This place is a joke! We have continually had the wrong order from them! So we stopped for a few months and ordered elsewhere. Last night we thought we would try it again as we so missed having KFC.. big mistake! We ordered through Just Eat. The food came in good time, but as expected we only had half of what we paid for! This totally ruined our night! Kfc Uplands wouldn't answer the phone after many attempts. We have contacted Just Eat and they are looking into it. £33 was spent, and we had approximately £10 worth of food! We also have contacted KFC head office. I warn everyone that this place is unreliable! The staff are probably kids messing about! Never falling for this place again! So angry and let down! 😤

It pains me to give such a poor review for a local kfc which does have its challenges being placed amongst the furore that is the Uplands. However, just take one look at the picture and tell me who in their right mind would serve that finger sized CHICKEN LEG (!!!) to a customer !! It was a take out so I didn’t see it till I got home and I was livid!! Still can’t believe that someone would serve this !! Zero quality control. Won’t stop me going there - live KFC this I cannot deny. But COME ON sort of out … this leg is off a sparrow not a chicken !!!

Very poor quality overcooked dry just disgusting really I asked about my spicy wings whether I could change them and have something a little bigger or something with meat on and I was flatly denied. I wouldn’t bother going there again

I have NEVER been spoken to like that by a manager, ever!!!!!! He will never accept his fault (missing food, wrong food items etc) and when you question him about it, he starts shouting, being aggressive and laughing in your face in front of other staff and customers. He made snarky comments about food being in the bag. I felt intimidated so didn’t check, and surprise, food items were missing once again. I called the store multiples times, no answer. This is clearly a reoccurring problem by looking at previous complaints, and also how I have personally seen him act to other customers in store. It is no wonder there is such a staff turn around as I can’t imagine what he’s like with them if he speaks in that manner to customers. I will never be stepping foot in this store again and will be telling everyone I know to do the same. KFC should be ashamed to have someone like him running one of their stores, franchise or not. If I could give this a 0 star I would - AVOID!!!!!!!

3rd order, 3rd time the order was wrong. Staff are incapable, cannot apparently read, and rude. Phone is never answered, so issues never addressed. Whoever manages this branch should be ashamed. Customer service non-existent, customers treated with contempt. Must be the poorest run KFC in the UK, so I won’t be lowering myself to use this one again. It would be great to speak to the manager, but whoever they are almost certainly wouldn’t have the character to do that, I’d be interested in hearing their side of things.

The last half a dozen times we've had a takeaway there's been something wrong or missing. Getting so fed up that it warrants a review - my husband just got a fillet burger - he's not a huge fan of lettuce but even he's not happy with this! The chips are undercooked. The last time my hubby went for a takeaway I'd sent him a screenshot of what I wanted from the menu (hoping that this would help them get the order right)- they still managed to get it wrong!!! Time for us to find another takeaway.

We ordered multiple KFC items through Deliveroo as a treat for our daughter's birthday.. The KFC Wicked Variety Bucket (6 pc) we received was most certainly not a variety. Only one bucket out of the 3 in the deal was provided, and only 1 of the 2 fries ordered was received. In an effort to resolve the situation, we contacted Deliveroo who advised us to contact the restaurant with the number provided. We did this, but the number rang and eventually cut off on multiple attempts. The driver, who had previously phoned us, as he couldn't initially find our house, also would not answer his phone. Consequently, we had no option other than to drive to the restaurant, which defeated the object of getting a take away. Also it was a 30 minute drive there and back. After explaining to the staff at the restaurant that most of our items were missing, they refused to actually resolve the issue, telling us to sort it out through Deliveroo and informing us that it was not their problem. The entire exchange was extremely unpleasant and the staff were very rude. It's worth mentioning also, that the food that we actually did receive was not what you would expect from KFC. The chicken was overly greasy, the chips were soggy and the gravy was tasteless. Uplands KFC most certainly does not provide the quality and service you would expect from a KFC outlet.

