Chicken was dry, burnt and tasted disgusting, the chips were cold and covered in black bits, the beans were stuck together and crusty on top, the whole meal was foul

How can you be so slow AND get the order so wrong! Only ordered two twister wrap meals and it took nearly 20 minutes, Then it was missing the Teriyaki Chicken Bites, which the staff member was very rude about when I brought it up. "They're in the bag.." he said accusatory with a straight face as if I was inconveniencing him. Then when I showed him the bag and that it was not in there, he reluctantly went to check and low and behold, the bites were on the side and were NOT in the bag. Then when I got home, the wraps had none of the extras that I paid for! Awful experience and I won't be going back. Plenty of other better FAST food places around with better customer service and people skills anyhow. Pistachio or Wilton nearby is 100 times better. Even Macdonalds, Greggs, Subway, and now BurgerKing is soooooo much better for the same price. This KFC may have been redecorated but nothing has changed in terms of service/ attitude of staff there. Avoid this KFC!

Delicious food and good and quickest customer service. Chicken was fresh , Hot wings was good. All is good we enjoyed our food.

Baddddd chicken smells back and old they don’t give fresh chicken they taste like rubber I was going to get poisoned

Had enough, won't be ordering from here ever again, this must be 3rd or 4th time that we discovered missing items when we got home. Chicken & fries were not freshly done and tasted as if it's been kept warm past a reasonable time as it tasted awful not to mention they left out the popcorn chicken. This branch does not know how to run a business. Do not order from this branch in Southgate.

I called just eat to complain that more than half the items were missing. They would only refund £12 of a £35 order. When I asked them to send the missing items they refused and said I would have to reorder and pay the service charge again. Hungry dissatisfied and feel ripped off.

Pedimos nuestra comida, hubo cierta confusión sobre lo que se pidió pero pensé que estaba ordenado. Cuando llegué a casa, el pedido estaba incompleto e incorrecto. Cuando regresé para ordenar el pedido, me encontré con un personal grosero, que no quería hacerse responsable de que el pedido estuviera equivocado. Esta es la tercera vez que recibo un servicio de basura aquí, ¡no volveré!

Tasty and fresh. Only complaint is they appear to be short staffed especially on Fridays - most popular day of the week. Love their hot and spicy wings! Yummy.

It is delicious, I recommend the wings or the popcorn chicken. The Oreo milkshakes are the best!! I would definitely go back.

If you´re fond of spicy food this is the place to go ! Lovely and savory chicken wings, lots of spice and flavour. Trust me and you won´t regret. Give it a try.

Did not receive the burger I had ordered. Beyond this the manager started argueing with a staff member in front of everyone. Made for an unpleasant atmosphere. Will not return.

Este kfc es siempre bueno. El personal es amable y siempre intenta lo mejor para dar lo que pide. El gerente de esta rama es muy amable y siempre amable y acogedor. Esta es una de las cadenas hoteleras mejor ramas. No tenemos quejas y lo usamos bastante regular

Assim como outros fast foods em Londres é muito bom aproveitar os fast foods. Até porque além de acessíveis são práticos.

Normalmente KFC gusto tan bueno pero en esta rama claramente los propietarios no les importa porque el personal es medio dormido, el pollo es seco, parecía como si se hubieran sentado allí por días y el lugar no parece estar limpia! Muy decepcionado, ya que me he comido allí sin duda mucho más si, como otras ramas normales mientras que ahora mi marido y yo normalmente viajar en coche salir a una muy buena
