ITS IN THE NAME "KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN" > KFC, THEY NEED TO REMOVE THE "C" FROM THE NAME AS THEY DONT CURRENTLY HAVE ANY CHICKEN! Pointless journey to go to KFC as they dont have any KFC and yes a wasted journey possibly could have been saved if we did a online order for delivery but we dont bother ordering online from here anymore as they allways forget items or trade out everything for hot wings that absolutely nobody wants, if we wanted hot wings we would have ordered them instead of everything else! Awful to say the least, absolutely pointless to even be open if you have no chicken, no one and I mean no one goes to kfc for a watered down pepsi/tango, corn on the cob, hotwings, fries or rice. they go for the kentucky fried CHICKEN!

Not used a KFC, for some considerable time, but today we were hungry, it was pouring with rain, & this was handy. Obviously the food is the usual fayre, the service is quick. We were the only customers, in the seating area, which was clean & tidy, staff were pleasant, although, as is often the case with fast food outlets, the staff talk quickly, giving you little time to decide what to order, & then when you do, there are various options. It is difficult to just order simply. However, we enjoyed our food, although the chips could have been hotter.

Positive points: The staff was friendly, the bins did get emptied only because they were overflowing and stinking inside the restaurant, the floor was clean and the tables were also cleanish. The negatives: it closes before the time on the door. It closed at 9 pm when it clearly said it was open until 10 pm. We moved out about 9.15 pm because I asked as they were putting chairs on tables, if they were closed and was told "YES," to find out it was still open until 10 pm but the front door had been locked and they were not serving anyone else. The queue was all over the restaurant originally when we arrived, the staff were clueless as to what they were doing regarding the food orders. We waited a long time to get our order, it seemed to have got lost in translation and although we had a receipt one of the guys didn't even see the order go through. A real eye-opener, and when it arrived it was missing a drink and several sauces. I had to send my partner back to get them, he remembered the drink that he wasn't offered with the deal as the staff didn't seem to know it. They were out of Gravy and Beans, it was Corn on the cob and coleslaw, it was very disappointing. Won't be returning to this one unless they clean up their act, make sure they've got lots of everything and give us a voucher to return for a free meal! This isn't cricket and it isn't an English standard either, the standard has fallen and the restaurant has been let down by its area manager regarding support. They were not short-staffed for the time of day, just under-trained.

This is the worst KFC I've had. Ordered a family boneless meal for our family and the chicken was too chewy to eat..I don't know if they're cooking it for too long or re-frying old chicken but it was an awful rubbery texture.. The corn on the cobs were not cooked long enough as they were not really edible. I wouldn't eat here again!

made the mistake of ordering a delivery, after an hour and a half it said driver was at the restaurant waiting, after 3 hours it still said driver was still waiting and delivery time had passed a hour and a half ago. it then tells me its delivered..... my stomach is telling me otherwise. Please avoid this KFC like the plague if you actually like to eat.

Not ideal. The staff seem literally devoid of what a counter is or a till for that matter. When you wait at the counter there were 2 members of staff chatting but constantly facing away from the customer and desperate not to acknowledge. They will talk through the holes where they await they food but give zero attention to any customer waiting to be served. Noticed some delivery drivers were desperately trying nicely to get their attention as they'd prepared their orders but just slid them to the side without handing them over. All the while that poor customers food is going cold whilst they blatantly ignore customers and drivers at the counter. I've never been so gobsmacked.marsh Mills doesn't operate like this so that's why I'm so surprised and felt compelled to write this. Its zero customer service and seems to be young kids who've just started out in work who literally do not want to interact with the paying customer. Or interact with the delivery drivers who are trying to do a job for that matter

Can i say this place needs closing down, the customer service is horrendous. I ordered a family feast through the KFC app for delivery, half the order was missing on delivery. When i phoned them to let them know the women was not interested at all and said it was the delivery drivers fault. I did say the drivers don't pack the boxes but she was not interested. I did ask for the head office number as her attitude was disgusting, she refused and put the phone down on me. When i called the driver back he said KFC always blame the drivers when they miss items. He offered to go back and he collected the missing items for free. KFC Penzance you need to take a long hard look at yourselves. Whoever has invested in this business this was a terrible investment.

Ordered through Uber eats. Was told delivery 20 min, kept going back and back. Took 1.30 hours in the end. The order was wrong, we didn't get our gravys, they gave me a chicken burger, not a Zinger Tower burger and the drinks were wrong. The food was cold. So after waiting 1.30 hours and got less than we paid for. We were bitterly disappointed. Now trying to complain but they dont make it easy!
