Absolutely shocking. Completely filthy everywhere with water from the toilet spilling out into the seating area. No attempt to clean it up by staff and not even a sign. 30 minute wait for food which turned up cold, tasteless and quite frankly disgusting. Steer clear - don’t waste your time and money.

The chicken served here is the same as the local Aldi. each piece was way too small, cold chips, missing side orders and drink. staff are crap, absolute waste of time and money never going back here

FAO The Colonel @ Kentucky Fried Chicken Limited My very good friend Daniel ordered 2x Trilogy Box Meals from your Croydon branch yesterday evening following a couple of post work sherbets with colleagues by the river Thames. Let's make no mistake a Trilogy Box Meal is a substantial financial commitment at £11.49 but Daniel had built up a substantial appetite in the sun and increased this order by 100% adding a further Trilogy Box Meal totaling £22.98. This value should not go unnoticed. I was therefore completely flabbergasted to find out that your Croydon branch was OUT of KFC gravy. This is a heinous crime given the circumstances and something we simply cannot let slide. I am therefore placing The Colonel who I believe is solely responsible for this crime, on official notice that court proceedings may be brought against them. The only saving grace to this total disaster is that "the supercharger dip was unreal" Please take this as a serious warning - Change your practice or face legal recourse. KFC very yum. Workers treated me good and very patient with me ☺️. Will come again with girlfriend 👍🏻. Food good and fresh, very hungry before but food and drink perfect. Took some home with me to play Warzone 👍🏻

Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! First of all, the counter staff were liars and told us that the counter til wasn't working so hard to use one of the two order points...in fact, one of one as the other broken! But, how do I use my Blue Light card? We don't accept those here....even though it's a national KFC offer! Then the food arrived..given a warm can of Pepsi Max...they could have given me a cup and ice but apparently that was beyond them! The eating area was disgusting...not clean and I wouldn't have been surprised to see vermin somewhere in the store! Please...avoid!

As I said good fried chicken is always the right timing as well as luck. Unfortunately, the chicken was a bit dry.

Stood in the queue - No eye contact from staff just ignored- Server had a very strong accent and I could'nt understand what they were saying. Ordered food - order arrived only two items one was incorrect. Advised the staff - said that was what I ordered and would'nt change it. Could'nt care a less - I ate my burger - it was the most vile thing I have eaten in years - very dry chicken, chewy, rubbery, gross !! There are lots of chicken places in Croydon which are better quality and alot cheaper. ADOID AT ALL COSTS.

Had some food there took way too long and the gravy didn’t taste right burger was nice though other than that it ok

Ordered food via the machine then had to wait 25 mins for it to be ready. Chips cold and uncooked. Overall shocking and customer service was appalling!

Received the wrong order. Meals that were received were all mixed up in different boxes. Didn’t bother including a whole meal and extras that were paid for. Everything was cold. Chicken was rubbery and uncooked I’m places. Will never buy from here again. Refused to answer the phone to correct order or to provide a refund. Shocking!

Very disappointed with meal, chicken was dry and small, wings were burnt. Certainly won't be going back any time soon.

Will you be a chosen one to purchase the last few cooling pancakes and syrup or a sausage burger at Mc D’s ? Will you fail to summon energy to escalate up to M&S for a sandwich ? Will you, like this humble scribe, step back at Greggs and behold in horror the zeitgeist shrinkage of slim girthed baked goods, more positively regarded as giant canapes ?Nothing ventured nothing gained, I pushed against an open door at KFC in Church Street, just two tram stops down from East Croydon Train and tram stations, the one next to Timpsons on the left side of the tracks. At 10.58am, I had an original recipe meal , 2 hot wings, cherry pepsi and punnets of hot sauce and garlic/buttermilk mayo, for under £8 by card. The sauces have potassium, much lauded by nutritionistas , you can go plant (well, chip) based here, with zing and follow on to hunting and gathering edible plants at Surrey Street Market. The fizzy pop was liquid marzipan, because of the vanilla and cherry mix, novel.Unctuous, melt off the bone original recipe, contrasted with biscuity coated chili wings. Each sauce punnet cost 30p, and if you ever have non-KFC lunch on the go, I would urge you to stock up multiples of this hot sauce and garlic mayo. The hot sauce dialled down the sugar contains no tex mex cumin ( a good thing), the butter-milked mayo had extra oomph. I wish I had ordered extra chips, as even massive double dunking only used up half of each. KFC have researched this well with Mc Cormick saucieres. Great team here, Franchisee never mean with serviettes, smiley too..The ambience would serve well for Saturday brunch after the Friday night before in my view, romantic even. The light is subdued by strategic posters. The ceiling is quite low and most are tables for two. The playlist included soulful Amy Winehouse rather than hectic drive-time radio.During Monday to Friday, this would be an inspired breakfast meeting venue for eight at the west corner, the wide wood Windsor chairs are expansive and um, friendly. One can rock in at 10 o’clock ante meridian, on one’s credit card. Heaven.

