just picked up a meal. Chips were cold, burger was cold and the drink was cold which was the good thing. administration transformed the good old kfc experience with an eastern style.(that i didn’t like).

So ! 9pm visit and NO chicken ? Staff seem annoyed and did not appear to be bothered at all. No offer of sauces or condiments and food slung in the bag. £ Not well spent at all

Este KFC es terrible. Un tipo allí con el pelo largo es terriblemente grosero. Para un establecimiento de comida ', su cabello debe estar ordenado y en una red, no luciendo como el que acaba de regresar de un concierto de grunge. NUNCA NUNCA volveremos allí. Grosero, estúpido y pésimo personal y servicio. La buena calidad es terrible también. No es de extrañar que KFC no tenga una línea de atención al cliente. No podían emplear suficientes personas para manejar los teléfonos, habría tantas quejas. Como empresa, ¡KFC es atroz!

Acostumbraba a vivir cerca de aquí, visité un puñado de veces y encontré al personal irrealmente lento, grosero y arrogante, como si los clientes fueran un dolor.Recién entraron a las 10 pm cuando anunciaron estar abiertos hasta las 11 pm para escuchar que dos miembros del personal estaban en la caja registradora hablando de los trucos que usaban para tratar de evitar cocinar lo antes posible, lo que les pareció divertidísimo "diciéndoles a los clientes algo que tú sabes que ' "No voy a querer" cuando se le preguntó sobre las opciones del menú, diciendo a los clientes "no queda nada" a "tomar edades para tomar el pedido", etc. hasta que el cliente se vaya.Sus pobres intentos de disfrazar la discusión de su tema eran irrisorios, al igual que su desprecio por el mismo grupo de personas que los mantienen en ese trabajo.Que es exactamente lo que hice.

Nada malo con comida, rápido y fácil, alojado aquí unas cuantas veces como estar en Londres a través del trabajo, por favor ni gracias a un miembro del personal, (no de nomenclatura) sería apreciada! Esta persona es siempre la misma, grosero y arrogante! Quizás kfc debería revisar hay franquicias más a menudo!

Pretty standard KFC takeaway. Have visited on and off for years and always pleasant service available here. I can't comment on prices as they're the same across the KFC brand. Not really much seating here so it's pretty much mostly a takeaway. Really cool that you can pick up some KFC and then eat it in the pub a couple doors away (The George) and no one says anything.

ENG: First time at KFC. its a fast food: fast meal at good price: nothing more, nothing less.Food (chicken and corn) good but nothing "wow".ITA: consigliato per un pasto veloce. Il protagonista ovviamente è il pollo, ma ho gradito molto anche la pannocchia. Rimane il livello di un fast food e non di un'eccellente rosticceria, ma è comunque soddisfacente.

Tombés là dedans par erreur, nous avons été terriblement déçus. Les plats ne font pas envie, on se demande vraiment avec quoi c'est fait, toute cette nourriture industrielle idéale pour devenir obèse. C'est pas bon, c'est pas beau, c'est pas sain !

No issues with this KFC. It is takeaway only but as we were staying at Premier Inn over the road this wasn't an issue. Food was usual quality, service pretty quick and seemed fairly busy. It is what it is, my kids love the gravy!

Although it was quite late, we hadn't, eaten pre theatre and just called in to grab some hot food. The food was fresh, really hot and the staff were very friendly

Как и везде кфц примерно на один вкус но для Лондона цены на порядок выше чем в любом городе Европы большую конкуренцию им составляют fish and chips и chicken в которых цена за порцию крылышек ниже почти в три раза !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually have no problem coming here sometimes for a short break and an affordable meal, but this is regarding my latest visit on Sunday 27/4. I got a warp, service was quick and efficient, food was good. Space was clean and seating was plenty. As I was finishing my food, a member of staff came to me to ask how the food was. I replied that it was fine and service was good. Then the woman asked me to leave a review on McDonald’s website. I had no problem writing a review, but it puzzled me that she kept receipts of peoples orders. This woman instructed me to enter the code on one of the recipes that was not mine just to write a review. I did as told while she stood next to my table and watched me complete the review. She wanted me to put every question first rating and she even asked me to write her name in the free-text part of the feedback??? I don’t know her, she had never served me my entire visit, so I declined to write a compliment mentioning her name. Later on I saw her going around other tables to ask for feedback. She even typed things on her phone, which I think she was writing a review for the place and for herself. I found it unpleasant and uncomfortable to be asked to write a review in this way. I don’t know what is the purpose of this action, but it put me off from wanting to visit this place. I left the place quietly and quickly after this encounter, I did not want to make a scene or say anything to prolong my stay in there further. To me, it’s no longer a place I’m comfortable to have a meal.

I am living in a tent next to this branch. I keep the area around my tent extremely tidy. I am shocked at the attitude of an employee of this establishment. Having spent 3 hours tidying up around the two tents ( I have no idea who is in the other tent) I was surprised at finding two bags of rubbish so moved them slightly towards this branch, picked up packaging from MacDonalds, the odd beer can and put them slightly away from the now clean tidy tents. Imagine my horror when this employee threw the bags of rubbish towards the tents. I asked him why, he stated not belonging to Subway must be homeless people. This male then had further abuse to state against someone living in a tent and even had the audacity of calling myself racist. I am white English, 58 years old my Algerian husband died in 2020, I have family in Ghana . I am totally shocked at how a younger male could be so verbally abusive towards an older person. My own children would never be so disrespectful. This male then gave his opinion of anyone living in a tent in an African accent. I would be very interested to hear the views of management of SubWay . Is this how your staff are trained?
