Tiny box of stone cold carboard fries, cold corn, cold popcorn chicken, rude counter service , an awful experience, never again

Not really impressed if honest. KFC is not what it used to be. We ordered a bargain bucket.Chips really poor,soggy,tasteless and under cooked. Kfc have changed their chips from crispy ones to skin on type fries. What a mistake. Beans come in a tiny pot now so it’s worth ordering the large size(which is not that large)Chicken was tasty and fresh but meal was let down by poor quality chips and runny beans. I have to mention the paper towels in the bag,very poor quality like wiping your hands with cardboard. Whatever happened to the white tissues? Don’t think I’d bother with Kfc for the foreseeable future.

Order with Deliveroo quick delivery 2 kids meals, burger towel, wrap and veggie rice.. kids with no box nothing like on pictures, my burger was half of that what was on pictures I was so hungry and angry when I saw it that I forgot to do pictures… definitely last time take away!!!!! £27 not worth a penny…. You should be shame

Children (boys of 12 and 14) wanted a takeaway treat. Done the local MacDs and B King, both absolutely great, so time for something different. Thought it was a drive-through.. mistake. Didn’t expect tricky parking, hordes of punters in a small space, half of them complaining, very unclear ordering (expensive errors were made, and the boys got no chips) and a long wait. It’s quite a challenging area and our car got kicked by someone while we were waiting. When we got home the food was disgusting.. greasy and barely edible. An experience.

After ordering off a takeaway site my food turned up on time. Feeling happening my food I started eating and my partner began to pull a short hair from his mouth. Being as hungry as he was he dismissed it, after taking another 2/3 months fulls begins to chock from a long black hair that has made its way in to his mouth and done his throat! We got in contact with the restaurant after this issue and was told our food wasn’t checked before leaving the restaurant as in the employees words “ we are busy so we can’t check everything” working in the food industry myself by law everything should be checked before leavening a kitchen! We where offered replacement food but understandably we were no longer hungry and asked for a refund and said we would give the food back to show the issues with it. This was denied and then told this could not happen and we would need to get hold of the takeaway pervader! This is sand practice and I will never be going back to this restaurant!

we live close to this KFC and twice out of the last three times visited they have got drive through order wrong. we won’t be going back to this one again!

This particular branch has been delivering takeaway meals to Members of staff at Royal Bournemouth Hospital NHS TRUST Through Deliveroo during the pandemic Time And are very grateful and appreciative of the generous donors from the general public , it’s was quite overwhelming to have some food delivered during those difficult days and months .. special mention to Jose - the Deliveroo driver who’s always there happy to deliver the food ! Thank you so much .

Awful tasteless food not even enough chips for a small child but still the same price go somewhere else if you want good KFC

Ordered a home delivery usuing Deliveroo and 3rd time have done this from KFC Parkstone. Not very nice this time - gravy was like gravy granules and not proper KFC Gravy and asked for some thighs but was not given any thighs with chicken provided being very dry.

I normally enjoy a visit to a KFC when on holiday. I can honestly say that this was the worst KFC I have ever eaten.The KFC was really busy so this was a surprise that the Chicken was so dry and not really enjoyed by my family.I did point out to a member of staff, that I didn't want to cause a fuss but the Chicken was really dry. He promptly went out to the kitchen to tell them.Perhaps customer service training would be appropriate because nobody came and said sorry. I think this was money that could have been better spent elsewhere.

Love this KFC I was shocked to see the previous bad reviews it’s always fresh food, staff are always friendly and hard working!

The main problem here is the parking - staff are always friendly and helpful - gravy is not the best but ok and not as good as the KFC at M3 Fleet Servicesp

I loved KFC but their chicken portions getting smaller. I bought a bucket meal and most of the chicken were small like the drumsticks and the wing part. Its definitely not a bargain bucket.

After ignoring the review s of thought I would try this branch. Opted for a fillett burger and fries. Guy on the till as to the rest of the team seemed from the middle east! The Fillet was tiny, dry and tasted luke warm, no mayonnaise was in the burger!. The Frys were awful and cold and no salt sachet provided, what is happening KFC?