So, quick question. Do we normally expect ketchup at a KFC, don't we?Well, most normal people would be disappointed at this branch.No ketchup...I ordered a mighty bucket for one, and as a self-admitting big boy, I was heavily disappointed by the size of their chicken.I know they grow them in factories but the one I got looked like it was fed in North Korea.Go to any other KFC but this place

Not a place i'd particularly go to often but is a nice treat when i do go there. With decent food and decent service its not too bad. Worth it.

Food was alright however wrong burger given. Had to get it exchanged. No napkins given. Milk wasn’t provided with tea.

I came to East croyden with my boyfriend shopping and decided to come to this KFC for lunch, when we went to order we where greeted by a very miserable staff member who came across very rude and abrubt. We received our food extremely quickly and as we sat down we noticed that one of our items where missing which we had to go back and ask for, I had a wrap which I go for all the time when I come to KFC and inside it must have been 1 piece of chicken and the rest salad and so much sause that the whole thing fell apart in my hands,chips where cold and looked unapertising my partner couldn't even finish his meal as it put him off so much. Due to it being busy I did not want to wait or barge my way Infront of everyone in the que to complain I just left. It's safe to say I will NOT be not returning to this KFC.

My daughter ordered KFC through Deliveroo and it would be delivered to us. My daughter held the chicken in her hands and her palms were bright red from holding the chicken. She noticed that the chicken was not cooked properly and pink inside.We rang Deliveroo and told them that my daughter was getting a reaction from the chicken and the chicken was not cooked properly it was pink inside. Deliveroo said they would refund the money and they would send another Mighty Bucket for one. Before the second order we told Deliveroo twice on the phonee to ring KFC to check if the food was cooked using Nut Oil, they stated that they could not get through to KFC. We had the second delivery my daughter ate some of the food but began to feel sick and the food bag was saturated in oil. I told her to stopped eating and I put the food in the fridge. On 19/9/18 I took the food and bag to KFC asked for the manager him. I explained to the Manager that we ordered from Deliveroo yesterday and what type of oil they used to cook the food and he stated that they used to use Vegetable oil but they now use PEANUT OIL. I told him I am going to report this to the KFC headquarters and if he had their number and he said no. My daughter is a NUT Allergy sufferer and tests at the hospital show that Peanut is one of the highest nuts she is allergic to. KFC failed to informed customers that they are now using PEANUT OIL now.It is very annoying that because of KFC changed their cooking oil to PEANUT OIL my daughter has been ill since 18/9/18 with terrible pains in her stomach, vomiting and unable to eat food.

Made a fairly large order and received it very quickly. I ordered multiple drinks yet the staff member tried to coax me into accepting a single bottle? What's all this about? Unless you are running out of stock there is no reason to do something farcical like this. Anyway, burger was cold, fries tasted of nothing and the batter on the wings was vapid. Obviously none of it was fresh. All the items there were also surprisingly expensive for a fast food joint, certainly not value for money at all.This was the first time I tried KFC as I've been eating out at much smaller franchises all my life and after this there is absolutely no reason for me to ever try KFC again. The smaller franchises care, have much better value for money and far superior quality. Having a big name means nothing as it seems.