Ordered a family meal, including a potion of chips which was just shocking. Within the paper bag, we counted just 15 small inedible chips. When we mentioned this to the member of staff serving us, we were told that this was the potion size and that they were unable to give any more than this within the potion. What a waste of money.

Just came from this KFC in Llansamlet. It was very busy as expected but unfortunately i decided to join the normal que at the inside till. Initially the que moved very well. but as I was 2 places from the front it stopped. After 20 minutes of not moving I inquired if the till is still open upon which a young boy (that was originally at the till) rudely told me that he is busy wit preparing some other orders. After 50 minutes we were still waiting and I noticed that people that came in 30 minutes after me was given there food that they ordered off the self service point behind me. After I complained again they served me. In the end I spend one hour and a half hour inside the KFC. I have am 67 years old and have isolated now for 13 months. this was my first venture out and the worst experience that I ever had with a public service. If I get the virus it will completely be this KFC's fault as their was no social distancing inside.

Ordered 2 buckets of chicken fillets that come with chips. Got home only 1 bucket. Second time we’ve been short changed by Uplands KFC. Don’t bother searching for their contact number they never answer. Don’t bother asking for a number to contact them when you have to go back they give you the same number which no one ever bothers to pick up. Had to drive back explain the missing items. They provided them but the first lot of chicken fillets was cold. Dreadful dreadful dreadful. 4 staff no customers and they can’t get a simple order correct. If I could leave a minus I would.

Visited on Boxing Day ordered 3 meals and one of the burgers had hair in it ( a lot of hair ) I phoned and they issued me a code for a replacement, went the next day and the order was completely wrong so I phoned again and asked once again I was given the wrong order not even close to what was originally ordered so I phoned yet again asked for my money back and the refused and gave me another code , so once again I went to collect and burger was missing and fillets where gone off , tried contacting the store with no luck so I have taken things further and have contacted higher up if I have no luck with them i will be taking things further again , please don’t waste your time or money they are a joke !!!!

Me and my friends entered the building and the woman behind the counter was rude and arrogant.Also one the staff was laughing and thought it was amusing from the lady. With yes face mask and shouting at us.she does not deserve a job please sort it out.Also the manager did nothing about this and was rude.

I can't believe this dreadfulness me and my friends experienced today it's shocking I had half a heads of hair in my chicken there was this Chinese that served us no head covering or gloves with the pandemic going on this is ridiculous the gravy had no lid and was mixed in with the hair let's hope the China woman grows some decent vision and realises what she's done

This is the closest branch to me, otherwise I'd go elsewhere. If you check their negative reviews elsewhere, it's the same kind of complaints. 3 out of 5 times they'll mess up my order, even if it's not busy. There's usually missing items or poor quality food. Don't bother trying to call them about the mistakes, they NEVER pick up the phone. I went to collect an order and saw they ignore the phone even if it's not busy! If you order via Just Eat, I don't think they actually read if you leave additional notes. The portions of chips with the family bucket meals are an absolute joke, e.g. questionable 4 portions of limp soggy fries are packed into 2 very small boxes instead of being portioned individually in bags, where they're about half filled if that! So I normally swap the fries for corn (can't really shrink those that much!) That 80pc popcorn chicken bucket? yeah, the staff can't count...

So me and my family went to the swansea kfc. We got in there, it was clean enough as it had just opened. Service was really slow. Waited around 5 minutes for our food while the staff were standing around having a chat. When we did get the food the gravy was like water (in other kfc's that gravy would have been chucked away promptly) the fillet burgers were a mess and cold. Therefore I will not be returning to this kfc again.

Went in and was immediately asked if I wanted a keebab. Ordered chips beans and cheese. When I got back to my car, only chips and beans. Went back and was given attitude until the young girl found my receipt. When I finally opened my order again, it had chips, beans a tiny tiny portion of cheese on top. When be ordered from home at this place on Uber, it’s been great. Disgusting behaviour and service. Seems like the person preparing the food was being spiteful, as he was wrong. Will never order again.