My daughter treated us to a takeaway which was a real disappointment we had wrong order cold chips and flat coke were to tired to complain wont be going there again a total waste of money

Missed some of order then got charged twice for bargain bucket cause till guy couldn't understand me

Staff did not know what they were doing. Manager refused to give us drinks. Will not be visiting kfc in future

Utterly disappointed with the terrible food and service in this shambles Wrong ingredients used with a regular fries being so small it wouldn't fill up a small bird! Never eating here again.

Went in at 10.30PM and waited to order as I was the only one there and staff saw me but didn't say anything so after waiting a minute or two I had to call out to them to get them to serve me which I thought was very rude then I get told only certain things are available at this time so I can't even have what I wanted to order so just to get out I order a lunchbox with the two fillet strips of chicken and what I got resembled two witches fingers I have never seen anything like it so went back in to complain and she just shrugged her head and wouldn't change it or offer me different fillet strips have vowed never to go there again also the lack of parking at this place is laughable being on the main road I had to park opposite on the bus stop

I really think this place should be reviewed. Poor quality, rude staff. The full menu is never available aftet 1030pm.

I have used this KFC on and off for around the last 40 years and I have never had a bad meal. The staff always seem friendly and polite. It is generally kept very clean. My favourite KFC in this area (Poole & Bournemouth)

Not only was the service much better than what I received at Wessex Gate KFC (where I was made to go around again when I missed the 'Order point')

Been using this branch for quite a while now, only and purely in last resource and because it's just around the corner from where I live. We always go for the 10 piece bucket with the 4 fries included and as always 5 or 6 of the pieces of chicken are from the thigh, no matter how many times I tell them to please split it evenly with other parts of the chicken it's always this. Not only it's always thighs but it's always undercooked as well! Not only that but at 9.35 pm of the 27th of December tried to add the 8 chicken wings for £3 but was instantly told that they only had 6 and had to pay the same £3 for less 2 wings because they were not gonna cook anymore. I really hate doing bad reviews specially here but this must change as I really like to treat the kids with a bit of fast food once in a while and always thought chicken would always be better then the odd burger from competition but maybe it's we the costumers that have to change and take my money somewhere else. On the other hand the staff that takes your order are always very polite but looks like they're being run by the kitchen guys, can't really get 25 min before closing you won't cook anymore?? This KFC is wonderful, the food is fantastic and also if you keep your receipt and then go online to report the wonderful meal you then get a code to write on your receipt to then hand in within 2 weeks next at any KFC to get 20% discount on the next bill if you spend at least £5.

Staff could hardly speak English, had to repeat our order 10 times , as did all customers in the Que. waited 25 mins for food thy messed the order up twice. went for pee but had to go back to the counter to get the code for the loo, I understand why this was. The manger said he was sorry which we excepted. Got home only to find that the frigging order was wrong, and the chips were minging, the guy out the bak was seen smoking a cig and then came back in and started cooking food. do not use this kfc, go to the one at pc world, so much better.

It's just a KFC, but there is a norm, which this branch fails to reach.I arrived around 11:30, where the server struggled to understand my order. The burger was OK, but the chips were limp and the Hot Wings soft. This only happens when the oil on the fryer is not up to temperature, and if that's the case it's just plain laziness.

If you've ever been to a KFC, you know what you're getting here. They're all very similar, and this one doesn't deviate from the formula. Cheap food, served quickly.

Horrible food , staff havent got a clue and most cannot speak or understand English. Pulled pork wrap was ice cold three times. Very disappointed with this restaurant/ fast food restaurant

Had not been to a KFC for a while and probably will not be going back. Ordered a bargain bucket but as the menu was quite confusing didn't realise it did not have sides with it. So ordered beans as an extra. Thought it was quite expensive compared to other take aways etc. when I got it home chicken was quite nice chips were ok but the large beans were only filled up halfway and mostly just juice! To sum up, felt it was overpriced.

Couldn't even get a basic order correct didn't realise till home also a stupid queuing system that makes it difficult to get out of the door won't be returning!!!

Just the average kfc, nothing special you know what your getting, beats going to charlies chicken down the road anyday. stick to what you know and keep it up.

Variety of food on menu, food very nice, can be a little expensive, but nice portion sizes liked the automated ordering machine makes it easier,

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food hot and tasty and service was fast and efficient. I feel that the restaurant could do with a few more tables downstairs. There is no lift and we had two seniors with us and had no choice but to take them on a very slow climb to a bigger free table upstairs.We would go back as food was good.

good i live in here, love the gravy, it hit and miss on food to be honest