Very long queue nearly out the door. Long wait once ordered. Staff giving out the food did not even reply back to me when I told her an item was incorrect and one was missing. I think the lady did not speak English!!!! Why would they employ her if she can’t talk to the customers!!!!! Then another long wait, don’t think she understood what i said as she didn’t do anything about it! so I spoke to another staff member and they sorted it out. Sort out your staff please.

From flat drinks to chicken on a diet This is the place to come, watch with interest, and leave fast. Better than the one at West Croydon pre-facelift but really one to avoid - Do not bother complaining no one on site cares nor does KFC Customer helpline

It was a long and scary experience. Thinking there were only 4 people ahead of me to order, I waited. And waited. And waited. The same people that had already ordered when I arrived, were still there. The staff seemed to be moving in slow motion and were evidently under staffed.

This place is a disgrace to the brand. I should have tweeted the photos onto the KFC site but couldn't be bothered. Miserable and surly service and the place is filthy. So it was mid evening but that's no excuse. And there was almost nowhere to sit as upstairs had been closed and the cleaner wanted to close the remaining seating downstairs - NOTE TO STAFF this place should be run for the customers' benefit and not for your convenience. High time KFC inspectors came achecking....

The wings did not taste nice in here I would not come here again. Had KFC in Central London and it was very tasty but this store was a let down.

Muy insatisfecho quería así viajamos lejos kfc halal para tratar niños, pero no podía terminar la comida y la mayoría de cubo familia fuimos a bin como decidieron calentar el pollo en aceite y/o aceite era muy viejo. La comida era de inmersión en aceite. Nunca. y no lo recomiendo! ! ! ! Desperdicio de dinero y no es barato! ! ! !

the food is ok but the interior is cramped and is often over run with youngsters messing about blocking tables and walk ways. Could not find a table that my wife could access in her wheelchair. Ok for take away

It is clean and open late. The service was more mechanical than personal. If you look for bargains there are cheaper offers on side streets.

Visitamos este KFC los jueves por la mañana, la señorita que parecían querer Rush me a decidir lo que quería, aunque éramos los únicos clientes esperando. Nos dieron nuestra comida, y me senté en la parte trasera del restaurante. Esta zona era aburrida, y poco atractivos. La comida estaba bien, aparte de patatas fritas siendo tibia. Probablemente no usar este nuevo.

Estaba tomando algún llevar aquí y estaba indignada cuando llegué a casa y desenvuelva mi pedido, no había patatas fritas. Estaba indignada como estaba deseando ir,. Hay otra cosa es ser tan descontento con el servicio y producto por lo que pagas y nunca conseguimos. Sinceramente, me sentí como engañado!!!

Este lugar es enorme ... que efectivamente tiene una huella abarca dos 110 esquinas frente a volver ... cuando entras por primera vez acercarse al edificio estás pensando "Wheres la puerta" y que se desplaza por el edificio te dan una sensación de amplitud en realidad es este lugar!

We love the food, just when the staff forget to put your sides in the box, and the chicken is sometimes extremely dry.

Tuvimos una envoltura de aquí y pollo no estaba cocinada adecuadamente hizo que me encontraba bien, aparte de eso KFC es generalmente bien aparte de los precios demasiado jaja.

Firstly I ordered a large gravy and didn't realise until I got back it was a regular. Then whilst eating the food me & my wife noticed how bad the chicken was. It was poor quality and fatty and bascily disgusting. The gravy tasted like it had beef scraped off the floor it was that bad after spending £16 on 2 meals we didn't even eat it all. Never again will I waste my money , and it's such a shame as usually have nothing but good things to say about KFC.

This is a KFC outlet in Croydon town centre, located slightly out of the way (at the bottom end of Surrey Street Market). I guess it gets busy at times as they've introduced a queue system for the counters. The restaurant is clean, the food is reliable KFC fare and there is plenty of seating upstairs. Easily reached from the Tram stops.

Me encanta la comida del KFC y básicamente es lo que encuentras allí. Estuve por allí un par de veces y muy bien la verdad. Quizás estaba un poco más oscuro pero nada más.
