Starbucks in Flintshire

Harri (Toddler) and Nain (Grandmother) would like to thank Chloe and her colleague for going out of their way to help us with a vomiting toddler. One happy little boy after your help - the drinks were also delicious before we head back on the road! Very kind staff - thank you again!

In complete disbelief of the state of discard the above Starbucks restaurant has fallen too. The carpark greets you with rubbish strewn across and around the whole site. The toilet’s are filthy with urine saturated floors and completely unkept. After joining the queue and started to look around the restaurant which only had one customer seated I realised the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant from windows, floor, counters, tables uncleared and the drink / food preparation area in disarray…… As result myself and other customers in-line waiting to be served, left. This is not a bad day, the restaurant has long term urine staining in the bathroom. The carpark represents weeks and months of discard for customers and the environment. If this is a todays example of Starbucks, for sure I have no desires to return…. Regards, Davis

Filthy stinking toilets Carp lark full of rubbish and potholes Lukewarm coffee All in all a very poor experience.

Tables uncleared, dirty snd stained seating, staff disappearing so customers looking for them. Unpleasant smell in the toilet area. In need of refurbishment. It’s like the cafe that Starbucks forgot.

This place is soulless, tired, scruffy and not particularly clean. It is a characterless, 'featureless' single space. Desperately needs a revamp, brightening and new soft furniture. Horrid. The coffee, understandably, is standard Starbucks

Needed a drink so stopped off here - just of A55 North - wish we hadn't! Outside is scruffy, tables are dirty, untidy inside, filthy toilets with neither ladies of gents hand dryers working, grubby windows, and massively overpriced rinks and food. I went in and left my wife outside whilst I went in and ordered. The lady who took my order asked me for my name to write on the cups. I looked round and as I was the only person actually in the place I asked why she needed to write my name on the cups - I really don't believe she could lose me - but she insisted that they have to do it! Ludicrous - particularly as the other assistant was already making my drinks as we were having this conversation! Talk about non-thinking jobsworths! Avoid this place like the plague!

Stopped for a coffee break & leg stretch while driving to Manchester. We asked for a filter (drip) coffee. As we were the only customers I was confused why the girl started making an espresso. She then took the mug with espresso to the drip coffee machine & filled it with hot water. I do not appreciate being cheated & taken for a fool. I pointed out that I had asked for a filter coffee, not an americano and was advised that she does not normally work here!!!! The manager came out & a big show was made of putting on a fresh pot of coffee which when served was cold!!! They asked if we'd like an Americano instead at which point I asked for a refund. Shocking incompetence covered up by cheating & making a rest stop a stressful experience. As a foot note. On a previous occasion I ordered a filter coffee & couldn't understand why it tasted like an Americano, I now realize this is a common practice. Last time I'll stop here for a coffee

Visited in September 2021 travelling back from Wales. The toilets were disgusting. No toilet paper, flushing mechanism broken in the ladies, hand dryers not working. Didn't look as if the toilets had been cleaned in weeks. Restaurant also looked dirty so didn't buy any food. This is the second Starbucks Services I have visited in a year. The other one (in Somerset) was also dreadful. I will never visit a Starbucks again.

Paid a visit here on the way back from Wales. Place was absolutely filthy. 2 members of staff serving. The one who served me was a male in his late teens early twenties. He had a very bad couldn't care less attitude towards me but even worse it was the way he stared at me when he thought I wasn't looking. I caught him off guard. It was a look of pure hatred. It made me feel so uncomfortable. I pulled him up on him it and asked for a refund. I took my money and went to another Starbucks at Broughton where the staff were happy with manners and the place was clean and tidy.

Shocking. Signs everywhere saying how covid compliant they are yet the toilets smell and look like they haven’t been cleaned for weeks. If they have that attitude to the lavs I wonder about general hygiene, gave it a miss.

The car park and outside seating area were full of rubbish and the only bin was overflowing. Tables not wiped down. Toilets disgusting and stinking. Totally unhygienic in any circumstances and certainly will not return. Felt sorry for the two staff on duty.Obviously under resourced for which for a big company should be ashamed.

Our visit was one I wouldn’t like to experience again, the tables were dirty the children’s high chairs were a disgrace not been cleaned, waste food & dirty cups stacked up on counter staff very rude ignoring you when you have to ask for cutlery or more serviettes very unprofessional won’t be going there again. Considering we have a pandemic this store needs tighter restrictions.

Love this place! It's tucked away so not majorly busy, but yet a steady flow of customers. The seating area is very spacious considering it's very rarely busy. Coffee up to good standard, and it's nice sitting by the window when it's sunny.

What a wonderful team of staff! I’m a regular visitor who often pitches up to work from Starbucks, Mold. Can’t speak highly enough of the warm welcome received by all staff each and every time I visit and how they go above and beyond to get things right. Keep up the great work guys - fantastic!

We Were On Our Way Back For Wales And We Decoded To Stop At This Particular Branch We Ordered A Regular Hot Chocolate That Was Very Weak And We Had The Impression and That It Had Not been Stired. The Two Americano Coffees Again Were Weak It Had An Odd Taste And Very Watery. The Total Cost To To Go Amounted To £9.75 And Taking Everything Into Account This Was Very Poor Value. We Then Used The Gentlemen Toilet Which Was Simply Filthy And It Had Not Been Cleaned For Some Considerable Time. This Will Be Our First And Last Visit To StarBucks.

Stopped off at services and was pleasantly surprised to find this large and clean Starbucks. There was a steady flow of customers and while service wasn't fast the staff were friendly. £10 for 3 drinks isn't a bargain but it was nice and I would stop again

Stopped off mainly for a toilet break and decided to grab a quick coffee. Staff friendly, coffee superb and toilet facilities clean and well looked after. All Steve’s are welcome.

This Starbucks has fast become my second home since starting my new job in Ellesmere Port. The environment is warm and welcoming and the porridge is amazing. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended. Frequently visited.

It was not busy the 2 occasions we ate breakfast in there but it was large and clean and what you would expect from any Starbucks

We pulled up to this service station for a quick stop. I had a blueberry cheesecake iced mocha, did not taste particularly of blueberries, my son had a tea. Decent service. Tables had not been cleaned could be better.

Two weary Travellers returning from short break on Anglesey. Stopped for a coffee. Very definitely up to Starbucks usual high standards. Friendly and helpful staff!
