The best restaurants serving American food in England

We had such a lovely team looking after us for lunch. The chef was kind enough to make my burger with the peppered mayonnaise and the food came out piping hot! Would recommend!

Great quality food with mininum waiting time.. Worth for the money spent. I ordered for Gravy bucket from Christmas offer, the combination of Chicken with Gravy is highly ecstatic. Wish everyone to try it for once..

Hace poco vine con un amigo para ponerme al día. Compramos un café con leche mojado y americano. Ambos cafés estaban calientes, sabían muy bien y hecho como se pidió. Los granos de café que utiliza Starbucks hacen un café hermoso y Starbucks es, con diferencia, la mejor cafetería de la calle principal. El personal es amable y trabaja a buen ritmo. La oferta de alimentos es pobre en todas las cafeterías. Sándwiches, tostadas, pasteles y bollería que son caros comprados y vendidos a un precio similar a los productos que puede comprar en delicatessens y panaderías que se hacen en casa y de mucha mejor calidad. En mi opinión, sin embargo, el café es el atractivo y me mantendrá regresando. Hay un montón de asientos disponibles en dos plantas, así que un gran lugar para reunirse para tomar un café.

Having done drive thru, staff missed taking my order only to tell me at the delivery counter to go-around again. How exactly can customer be at fault when the staff are busy amongst themselves and miss taking order? That's not worse, the staff were laughing at the incident instead of trying to help. There is always a long & slow queue suggesting the staff are inefficient and damaging customer experience. Appalling experience when compared to McDonalds drive thru.

Great food, kids enjoyed it, the staff were fantastic especially the blonde haired lady (didn’t catch her name) who treated the kids to a frosty!

Upon arrival with no previous awareness from Bourgee that this was going to be CLOSED! I was shown an A4 piece of paper on the door stating it was 'closed due to maintenance'.. Thanks for the update! How can I turn up to a restaurant with no email or notification being sent and the only way i found out was not even from a worker but from an A4 sheet of paper, is just ludicrous. Not even been open long and seems to be a shambles from the get go! PANTS, WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!

Ordered 3 rice boxes which arrived all 3 boxes half.full of green salad. No sweet potato and hardly any rice. What we received does not compare to what their.advertised photos show. Bitterly disappointed.

Pedí un buen batido más amable y uno de los servidores llamado Alisa me sirvió ayer. Ella era tan amable y me hizo sentir bienvenido. Sinceramente, no entiendo estas otras críticas sobre el servicio al cliente, ya que Alisa fue increíble y me habló a través de las alergias que pensé que era útil y no había recibido ese tipo de información antes. Ella también estaba tranquila cuando yo, tengo que admitirlo, estaba un poco indecisa. Shake Lab debería emplear servidores más increíbles como Alisa que ofrecen un gran servicio. Sin duda volvería de nuevo!

Horrible lugar, pedí una comida para llevar para mi hija y nietos. El servicio era muy lento y no exactamente amable, la orden tomó unos 20 minutos (no estaba ocupado). Cuando llegamos a casa faltaban los dos artículos más caros del pedido. Cuando intenté llamar y quejarme el número de teléfono en el sitio web no funcionó, así que tendré que volver en persona para quejarme.

¿Qué ha pasado con este restaurante de KFC? La comida en este lugar solía ser realmente genial. ¡Comida deliciosa caliente fresca! La calidad de sus alimentos ahora es absolutamente pésima. El pollo estaba casi frío como piedra y estaba muy, muy seco e insípido. Mis hijos filetearon hamburguesa también estaba fría y no tenía mayonesa o lechuga en ella. Esta es la tercera vez que nos pasa esto, en los últimos 2 meses y estoy harta de gastar mi dinero en esta basura. Este lugar necesita ser ocupado por personas que valoran a sus clientes, al no venderles esta rancia basura no comestible que ni siquiera es apta para que un perro coma. ¡Dios mío, cómo han disminuido los estándares de este restaurante! ¡Sorprendente!

just picked up a meal. Chips were cold, burger was cold and the drink was cold which was the good thing. administration transformed the good old kfc experience with an eastern style.(that i didn’t like).

I stopped going for months, because the chicken was not done twice! Started back with a friend recently, and my last 4 visits were abominable. 3 times, my orders were incorrect. Twice, the original chicken was crispy. We were unable to dine in because air had been out for couple of months. The manager (Randy) has NO customer service skills and his attitude is awful! He made an incorrect order in drive through, hubby didn't go back. Next time, I ordered INSIDE and he did the SAME thing. I took it back! Once he gave someone my order through drive through while I was at counter, took it back and tried to give it to me. I explained it left the premises, it is unsanitary and is supposed to be disposed of....remake my order! Tonight was the last straw. Chicken hard, dry and tasted freezer burned. Upcharged me for white meat, when he said that was all he had! He refused to correct the situation. I could go on and on. Last visit there....
