at work but turn your mic off so customers don’t need to listen.Anyway I paid for my meal and after I drove off I realised I was overcharged for my order (either that or paper bags for food must have gone up 50p a bag) I got home within 5 minutes to find my meal was quite cold. Really disappointed but then a member of staff called Ed sorted my complaint and replaced my meal for free. Great service from Ed to keep me a happy customer. thought id give the Vegan burger a try. Ordered the burger and drove 5 mins to my house. The burger was luke warm and rock solid !! it had obviously left under a low heat for hours before i was daft enough to order it. Once again I used the brilliant rhyl food taxi to pick me up a KFC .I ordered a 10 piece family feast with 8 crispy strips the chicken was hot and tasty.not greasy there was a good mix of pieces.not too keen on the new chips.but I'd recommend the southern rice and the garden salad

This is my most local kfc and I always find it abit hit and miss weather the food is any good here. Sometimes the food is freshly cooked and delicious but other times more oftern than not the food has been sat cooked for too long and is dry. You regularly get items missing or wrong in your order even at quiet times but they always put the order right for you when you go back uoto the counter.

Queued for over 15 minutes to place my order, even though there was only 1 person before me, and he was ordering quickly. Or would have been if the lady taking the order had been given better training. Whilst queuing and waiting a further 15 minutes for food, which was only produced after I complained. When I complained the answer I received was "It is still on the screen so has not been completed yet!" It became obvious that each customer who had previously been served was returning to complain of incorrect and cold food. Very bad service from a fast food hot food eatery. Won't be dining here again and recommending others to dine elsewhere also.

Have been getting a pensioner discount here for months now but went in today 08/01/20 and a spotty,stroppy female in a checked shirt informed me I couldn`t have it as it didn`t exist. Yes it does,it says so on your website. It`s not as if their food is even that good. Firstly, the server Amanda looks unkempt, fingernails filthy.. OMG where are the standards. Uniform looked like it needed a wash. Clueless server, no idea what was on the menu. When it finally arrived the food was cold. Seriously, the supervisor on shift needs to pull up the standards. Time on visit 13.37 17/12/19 and last visit.

Came through drive thru it was pretty quick a lad called Robert was taking orders, I’ve been here many times but this lad was kind and said I could get a 15% off if I was to do a survey online with my receipt which I’ll do, no ones ever told me that you can get a 15% off, the food was fresh and tasty just how it should be couldn’t get a better service on drive through other than this lad he was quick at taking orders and got the que down fairly quick. This lad has some good customer service Would go again.

We are KFC fans and chose to take the longer A55 route home from Anglesey so that we could eat here. From the moment we walked in we started having doubts about the place. Tables were dirty as was the floor. The serving staff were totally inattentive and it seemed that it was too much trouble to serve customers. My wife ordered our food and told the server that we wanted our food hot, not warm - hot. The food we received was greasy and barely lukewarm. My wife returned the food and asked for it to be replaced with properly hot portions. The face on the server was appalling as she begrudgingly spoke to someone in the kitchen but after 10 minutes we got hot food. I will never visit this KFC again.

Having discovered an amazing food delivery service called rhyl food taxi.i messaged him to pick me up an order.he went to the rhuddlhan one.i ordered 3 mini crispy fillets.2 fillet burgers and 6 pieces of original chicken.the food was hot.abd really tasty.the chicken was nt greasy and a good mix of thighs.breasts and drumsticks excellent

I am not social media savvy but decided to sign up to Trip Advisor after my visit to KFC Rhuddlan on Friday 4th, October 2019 between the hours of 5.30pm - 6pm.

I am not into the habit of writing reviews and have only done so only once but after this visit I decided to write a review because I was so impressed. I visited KFC Rhuddlan yesterday ( 2/10/2019 ) at approximately 4.30pm and was served by a gorgeous young man. ( I believe his name badge said Markel. He was afro Caribbean)

My husband and I attended KFC Rhuddlan last night and we were warmly greeted by a lovely polite man. ( we did not get his name but he was afro Caribbean) We could not decided on which bucket to purchase and he kept reassuring us that we had no need to rush and that we should take as long as we like because he wanted us to choose the right bucket deal for us. He then talked us through the various bucket deal and after asking us some questions suggested the tight one for us. He was so patient, kind, and understanding that we felt it was important that we write this review. His actions should be commended and shopping everywhere would be such a wonderful experience with more people like him behind the counter. After we ordered he packed our food and his speed of service was fantastic. We only had to wait for under a minute. Great customer service, beautiful smile, and a very intelligent gentleman. Well done.

Went to the KFC in Rhuddlan yesterday around 6.30pm and was second in the queue. There was a young girl and a man serving behind the counter. I was then served by the very nice man and feel that I have to write a comment about him. He was very helpful, apologetic when he told me he had to wait for fresh chicken, his manners were impecable and I hope you are aware of exactly how nice this person is, I am sorry but I didn't get his name but I am sure you can check who was working last night. I would recommend him for employee of the week.

Got a take out order of the Party bucket for £26 & when we walked home (10 mins)& started to serve the food we realised that the 8 Hot Wings & Large Popcorn we’re missing. Called to let them know & when finally got through & explained this & saying on the way back to exchange the lot was only offered the missing food even though the rest was not cold. No refund or even an apology was offered. Had no choice but to accept it as grandkids waiting for their treat. Never will I go again. Disgusting service & stone cold food

I would rather starve than go back to this place! Walked in and the first noticable thing was all the dirty tables covered in food, drink and packaging. Second was all the staff standing around by the drive through window talking to each other. Waited 20 minutes along with at least 12 other people to be served and I was first in the queue. I did notice the staff member in the back scraping the old chips off the serving rack back into the tray and reloading them into packaging. This, the 20 minute wait and the dirty tables, I decided to walk out as it was obviously too much trouble for the staff to be bothered with customers. Fast food? Not in this place. If you want dirty surroundings, surly lazy staff and lukewarm reheated food then this is the place for you. Had to give it one star to be able to write a review. It is definitely a NO star place

I have just visited the KFC in ruddlan for a take away order for our family and our friends, in particular for our friends son who had just come out of hospital this morning and all he wanted was a KFC for his tea! I waited over half hour for our food, which eventually came, I asked if there was definitely all the items we’ve ordered in the bag as we have been twice before and they have always forgotten to put something in! As they answered “yes definitely!” and I had watched the lad read my order off his screen and load the food up, I had to remind them I had no drinks! (Bad start!) I would have checked it myself had there been a table free or it had been less busy, but there was at least 20 people waiting and the other tables were full! My car was parked far away so by the time I’d carried the heavy, ripped bag to the car and we’d ordered pizza from somewhere else, that we were now late to pick up, I had to trust that they had this time got it right!

This is the absolute worst KFC , never have stock, blazay atttitudes , order food always comes out wrong . No empathy or customer focus - no apologies or gestures in fact filthy looks from the back . It has to be taken off the franchise owner and terminate there lease it’s an abomination . Order food and and it’s always wrong when received , argue back with customers - a comedy of errors from start to finish. Lost for words about this shambles for once .

Waited 20 minutes for my food, staff were so preoccupied getting orders from customers they weren't getting orders prepared. When one of them finally did decide to sort an order out it was one that had just been made. Not impressed nor were the people who had been waiting longer than I had. I finally get my order but I didn't have my drink. It wasn't the first complaint I'd heard about drinks being missing. Place has gone down hill a lot service used to be 1000 times better, not coming here again that's for sure

Went there tonight one car in the drive.thru so we gave it a go still had to wait 20 minutes, No gravy the zinger burger I ordered was changed to a fillet as they ran out, the side order of beans was solid no sauce and cold all chicken and burger was cold the two portions of chips or should I say nine chips each where stone cold, looking inside the kitchen looks filthy, hugely disappointed doesn't cover it,
